hi, tripoier here! Long text incoming alert and a detailed explanation of the situation for qsmpblr (also sorry if I make some typos I'm writing without translator)

Yeah I also saw what happened today with the og admin of Pepito and I have a lot to say about it. First of all I'm not speaking in behalf of the community but I'm my own experience of the situation. I watched the development of Pepito's story since day one and fell in love with that little guy (and his laggy PC). Then second day arrived and I noticed the admin change bc he was less laggy and I've learned enough Portuguese and 07's (Richas admin) mannerisms to recognize when he's playing a character, even Roier noticed but didn't say anything until the screencap incident lol

Few day passed and 07 created such a cute and wholesome personality for Pepito, that contrasted very well with the role that roier was having at the moment— that it's understandable that it may not be too comfortable for some people but for the ones that had been watching Roier's story in the server + his relationship with Bobby, we take it with humor/hope for him to heal slowly after what happened in Purgatory and with Bobby (and believe me, Bobby had a HUGE impact on how Roier behaved with the rest of he eggs after his death)

So during the days 07 played as Pepito all the tripoiers were in this state of hope because we knew how much q!Roier was trying hard to not to get attached to Pepito, he knew the moment something happens to him he was gonna suffer A LOT, and Pepito was this pure, innocent ray of sunshine that it was imposible for us not to love immediately (Roier also did from day one but he loved to play with us + his lore at the moment was being in depression for the lost of his husband and having Richas and Leo in their comatose state). Also, is worth to mention that after he discovered it was 07 the one playing as Pepito he became more playful and started to tease him just to make him go out of role (and succeeded one time). Which is why he used the chancla a lot with him, as a shield for the feelings that were starting to grow on him again.

Then, Otipep happened.

This is the part I'm gonna be more careful to explain bc there is a language barrier that for the people who don't have Spanish as their first language they cannot understand or got confused

When Otipep appeared Roier noticed that it was another admin playing as Pepito because 07 was busy helping with Q's lore, we don't know if he recognized immediately that it was the original one or just a random temporary admin, but he noticed that this Pepito appeared where the fist one disconnected (in the garden outside of his house). Some people noticed that it was the original one and got happy bc it meaned that finally Pepito had his permanently admin back and bc Richas and the others eggs were also back from the coma we could see them both at the same time (roier used to joke about it every time 07 was around)

We also thought that the og admin had been catching up with the role that 07 has built so far with Pepito (which was not, and we would never know if it was either miscommunication between the admins or the og admin just decided to ignore the actual role to keep their 'idea' for the role), so at first we were a little bit shocked when this Pepito started acting so "dry" (idk if this is the correct word) with Roier, bc we had already gotten used to Pepito's tender way of speaking, but we just let that pass for a bit.

But then that "dry" behavior started going to go down a path were even we as an audience started getting uncomfortable, because roier was trying to socialize with the admin but they clearly didn't knew what's has been going on these past days, so Roier take the time to make a summary of the last days with his typical chill humor, and while he was doing that everything reached its final point with the sign "hueles a culo también hijo de puta" = you also smell like ass son of a bitch.

now This. THIS right here is what destroyed everything. Because you would say "oh, it's just Pepito following Roier's game, it's was in a playful way".

No.

It. was. not.

When Roier starts calling someone with some swears or related words is always in a playful way, and there is context and trust behind. When Otipep put that sign Roier was making a summary of the role that 07 has been doing with Pepito, bc he didn't wanted to let them behind, and while doing that he always explain with his usual humor to make it less unconformable for the admin/ entertained for his audience.

So when he placed that sign we all get out of the loop because it came from nowhere, even Roier kept silence of a few second because 1). it sounded rude, that sign was so out of place 2). Roier was explaining the last few days to the admin so he can keep up with the role, he was not "joking" with the admin, or moving on to another topic, he was helping the admin. 3). We, as an audience, felt so shocked because they weren't saying that to Roier in a playful way, they were giving weight to those words. And this is the part that people that do not have Spanish as their first language doesn't understand. They gave weight to the insult. They didn't wrote that as a joke, they directly INSULTED the streamer.

Then roier proceeded to hit him with the chancla bc he wanted to take the control back of the situation in a humorous way, a damage control in other words, because the chat was filling with "??????" And people getting offended and angry (justified, even I felt offended) with the admin, but Roier is not of those type of persons and he always try to make his streams a safe place for his community, so if you ask me he did a really well job handling the situation even tho he felt offended and his audience noticed that for the rest of the stream (hell, even days later)

And if that was not enough, Roier kept trying to save the situation but the admin was not cooperating, with the "no he preguntado"= I've not asked you and other sign that I just don't remember and is not really worth it (and bc Otipep literally left Roier speaking alone with the "I'm going to look for better parents" and went to spawn zone), he just gave up trying and waited for Richas to come back (which was also chocked w the situation)

And this is me speaking from a non-neutral tone, but I think we could've had a Roier being super loving and caring with Pepito if this situation didn't happen in the first place, bc after this I noticed that Roier stopped tried to get close to Pepito, the situation really affected him so whatever role he was building with the character he just simply stopped and changed the dynamic with another one more limited and less parental, but keeping his usual humor bc it was not the fault of the actual admin or 07, it is what it is unfortunately.

That's why I'm so glad that the actual admin and Ricardão did such a good job saving Pepito because the Spanish speaking community was about to drop him, even streamers friends of Roier that are not part of the qsmp acknowledge the behavior of Otipep with Roier (if that doesn't say a lot about how complicated it was on this side of the road)

And even after all these things there was people out there calling the Spanish speaking community as dramatic or harassing Roier when the situation happened (and it seems they still do it :/ ), but most of us kept quiet because we respect Roier and as he says, mejor pasamos de movidas.

and well, this is it, I know I'm missing some points in the story but honestly getting into fights or hate in general is not my thing, I wanted to give some context for the people of Tumblr because I know, at least here people take the time to read and are more chill unlike twt, and I hope I gave some clarification for the rest of the communities that are not native in Spanish, I really really love Pepito and I'm so glad we had 07 and the actual admin there to play this character, I still can't believe that person had the audacity to come out proudly as Pepito's 1st admin when literally no one from the Spanish community considers his 2 appereances as canon after their blunder xd

Of course we are no in business of spreading hate. I have always tried to see the other side of situations, I think from what I read in the admin's doc they had some kinda of vision for the character, but I guess they didn't realized that well, they were not going to become automaticly friends with Roier and have room to "joke" like that just because they have become an egg admin. Probably my best guest of what it happend.

It is really weird, maybe they were banking on the support that the other admins have gotten? Or they actually never realized how insulting they have come out as.

Well, I don't have much to say, except I am sorry it happend at all with Roier and the hispanic community.

Mh, LOVE IT. You know… have you listened to the song "You Belong With Me" by Taylor Swift? Haha, well, that's Levi LMAO.

I feel, with a hand on my heart, y'all know I love this man, but he simply cannot compete with someone in any field related to social implications. Has Levi finally talked himself into pursuing someone and trying to get his feelings across? Great, he thinks—I'll clarify—HE THINKS that he's being rather OBVIOUS. Maybe for those who know him, they would also notice Levi is interested in this person because he's not behaving like his regular self. But for the poor reader he's trying to court? … he's simply being nice HAHA.

This man would think that stopping by that person's job (if they have a bakery, tea shop, etc., for example) regularly, buying, and having a very small chit-chat is "flirting." He thinks that, if this person is a scout, asking them if they need anything from downtown or if they want a tea is CLEAR that he wants something with them. No.

So if someone else is pursuing the person he loves and has more social skills than him (which is not something hard to have), there's a high chance that person would take the lead in the "race for the reader's heart." Maybe they are more outgoing, charismatic, extroverted, etc., and they take the lead. Levi would be jealous, 100%. He would get grumpy, angry, etc., but always at himself.

I can picture him muttering and cursing at himself under his breath while working, "I'm an idiot, I'm stupid. YoUr HaIR DoESn't lOOk ThAt ShITTy toDAY," mocking his own voice, and then groaning in frustration. "… my mom must have dropped me as a baby or Kenny's kicks really damaged my brain. I can't be this stupid," realizing that this other person says "smooth shit," as he would call it, and he simply can't.

Especially because Levi's love language is acts of service… mixed with degradation lmao. "Give that, you're going to drop it," and he will carry stuff for them. "You look like shit, tch, just sit down, I'll do it," and he brews them a tea and brings them something to eat.

Levi is a grower in people. I can 100% see him having feelings for this person for months, years perhaps. Maybe they even consider and go for a relationship with Levi's competitor, and it doesn't work out, etc., and they have grown close to Levi. Something he says or does makes the reader snap and say, "… are you flirting with me, Captain?"

Levi would look stoic as ever but slightly defeated mixed with embarrassment and say, "Yeah, for the past year. Thank you for finally noticing."

Levi alone in his office: "Can't you see that I'm the one who understands you? Been here all along. So, why can't you see? You belong with me."

Also, there was a translation I remember reading where he said something along the lines of, "I won't succumb to kindness," and I think it's his way of making a wall around his heart because what if one day, all these kindness and nice things suddenly vanishes? It's scary, you know.

Further, as he said, it's easier for him to be a 'target of malice', 'cause hatred is like an old friend to him—he is more used to the concept of cruelty, he is more comfortable with unkindness 'cause he knows it better than he knows kindness. His father is too much entangled with his character, and it's like a weird closure to him to know that he is behaving like the same person to feel human who was the very reason why he always felt less than a human.

It really doesn't matter if you like him or not, you just can't deny that he is a very well written character.

And I'm really eager to see what his endgame would be like. Not his last game or appearance, but the kind of endgame Bachira, Chigiri and Hiori got—you getting me?

yes! exactly! the fact that one of the big things that actually bring buck and tommy closer being that both of them get along with chris, and chris expressing that he likes both buck and tommy is chef's kiss. both of them learn not to feel threatened by that ("chris won't shut up about him") but rather feel invited ("i understand why chris likes you so much because i also think you're cool"). it cemented tommy as a great fit for buck, established him as a new welcome addition to the entire fire fam, and highlighted that tommy must get along with kids swimmingly, something that he has in common with buck and that hints that tommy most likely loves kids as well. and that, in a way, also feels like kids may actually be part of buck's future because bucktommy has been set up so differently to any of buck's previous canon relationships.

they could have done it a thousand different ways, but they chose this route, putting focus on the opinion of a kid that buck loves a lot. it's giving the trope of parent who first makes sure that their child accepts their love interest. maybe it means nothing! maybe it's solely for the fun of it! but given everything else we've seen in regards to evan buck buckley and the children topic, it's feels like one piece of a bigger puzzle. especially with his backstory, questioning his parent's love for all his life, i think buck's story will truly come full circle when he's allowed to unconditionally love his own child. and i think he wants and needs a partner (tommy) to be there with him every step of the way (love is stored in the "of course" ♥).

You can always ramble anon! And yes to all of this! I doubt everything about buck and tommys connection has been done intentionally (I mean, the writers can’t get the timeline in a single episode consistent) but what we’ve had so far is so good and it would be a waste to not use this love interest to be buck’s forever person (and baby daddy haha)

There’s the whole red thread of fate (or invisible string) theory that connects their stories before and after they met, there’s the stark difference on how tommy behaves in contrast to bucks past partners.

The writers did something different for them, something that feels more substancial. Bucks past partners have always felt like “girlfriend of the season”, almost like the writers didn’t want to fully commit. I’m glad that even though it took seven seasons, a network change and a lot of behind the scenes messes to get to this point.

Tommy could be Bucks forever person and if he does become so, I want to see it really bad!

Zevlor is set up to fail

*This is going to be a long one because I am going to jam snippets of lines from the game.*

I started a new run just to create a few save points around the interactions with Zevlro and Rugan. Something possessed me talk to everyone is the Grove.

In conclusion, most unfortunately, Zevlor is set up to fail in this game.

Note: I am only talking about the precious old man. None of this is to do with the cut content of corrupted Zevlor that I yet to dig them out from the dialogue files.

Let's take a look at the grown up tieflings.

These 3 are outside the Grove circle where the druids chant to the idol.

Then here we go Arabella's parents

From these people, I kind of see they are not exactly the typical "beg for help" sort of refugee. Some of them think "(their) lives are at stake, why are the druids being ridiculous". Arabella's mother, Komira is right to be angry and frustrated given her daughter is young. However, she also describes it as "precious ritual". It seems the reason (however bad it is, the druids actually have one) is lost to the tieflings. To an extent, I can understand that. They are civilians from Elturel. Even life isn't perfect for tieflings there, it's not all that bad. They live in/around a city and have a life there. The make their own family and are protected by the Riders.

Other than this, the rest of the camp is "we should just run". I think this one sums it up perfectly. This bunch really is not fighters. Zevlor isn't lying or exaggerating. Even if they have a strong body, their minds have no fight in it.

And the kids, by the Hells, they are even worse. These ones are the ones training with Wyll.

They already are the "better" ones. They are too young to understand what "hoard of goblins" and "monster along the road" mean. The best thing the camp can do is give the kids something to do and hope they will be able to put up a fight when they are in some desperate situation. The rest of the kids? I figure they are most likely under Mol.

I think Mol practically takes care of the rest of the kids. She groups them together and put them under her authority. However, she is still too young to the true meaning of "monsters". From the way she behaves, I think she's not a total stranger to death. She genuinely cares about the kids who are with her, but she send one to the harpy's nest regardless. I doubt if she will send the kid if she knows that will kill him. Alas, kid is sent to the harpies and would be dead if player didn't show up.

[Here comes the end bit! We are almost there!]

So this is the mission Zevlor set himself on. With less than a fraction of the men he used to command, his mission is to take these civilians to Baldur's Gate. He doesn't have enough fighters that's for sure. I am sure he must have started with more of his fellow tiefling ex-Riders. Some of them must have died protecting these bunch.

Here is the snippet of his memory imprint dialogue in the Mindflayer Colony:

Zevlor is in such a shit situation. His faith is broken, but he is all the leadership and hope these bunch got, civilian and Riders alike. They are supposed to be Hellriders for life. All of them are lost when their home and the place they belong were stripped off them. Zevlor needs to do his job without showing how he feel the lost just like the others. He also needs to actually pull it through. These people entrust him their lives. If people die, it's his fault. He is their beacon of hope and idol to take all the blame at the same time.

In BG3 the game, there are goblins and Shadow Curse along the way. The mission itself is hopeless. He is set up to fail, given how the game is set up. So when Zevlor inevitably fails, he failes hard publicly as well, his own people just turn on him.

Eventually, they got quite needy. At some point, Sebastian didn't need to be ordered. He did it out of kindness, which was shocking considering what he is. Ciel was satisfied with Sebastian, Sebastian being much more well behaved around him now.

Ciel developed feelings for the both of you. Sebastian caught on immediately to his feelings for you and himself. He gladly accepted his masters feelings. Now, you...

Ciel pretty much knew Sebastian liked you as well. Ciel considers Sebastian a dog in a derogatory sense, sure.. but he really was like a needy puppy. It reminds him of his dog whom he had also named Sebastian. Big and intimidating, all bark with Ciel but never bite, wanting to be affectionate but Ciel shutting him away...

These feelings only got stronger and more intense. Whenever they hinted their love for you, you didn't pick up on it. You were mistreated nearly your whole life. It could very well be your whole life, but of course you won't remember your toddler days...

You never knew what love was, so they would teach you.

But because you didn't know what love was, you didn't understand what they wanted. They wanted you to themselves, but you'd walk away, ignorant.

Ciel had to think. He came to the decision that forcefully keeping you was his best choice.

Locks. Everywhere. He ordered his servants to not let you leave, a pair of eyes on you at all times if you weren't in Ciel's bed with him. Even in the bathroom, someone stood outside under the bathrooms window, and someone stood outside the door.

Eventually, as they became more.. obvious, you started catching feelings too.

You upset Ciel one day.. unintentionally. You were out on a walk with him when someone commented on your outfit, saying it looked nice. You thanked them, and Ciel got upset. Only you should say such sweet things to Ciel, you should ignore outsiders, unworthy of even hearing a peep from you.

It was awkward and uncomfortable with Ciel by your side for the rest of the day. He'd be snugged up close, or standing nearby.

You two were tucked into bed by Sebastian, both of you getting affectionate pets goodnight. Ciel turned to face you, your eyes already half-lidded, sleepy. His hand ran through your hair.

"You are very pretty," he states, kissing the tip of your nose. "I.. adore you."

Unlike you, Ciel and Sebastian knew that it wasn't normal to keep you under close surveillance. Even if Sebastian didn't understand human morals, he understood what they were and why, but he couldn't bring himself to follow them. He couldn't understand why the things were what they were, and why they were bad.

Seeing you smile and awe at Ciel's protective, obsessive words.. concerned Sebastian, but he appreciated how easily swayed you were. Even Sebastian hasn't heard such words from Ciel. The way he looked at you, demanding you that you stay inside for the rest of the week, all because you stuck your hand outside of a window...

You'd kiss Ciel's cheek, obeying. You apologized, and asked for a hug as a further apology.

Reluctantly (out of shock), Ciel gave the hug. Sebastian had to pry you off because of the fact you refused to let go...

You were odd, sure... they may never understand, as you hadn't opened up. However, you're their little doll regardless.

i didn't watch the match and therefore I'm maybe not the right person to comment it but it was truly ridiculous.

First of all, i'm not saying Stefanos was acting in the right way (the ball wasn't necessary) and i totally agree with Kyrgios: there are double standards: bc other players (read NOT the audience favorites) would have been punished if they would curse, insult, scream the whole time and every match (like Kyrgios behaves) but since there are lot of people who love Kyrgios' behavior, saying it's "entertaining" while normal people would say it's disrespectful, there are no consequences (same with Zverev: he attacks the umpire's chair with his racket and almost hurts the umpire, people think it's "funny" and "that's emotion, it's part of it") - behavior like insulting people, screaming and shouting all the time are apparently only okay when Kyrgios, Zverev etc do it (bc "the crowd loves emotion"). But it's "disrespectful, childish or ridiculous" and "they deserve punishment for this" when Tsitsipas or Shapovalov react like that. So yes: double standards.

this is very gay but yesterday at the new little video game store w colleen i was so at ease and excited bc i felt like i could like. enjoy video game things around other ppl and not fight the urge to kms out of embarrassment bc everyone around was nice and was also interested in them bc its literally a store for it. its not particularly about video games i just have an intense feeling of embarrassment of everything im interested in and have to make it a point to never bring up the things i like around 99% of people because i think everyone will hate it and think im lame. thats also why i started this post with "this is very gay but." i dont want to be like oh boohoo my parents oppressed me by telling me i should stop playing video games and using the computer all the time as a child, but it definitely did always make me feel bad for having an interest in things and want to hide it from everyone. im a computer engineer now and im using the same techniques on a computer i learned by myself when i was 6 and to me i think that is so cool and gratifying and i love that ive been doing little things on computers for as long as i can remember. and yet i am still so embarrassed of the fact that i loved computers so much as a kid and still hate telling people what i do for a living. so yesterday when emma wasnt feeling good and asked me "can you put on one of those 10-15 min youtube videos you watch about computers or electronics or something, just something i can zone out with" i was so shocked and like ohhhhhhhh whatttttttt what are you talking about are you sure? i can do that but sorry if it sucks you can turn it off at any point if its boring or jargony or lame. and she said no i literally asked you to put one on bc i want to watch it with you. thats just such a crazy concept to me. i have to convince myself that its ok to like things and that people will not hate me for it
