At this point, I'm almost convinced that Fyodor has Nikolai store the rest of the Rats (in the house of the dead) in his coat, because where the fuck are they?

Nathaniel is in Lucy's room, Mushitaro is where ever Ango is currently chilling, but where's Ivan and Pushkin? We last (and first) saw them during the cannibalism arc, but where are they now?

We also know that Fyodor travelled to Japan together with Fritzgerald and the guild, but where were those two? Did they just chill in a backroom somewhere? Did they have to fly? Did they swim?

So yeah, unless they're like watching their boss from the side lines or are dead, I'm placing all bets on them being in Nikolai's coat as a surprise tool that will help Fyodor later.

Alexander barely had the time to react when Ivan latched onto him, shouting right into his ear. He screamed, loudly, jerking away from Ivan on instinct.

He almost, almost socked her right in the face before realizing it was Ivan and not some stranger or an enemy trying to murder him or something. He had to take a breath, attempting to calm his racing heart as he looked up at Ivan.

“…” Alexander took a moment to catch his breath before speaking. “…don’t sneak up on me. Again. Please?”

He placed his hands on Ivan’s shoulders, smiling in a somewhat distressed manner.

“I’m a real jumpy guy Gon. I’d think ya learned not ta do this when I kicked ya in between cause ya came up behind me.”

thinkin abt how fyodors possible death would affect everyone and im having brain worms abt it, nathaniel, ivan, and nikolai would be lost without and probably delve further into their mental breaking point, they are like abandoned puppies in a wet cardboard box, no one to take care of them,

was having more story thoughts, one about sigma caring for nikolai now that hes the shell of the person he was once and is not afraid of him as much

alexander taking care of ivan and nathaniel, his hate mostly dying out and being replaced with pity and sympathy

Emotionally though, I want Dazai to show up and beat the shit of Fyodor for what he just pulled with Atsushi

Not to be annoying but also to be annoying but, I think and believe there are ppl who relate Fitzgerald and I know there are people who do relate pushkin (myself for example). As we all know Fitzgerald was tryna find the book to bring his daughter back so that his wife would be happy again n all that and bring his daughter back. Some people I think have wished and wanted to bring their family back to a time where they were all together, all happy. And there are people who are grieving the loss of a loved one and if given the chance like Fitzgerald was would bring them back.

Pushkin is weak, its a huge part of his character and why he hates strong ability users. I get why people might not relate to him or hell like him (i don't like him, hes still my fav tho) cause yeah he sucks ass!! but his reason for it is relatable to some and I'll explain using myself. Obviously ppl might have diff reasons for relating to him and thats ok im just using a personal example. I think a lotta ppl have felt weak and helpless in their lives. most ppl do. and sometimes that creates resentment towards others. obviously it might be easy to think pushkin is just resentful and thats it. and ive seen that no ones really taken the time to think deeper on why he hates strong ability users and where it came from, like what happened yknow. i have my own ideas but im sure other ppl do as well. whatever happened he resents strong ability users and directs his bitterness towards them. now it isnt abt strength for me but i used to and sometimes still do resent ppl who r better than me (whether its intelligence, looks, personality) and i very deeply resent them and i direct my bitterness towards them and forget that they have made hard lives struggle (possibly more) than i do and that resent gets in the way of me empathizing with others and i feel the same goes for pushkin.

i know some characters have had more screentime than others which might be why ppl gravitate and spend more time analyzing and understanding certain characters (like fyodor or gogol) but also like pushkin and many other characters who havent gotten much spotlight but even then i think we should try to understand some of the characters psyche better. hell i dont understand why ppl would relate to fyodor (if u could pls explain id love it if u did) or understand fyodor for that matter and so it would be good for me to take the time to understand as well. i think i somewhat get it but even im having trouble grasping it. again some of the fandom sometimes just struggle to empathize or understand characters and from some fics ive seen tend to oversimplify them (ie pushkin, ivan, and sigma no shade to anyone thats what ive seen and thats how i interpreted it and i understand why people do that) and just like atsushi we gotta learn to understand and empathize with the characters (except Professor N and Mori for obvious reasons). Atsushi didnt understand akutagawa and hated his fucking guts but as we've seen overtime atsushi has grown to understand him and treat him as a person who needed help the same way kyouka and lucy did especially in the most recent chapters.

obviously its easier said than done but empathy and understanding and all that jazz seems to be one of the main themes in bungo stray dogs (someone even made a post abt it!) sorry for the whole essay but im super passionate (i might be autistic) abt bungo stray dogs
