Tonight has been a great Saturday night and I wanna spread the happy cozy vibes!!

I got new friends today!⤵️

Then when we got home I decided to take a bath, something I rarely do, to calm down!

After a year or so, this little duckling I had won from a small crane game finally went into its habitat of bath tub:⤵️

AND DIDN'T EVEN FLOAT-⤵️

But it was fun regardless, and after I got clean, my husband(/caregiver? He didn't specifically act like a caring figure besides a husband but he still helps take care of me and is a sweetheart) made delish food for both of us! He surprised me with sides!⤵️

Then after dinner, we changed our bedding out for clean bedding, and I took a picture of all my (most bed-top-able) plushies! (Forgot like...2 tiny ones but its ok)⤵️

And now, after a long productive day, a nice bath, a good meal, and a fresh bed, my sleeping spot is ready and I have everything I need at my side when I sleep~🌟⤵️

Hi pup! Are you chronically phys ill by any chance? Or anyone here really. I was wondering what kinds of things u do to cope with that .. I was thinking it wld be cool to make a box/bag of items that help during a chronic illness flare or something .. what kinds of items would be included?

yeah i am actually! i have an autoimmune disease and there's.... something wrong with my feet, ankles, knees and hips. turns out i've needed a mobility aid my whole life, currently dont have it yet but i'm hoping to get one very soon ^_^ EDIT: my lower-body-walking thing is undiagnosed and i dont intend to get anything diagnosed either (i would have to go through like 90 doctors. im afab and the canadian healthcare system is FULL of doctors who are misogynistic & dont believe patients or take us seriously. just dont wanna go through that)

my autoimmune disease can be very painful during flare ups. basically my immune system attacks my own skin which causes cracks, bleeding, and sheets of skin to peel off. underneath is red, raw, painful. take a couple hours for my skin to return to normal-ish. my autoimmune disease has been semi-dormant for a while thankfully, but usually i flare up in the bathroom so i can be alone. having a really soft bath mat would definitely comfort me, or other things i like. i do love cleancore and intend to collect soap bars when we get our own place, so being surrounded by nice soaps, good smells, soft feelings, and overall being as comfortable as possible definitely helps. and like i said, all senses.

if your flare ups include you laying in bed barely able to move, stick a cool poster/picture to the ceiling above your bed! stim toys can also help.

when i finally get my cane, i'll also be sticker-bombing it with My Melody stickers to make it cute and more "me." that way at least if people stare at it/me, they're enjoying my stickers too. it also makes me more comfortable using it

Exciting Cleancore Ideas

Here are some things that I'm thinking about:

I've ordered some vegan alternative to glycerin so I can make some of my very own shower jellies

I eventually want to collect some more collector's edition rubber ducks

I'm considering making a side blog with everything duck themed...or I just may make a special tag for it on my blog like #Spaceship's duckies (tor example).

I want to make something cleancore related that can glow in the dark. Maybe I might start decorating/customising metal soap tins for the sheer purpose of more blog content.

When I make more bath salts, I want to do something a bit more interesting with them. Not sure what yet.
