Here are a few of the best posture workouts
Wall slides Workouts
 By performing this particular exercise your chest and shoulder muscles more flexible and also for strength your back muscles. To do a wall slide, stand along with your back against a wall and your feet shoulder-width separated. Afteward, gradually slide your arms up the divider until they are overhead. Hold this position for some seconds, at that point gradually slide your arms back down to your sides. Repeat 10 times.
Cat-cow pose Workouts
Cat-cow pose, also called marjariasana or bitilasana, This workout can help your upper back muscles. To do cat-cow pose, start on your hands and knees with your back flat. As you inhale, arch your back and tuck your chin towards your chest (cat pose). As you exhale, round your back and tuck your chin towards your belly button (cow pose). Repeat 10 times.  Doing this yoga helps to relieve back pain, reduce stress, if you are new to yoga, then start slowly, if you feel pain, stop the asana and consult a yoga instructor.
Shoulder shrugs
Shoulder shrugs can be used as a part of a posture exercising to help enhance upper back strength and reduce rounded shoulders. Stand along with your feet shoulder-width aside and your arms at your sides. Keep a weight in each hand together with your hands dealing with inwards. Inhale and shrug your shoulders up in the direction of your ears, retaining your elbows straight. Maintain the contraction for a second, then exhale and slowly decrease your shoulders back down to the starting position. Repeat 10 times. Read more

🍑THE BEST WAY TO DO BACK EXTENSIONS!⁣ ⁣ ✅Get my #LungeMan workout 🏋️‍♂️ & swim 🏊‍♂️ shorts, muscle tee and other men’s athleisure wear from @SleevesSoldSeparately⁣ ⁣ 📝 First of all, shout out to the homie @BretContreras1 for both this back extension hack setup using barbells and a power rack AND for the special technique shown with this movement. ⁣ ⁣ 🧠Though it may look strange or incorrect, Back Extensions should be performed with a rounded upper back, tucked chin, and posterior pelvic tilt. This ensures you’re creating exclusively hip extension to work the glutes without hyper-extending the lower back. In fact, this movement should be called a hip extension for that reason. But make no mistake, this move works not just your glutes, but the entire backside of your body.⁣ ⁣ 📝 Here are 4 of my favorite protocols. Use these as accessory exercises to squats, deads, or hip-thrusts or as killer starters or finishers:⁣ ⁣ 3-MINUTE DUMBBELL DROP SETS⁣ ⁣ Perform max reps with each load with no more than 10-20 seconds rest between them:⁣ ⁣ Minute 1: 100-pound dumbbell⁣ Minute 2: 50-pound dumbbell⁣ Minute 3: Bodyweight⁣ ⁣ BAND ISOMETRIC LADDER⁣ ⁣ Hold for 1 second at the top on rep 1, 2 seconds on rep 2, 3 seconds on rep 3, and so on. Climb the ladder as high as you can without losing form or holding your breath.⁣ ⁣ REPEATED BODYWEIGHT MAX REPS SETS⁣ ⁣ Perform max reps with your bodyweight then rest 30-60 seconds. Repeat 2 more times. Try to beat the rep total from all 3 sets from session to session.⁣ ⁣ HORIZONTAL DUMBBELL ROWS⁣ ⁣ When using a 45-degree hyper, you actually get peak tension with your trunk parallel to the floor (unless you add band resistance). So holding this position while doing dumbbell rows is an amazing way to build your upper back while your lower back, glutes, hams, and calves stabilize your body isometrically. One of the reasons I'm glad I chose to start over again was because I knew my technique on most lifts needed to work. Badly. With that said I'm finished, as of today, with week 2 of Reg Park's 5x5 routine. I reincorporated my #miniresistanceband back in the #backextension and definitely feel tighter, more secure during the other lifts. I'm also blasting through these workouts sometimes finishing up after just 40 minutes. I like that! We miss having @ching_matthews in Thailand to help with freeFORM education and of course ☕️ and a good chat. A small excerpt from a class at her former studio Synergy Fitness. I picked this clip because of playful nature of the exercise but if you sit in a chair for much of your day, building strength and endurance in your glutes and back extensors is very beneficial...as is spinning for your proprioception and vestibular system. This is one of my favorite exercises or beginners. #backextension can be very challenging.. but what if you just HOLD the position like you would with a #plank ? This would allow you to #strengthen the #lowback #glutes and #hamstrings without the pressure inbetween your shoulder blades! Sometimes the plank can make an over tightened chest.
