The New Rat-Cat Farm

I had a billion-dollar idea that could probably become the next self-sustaining scam.

Get a bunch of plastic waste

Use it to grow waxworms because they eat the plastic

Keep about 10% of them for breeding purposes

Feed the rest of them to a fish farm

Sell the fish meat

All organic, none of the advanced chemistry that’s going to take ages to come to fruition. We could do this shit now.

Infrastructure necessary:

Something to shred the plastic into itty bitty bits

Glass containers for the waxworms so workers can feed them and inspect their progress

Wire mesh containment system for the breeding adults

All the equipment you need for a functioning fish farm

Also the knowledge to run all of this successfully

I also have no idea how much this could cost, but holy shit I could get paid at least twice for this stuff. Maybe thrice if I sell some of the waxworms as fish bait.
