You literally had the same name, even, in both these movies.

TLDR; In I Hate Luv Storys (2010), Imran Khan plays assistant director 'Jai' who comes to hate the plot of his own love story from his debut film where he, ironically, also plays a 'Jai' and people say Imran Khan does not have range?

After watching this one, I'm not sure what I'm expected to feel...

Starts with a guy being told he killed his wife, but it was with her consent, so it's okay...? She leaves a bunch of letters for her daughter, but nothing for him. Damn, that's cold.

Then she posthumously reunites him with his high-school bestie, his first love, who she named their daughter after. Girl, why marry him in the first place? OK, it's Shahrukh...but dying for a guy who loves someone else? Is this supposed to be a feel-good movie? Must be missing something in translation.

Have to say though, the rain dance was hot, and SRK was absolutely gorgeous - had me forgetting to read the subtitles a few times 😏

Actually losing my mind at episode 7 of The Romance of Tiger and Rose, I haven't laughed like that in a long time!

Han Shuo going from jealous and angry to besotted and so completely smitten, Bai Ji coming up with the real questions ("What is wrong with them? They even considered asking Lin Qi for help before you" - excuse me while I choke to death wheezing), Zi Rui and Qianqian being all at once disaster comedic duo and badass super team...

The entire Shakespearian comedy of situation with everyone arriving one after the other at the fortune lode, I was dying for all of it! And just before, Han Shuo and Qianqian arguing over who gets to get blown up and who cares the most about the other before fiiiiinally coming up with the idea of going together, I'm !!!! Losing! My! Mind.

I ADORE all the faces they make in the background, Zi Rui and Bai Ji get the gold medal for most hilarious/sassy/dumb faces, but Han Shuo comes close second with the most expressive eyebrows ever.

I am having so much fun, thank you everyone who recommended it when I asked for recs earlier.
