Fast forward a decade, and Falin grows up. Falin leaves, for four whole years, and Marcille follows her to the end of the earth as soon as she's asked. She'll risk her life, die repeatedly, eat monsters and slime, invoke ancient and forbidden magic to save her.

But acknowledging Falin as an adult who has grown and changed with the passage of time? That's scary. That's too scary.

To celebrate Hazbin Hotel dropping today, I thought that I'd share an Angel Dust drawing I did!

Angel was my favourite character in the Pilot (though Charlie is a close second), and I am so excited to see more of him in the show!

Some ramblings under the cut

I was watching a tutorial for Angel's dance routine at the beginning of the Addict music video that was done by the storyboard artist who boarded those scenes, and I felt inspired.

I'm much newer to this fandom, considering I only started Helluva Boss in late December last year and only watched the pilot for Hazbin Hotel earlier this month, but I absolutely fell in love with the characters and the world!

I unfortunately do not have Amazon Prime, so I can't watch anything beyond the first episode, but I absolutely LOVED that first episode and I am so ready for more!

how was it in Ghana?

It was great! Apart from the heat combined with the high humidity 😅 I really enjoyed it. I was there a month for an exchange program with my university for those who don't know - took a course on the Atlantic diaspora and slave trade. I ate a lot of jollof, but the best thing I had was a local squid stew 10/10 ✨ We also visited Kakum National Parc, Cape Coast, Accra, and several old trading forts that were now museums 🏝️
