Bsd rareships you think should be given more spotlight

i have such a rich and engaged interiority that all of the romantic and sexual dynamics i choose to see in bsd are already lit in perfect relief in the corridors of my mind's eye regardless of what anyone else is doing.

i also quite literally don't know what constitutes a rarepair; i don't read bsd fic or go into the tags, everything i know about bsd fandom is thrust upon me by tumblr's clumsy and poorly wrought algorithm.

but in terms of dynamics i haven't seen much of anything about, i think kyouka's crush on atsushi is underrated and sweet. i think aggressively fucking fitzgerald's thighs might fix steinbeck but would leave francis unchanged, which i find funny. i like dazai and yosano as a sadomasochistic treat for each other every so often. i think chuuya's taste in boys when he was a teenager leaned towards the shirase and albatross spectrum in a way that makes dazai grind his teeth at night. i think kunikida is common law married to katai and has a years-long romance with takekoshi yosaburo comprising entirely of once weekly moonlit walks, and that he's in a polyamorous relationship with dazai and chuuya, but also that he's married to god like a protestant nun.

Man maybe I'm going crazy but after a image from pinterest I started to ship them three like I already ship soukoku but I also ship sigzai but I like chuusig too (it's my favorite bsd rareship) but now loooookkk WHAT A BEAUTIFUL THING the three of them together like I can clearly imagine them forming a romantic relationship between the three of em and I can imagine a episode of Chuuya and Sigma getting mad at Dazai and making diabolical plans to sleep together without Dazai andD then Dazai would come over and take a picture of them AM I GOING CRAZY???????? OH i wanna tell something. okay so, i don't ship characters that much. i don't engage in shipping content too. and i honestly don't give a shit to what characters you ship together. fuckin ship mori and dazai, i don't give a fuck. you do you. if it's cool, it's cool.

but i find it very hilarious to see a tiktok where the creator clearly put #RANPOSANO and they shipped them. literal ranpo x yosano. and the fucking comments are like “platonic siblings😍” “BESTIES! 💕” “they're siblings your honor😭” “best friends canon! 🤩” like why are yall so in denial??? hdhdhdhsjs let them get the crumbs bro. if you don't ship them that way, just... not watch the video?? or comment?? idk, freaking ignore it maybe? bet their asses gonna be on fire if i say soukoku is fake and they're just acquaintance.

i saw chuuya x higuchi on wattpad before. trust me, the comments are just... ugh... being surprised is one thing but bashing a ship that someone likes just because you don't like it is another thing.

Top 3 Ships:

Alright, so I have many ships from many fandoms, but I’ll go with my current hyper-fixation, one and only, YGO  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Flareshipping. I just fucking love their dynamic, and since I also love Puzzle, Pride and Rivalshipping respectively and generally hate love triangles or love rivals bullshit, they just became a good ass poly ship to me. Plus, two shrimps ganging up on local tall asshole and annoying the shit out of him is some Good Food™.

Okay, so, I don’t want anyone coming at me for this one but I think Atem x  Mahad x Set (do they even have a ship name??) is a good ship too. Although they interacted like 3 seconds on screen and it was full of animosity, I really like Mahad x Set (I think they are called Headdressshipping, which is very valid ngl) for some reason lol. I just think they would be neat and should have been explored more in the canon so I’m incredibly sad that it’s a rareship, I expected more tbh :// The reasons why Sealshipping is a very valid ship should be obvious for everyone imo and Scandalshipping just kind of... happened uncontrollably and of course, me being me, I threw all of them together :P

 I saw a couple of fanarts for Mahad x Kisara (again, idek if they have a ship name) and they were hella cute and kind of sad in a rueful way but then I realized that as BEWD and Dark Magician, they would probably be like “once again, we are being called forth to throw hands for no other reason than these angry lost children with issues and their rivalry” and I thought it would be hilarious, so this ship (which turned out to be another rare one -_-) just sort of... added itself to the list very recently lol.

I’m probably missing some stuff I could’ve added here, despite the requirement being “3″ ships :P But I have to add this one ship out of YGO as a bonus which I also absolutely love:

Shin Soukoku from BSD. They’re just... lit. Idk man, I fucking love them.

Hmmm, nothing in particular tbh. I’m at my parents’ home for the quarantine and I don’t really crave anything because I’m already eating with more variety than I would be in the dorms :D But since we’re eating healthy stuff at home (because, mom food™) I’d probably start craving junk in a couple of weeks and I guess the first of them would be pizza.
