HIHI AGAIN!!!! How do you make your mood/stimboards? :O - 🦇

Helloooo ! Waves lots !

So stimboards are a lot easier to make cuz I just gotta find the gifs I want (usually on tumblr or Pinterest,) save the links (tip: write a lil blurb next to the link so you know what gif it’s for !,) and organize the gifs into a 3x3 grid directly in tumblr ! Sometimes I’ll put a picture in the middle, but it’s the same premise. Then I might reorganize em a little bit, I’ll write my blurbs and my credits section (very painstakingly if I didn’t Originally save the links) and post it !

Moodboards take a lot more time, especially if they’re collage style, cuz I gotta go and find all the pictures I wanna use (again, mostly Pinterest but sometimes tumblr,) cut em all out (I use Picsart and it’s kinda 50/50 with me liking it or not,) and organize em in a way that looks “cluttered” but not crowded. I like making the grid moodboards because they’re a little easier to focus on the pictures and overall vibe (as there’s less pictures,) but I don’t rlly have a preference for making either or ! Some just depend on the theme !

I started putting together a playlist for m-1 jimmy, which means I’ve started thinking… a lot about empires jimmy. I’ve always had far too many emotions about how jimmy’s treated, but finally putting it to music has done irreparable things to me, I think. So anyway… some drawings to Gang of Youths’ Achilles Come Down.

The hardest thing about drawing to this song was finding characters who would could reasonably represent the verses of the song that are supposed to be encouraging and loving. So. Take that as you will.

fr young transmascs if you come out or start transitioning (esp medically), and people start expecting you to do things to "make up" for being a man/"gaining male privilege", if they start accusing you of mansplaining out of nowhere, if they start viewing you as "gross" and "dirty", if they start treating you like you are uncontrollably angry or sexually predatory, if they belittle manhood as a gender and treat men as lesser beings even if you tell them it makes you uncomfortable, in general if they start treating you like a different human being for being noticeably male, run.

the same goes for if they try to avoid using masculine pronouns or words for you, discouraging you from dressing masculine, trying to get you to doubt your own understanding of your gender, run. Kick them in the teeth. You do not deserve this abusive behavior. Drop them if you can, and try to find a better circle- ideally one that has some other transmascs in it.
