Ok, so I think I’m finished with these two… TwT underwater stuff is hard.

Anyways, it’s a scene from Bethroned by @strawbubbysugar ; it’s really intense and so well written, go check it out!

I tried to make the environment darker in one picture since it’s technically deeper, but I used so many photo filters of blue, I may have lost track. Is it weird to say that drawing this made me a bit more fearful of the water?

Loser Reader gets kidnapped by a cult believing they would make for the ideal virgin sacrifice as the cultists conclude from their master's visions, but spoiler alert the dead god just wants to show the cultists the human it had mated itself too and has spent many nights with in their eternal slumber. Reader's not a virgin if they're having sex with an all powerful deity in their sleep - right? Yan God concretes their status as impure by possessing the cult leader and making love to their bethroned before their flesh is sacrificed. Reader is confused as hell through this whole ordeal and all the wild dreams they've been having - but they get laid in the end and don't end up with their heart on a stick so everyone wins in the end... Except the cultists who may have been a little too rough with reader in transport

i read the golden forest

So i was texting my friend the very abridged and butchered version of the plot that i needed to tell her to say that i was indeed right about my guess about the thing

and i was actually texting in our native language and she was reading it abit too attentively and she kinda got stuck on the she sleeps with an eagle and then he eats her after she gives birth to his children part of the worldbuilding

and like the story is great, very sumerian mythology based world building but also a great thru line kept for the whole thing and the main characther was interesting even if she kind of lost me at some of the last parts

but the surroundibg characthers like obv kun at that point but also very much sabato for exampe, defunetly pulled it thru, and very much the world building and the connections between the stories and all of that

anyway spoilers

i had kinda guessee the whole golden forest northern people thing while they were still in the mine. like not fully with detail of course but i had told her that i think the northeners are actually the descendants of gods and the priests are robbing their graves for the stones so they can pretend its them, which obviously as i red more the theory got much more polished

but anyway thats an example of a good twist, im the sort that usually figuires out twists uh relatively early? idk the story was being pretty direct about it at parts and i went like several times Shes gonna kill him eitha branch at the tree and shes gonna end up burningt he tree with the stone kun gave her as a bethronal gift etc etc, like the story was just building itself very well, it was really trying to hide anything it was mostly building atop itself in a very satisfying manner that in the end even if you got it you feel like retroactively there are even more clues

im once again thinking about adam's route in the demo and how he said that his chest is so empty because he left his heart with the detective even tho he didn't know he had enough heart to leave.......the angst . the flavour .

So if all had gone according to (not William’s) plan and Moon was the one in the wedding, would Chica and Freddy have allowed him to wear his nightcap, or would he have been a lil bald boi until he got the crown placed atop his head? Also, would he have had the same wedding outfit as Sun? Thank you!
