Please ignore me if it’s none of my business but if the date is making you this uncomfortable don’t go. You don’t have to do something just out of obligation
Yes I do. This is an exposure therapy exercise. It’s either this or pay for therapy which I can reasonably give myself as a therapist in training and save the bag. Therapist me would be obligated to say exposure therapy as my main form of treatment as that is very well researched and supported as an efficacious treatment plan for anxiety, particularly social anxiety.
So I must go. Even though it’s uncomfortable, because I can do hard things. Even when the situation is uncomfortable. (Which is me reminding myself).
Finished English Class this semester but am going to read this just because. I’m sorry that the book is tattered. There’s a lot of old, poorly maintained books in my house that only recently got out of boxes and were shelved.
I was gonna be an idiot and say Wow you do mewtwo references like the mirage mewtwo blog! Then I realised. I am nothing if not a fool. But I do very much adore how you do references like urg yes look at those colors in clear boxes to color pick look at those clear eye references good shit good shit
Pfff awww you’re okay anon
Thank you! It’s mainly for my sake but I’m glad someone else can enjoy how clearly I make my color refs XD
[Leo is taking the fact that he was born biologically female simultaneously very well and also not so well but overall he’s mostly coping with the fact that it was Draxum that just essentially gave him the turtle equivalent of ‘The Talk’.]
So I’ve had this question since I was five years old: why do “k” and “c” sound the same in the English alphabet? Is it because of different letter combinations? Is it because one looks slightly more appealing to use more of the time? Is it because we give “c” a lot of different letter combinations that all sound different?
Also, why the duck does “cious” (like in the word “precious”) sound like “shus”, just a crap ton more complicated? Especially since “ci” sounds like “s”, and not like “sh”.
Could someone please tell me why before I go on another tangent that is somewhat similar?
