Doesn’t seem a little bit odd that Blackfire only used Robin to mess with Starfire once in the 2003 franchise? Which itself is a little bit odd, since this only happened in the episode where she had just met the guy , how could she have possibly known that Robin was the one that Starfire was carrying a torch for?

Similarly; since Slade clearly knows a great deal about how Robin, and the Titans in general, all think, act and feel in response to certain situations or circumstances (even before he sent Terra to gather more useful information), why hasn’t he ever thought to use Robin’s personal connection and attachment to Starfire against him, since it’s obvious that Slade is not at all above sinking to that level in order to get what he wants?

In Blackfire's case, arguably she didn't actually know Robin was the one Starfire was sweet on, just observed that they were close or observed that Starfire reacted badly to Blackfire being around him and did her normal thing of "Imma steal all your friends and show you up because I'm totally better than you."

I think she did realize that Robin was never going to sway loyalties one way or another (tanking the pink wig trick and insisting on going back up to the roof for Starfire) so maybe she stopped finding that fun.

As for Slade not specifically using Robin's feelings for Starfire against him, at least in canon, you got me pal, I dunno, maybe he wasn't ever interested in digging at that specifically. He included her in the nanoscopic probes blackmail and that seemed to satisfy him in S1, in S2 he was much more focused on corrupting Terra (not even paying Robin much attention that season), ditto Raven in S4 (though he did wind Robin up a few times there). I don't think it never occurred to him, simply that he didn't go that avenue.

Again, at least in canon, because I definitely headcanon that he dug at that behind the scenes.

Antimagic Stakes Wondrous item, very rare Magehunter relics of the Gate Wars which can be found scattered across the ruins and ancient battlefields of the Old Kingdom. Sometimes found as solitary items, rare pairs or sets can sometimes be found collecting dust in arcane market stalls. Stories exist of crates of 6 or more being used to trap powerful magic users or to level the playing field against supernatural creatures. ⁣ ⁣ The stake is 3½’ long with a sharp point at one end. As an action, you can activate the stake. Once activated you can hold the stake in one hand or place it on a horizontal surface as part of the same action. The device remains activated until someone uses their action to deactivate it. A single activated device does little more than resonate with a subtle metallic hum. However, the device glows with dim light (5’ radius) when 3 or more are activated and arranged in a polygonal shape with sides no longer than 20’ each (e.g. equilateral triangle, square etc.). Within the polygon formed by the stakes, an invisible antimagic field is created which extends 10’ above and below the area. The polygonal shape of the field is only limited by the number of stakes used and their placement. The field is not obstructed by physical or magical barriers. New stakes can be activated which could adjust the polygons size and shape. ⁣ ⁣ The antimagic field can be moved, while active, if the individual stakeholders carefully coordinate their movement. Scarf of Uncertain Times Wondrous item, rare⁣ ⁣ Worn about the neck and shoulders this scarf can be wrapped to provide protection from potential hazards.⁣ ⁣ As action you can wrap the scarf so that it covers your nose and mouth. While worn in this fashion the scarf provides immunity to poisons, gasses, diseases, and environmental hazards that must be inhaled to cause harm. While the scarf covers your mouth, your voice is inaudible to creatures beyond 5ft of you, and you cannot eat or drink.⁣ ⁣ You can also wrap the scarf around your head to form a cowl or hold. While the scarf is worn in this way you can use your action to conjure an invisible repulsive barrier. The barrier lasts for 1 hour, or until you dismiss it or fall unconscious. While active, no medium sized or smaller creature can approach within 5ft of you. If a creature is within 5ft of you when you conjure this barrier, they are immediately pushed 5ft away from you. Once active the barrier can be interacted with as if it were an extension of your physical form. For example, you may still need to make contested checks in order move a creature blocking your path or to avoid being knocked prone. Once you use this feature, it can’t be used again for 7 days.⁣

Blackfire Torch Wondrous item, uncommon⁣ ⁣ As an action you can speak a command word which alights the torch with a mystical black flame that radiates neither heat or light. Any creature within a 40’ radius of the torch, however, sees as if the visibility was one degree brighter. e.g. total darkness becomes dim light, dim light becomes bright light.⁣ ⁣ Outside the radius the torch’s flame is imperceptible. ⁣ ⁣ The torch remains active until you use your action to end the effect.⁣ (Edit. Optional rare item feature. For the person holding the torch the flame even cuts through magical darkness, making the area appear to them as dim light.⁣)

Blackfire: I have a sister complex and that boy is hot. But actually I was probably one of the most interesting characters in the show and had a genuinely complex story arc (aside from the love story which felt stunted and out of nowhere).

Just so you guys know

Blackfire Torch passive isn't really that great.

It does 5% of remaining health in magic damage.

Which means it's most effective when poking before a fight since when you use it on enemies who are really low it's not gonna do shit. Nobody will die from this passive ticking off their last 20 health. Especially since it's reduced by MR which even if a champion has no per lvl MR and builds no MR is ~23% reduced so if they have 100 health left the torch passive is only doing 3-4 damage over 3 seconds and half that for AoE and DoT.
