I giggled at this thought so have it as well
Sagau + legacy who tends to hijack Childe at his whims = playable abyss moth :D
oh goodness i was not in a good mood but this made me feel much better thank you
it's a glitch, it has to be a glitch, there's no other explanation for it! you've scoured the internet, watched countless videos, even uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times- but nothing could explain why, out of all characters, Foul Legacy had spontaneously become playable and was currently sitting in your party, exactly where your Childe should be. to his credit, he was INCREDIBLY strong, easily sweeping any bosses and enemies you met along the way, but the fact remains that he's not a playable character in the first place! you're worried that your game is being hacked in some way, but when nothing else happens for a few days, well... you can't deny that it was kind of fun to have a character no one else had, and you've always been fond of Childe's Foul Legacy form- you refuse to admit to spending at least half an hour just watching him on screen gushing about how cute he was (he even has his own idle animations!!)
on his end, in the digital world of Teyvat, Foul Legacy is absolutely thrilled that you haven't reacted too badly to his presence- he feared you would hate him for occasionally using Childe's place for himself- he always gives it back afterwards, he promises! Legacy works hard to destroy any enemies in your path, silently trilling in happiness whenever you compliment him. since he's not much in the way of words, he curls up into a comfy Abyss moth ball if you ever put him in your teapot instead of simply standing there, perking up and fluttering his wings when you approach him. and as he promised, he ALWAYS gives Childe back his body at the end of the day- the Harbinger's a little confused and disoriented, but you always greet him enthusiastically when you log in the next day, so he's not really complaining

CAN WE SEE THE HOSTAGE ROWAN DOODLES
Oh to be at the mercy of someone so far removed from reality that they can't see how much they're hurting you, and wouldn't care if you told them.

someone convince me to like piper mclean im begging. idc if i have to get spoiled
i wanna like piper SO BAD but i’m struggling soo hard. ive just finished house of hades moments ago and she had her badass moments but every interaction with jason pissed me off. i’ve been trying to hold out through this series in hope that she gets better bc i want to love her so bad but she’s so infuriating.
this scene in particular, chapter 34 jasons pov pissed me off:
it’s understandable to be jealous of an ex (not that reyna has been confirmed thus far to actually have dated jason, just crushes) but magically altering jasons thoughts?? that’s so messed up
my biggest comparison is love potions in Harry Potter which are super frowned upon and are basically a form of date rape. is that not the same thing as how she’s using her charmspeak??? convincing both jason and herself that they’re together?? even later she has moments where jason describes her voice influence over him in even more casual settings not just about reyna.
jason here is such a people pleaser and has been convinced he’s not worthy of his own thoughts and opinions his wholeeee life that he willingly lets her convince him of their ‘love.’ he doesn’t think he deserves to have his own say because he never has. she totally has been taking advantage of that. but ig that’s an analysis for another time
i know they break up but whenever it happens it’s not soon enough in my opinion. i actually liked her in the lost hero up until the end when she declared jason as hers before anything had even happened. in fact i was rooting for her and jason for a minute because i thought it was sweet until it became weird and she clung so hard to gaea’s mist memories of them and refused to accept the truth. she’s not a girls girl and im not here for it, maybe it’s the time these books were written cause i know the “i’m not like other girls” mentality was at a high but idk it’s got to be more than that
idk i’m fully down to hear someone out about why they like her/her redemption. literally anything. because at this point i’ve just had to remake her character in my own mind in order to like her. but i want to like her in canon too

An independent Courier would actually hate being in charge or enforcing standards in New Vegas. At least in my mind.
They made Vegas independent but I feel like that playthrough/style so clearly makes it apparent it isn't for them. They are making Vegas a place where people can live freely, like how House genuinely didn't care what people did but without the behind-the-scenes Big Brother surveillance he did. Having every family, faction, and other influence group or person comes to them about alliances or rules would be draining, and boring, one note.
In an independent Vegas, The Courier is also Independent. They like getting rid of lines and borders that impede freedom, they like to help give people the tool but I don't believe they want to be the one to shape it.

I think mayhaps that Batman should exclusively be a member of the Justice League Dark. He doesn't really like working with people but also sometimes John Constantine is like "You know Batsy, If you help me save the world by proxy it saves Gotham" So he does begrudgingly. But only sometimes when they need help with some things because he's like a very good detective and sometimes you need that! But also mostly I just want the rest of the Justice League to not believe that The Batman is real??
There's an issue that they need dealt with and they think it's a demon so they call Constantine and he's like "nah mate, this is just weird ritualistic sacrifices, I got a call to B-man on this one"
And Superman is like "haha The Batman isn't real... Right?" And then they meet him and he is very much real.
And Diana is all like "Oh Clark you silly, obviously The Batman is real" But internally she's like "holy shit The Batman is real???"
Green Arrow still doesn't believe it because he keeps missing any mission that The Batman happens to go on and he's like "If The Batman was real my best friend Brucie Wayne would have told me so. Brucey said that the Batman is just a scare tactic created by the Gotham Police department" So he's pretty sure that the rest of the Justice League is just playing a long practical joke against him specifically

i napped the entire day away and my dreams included, but were not limited to: big earthquake that, as it was happening, i was like "oh this is a bad one" and my stepdad went "its not that bad" - our house slid down a ravine into water / very vivid evening apocalypse that - after the blast hit and i died - swirled into sleep paralysis that occurred While I Was Dreaming (and i do mean swirled. i got whipped around like an inflatable tube man) / rich people sitcom where everyone was unbearable but i had my dear cat Letti with me / sound-based monster shaped like my mom that i kept from killing me via a funny joke (i didnt even get to finish my microwaved macaroni smh)

Hate how in every thread where someone asks for challenge ideas for pz most answers are just 'make it as hard as possible'
I dont want to make a run with highest zombie and rarest loot settings, eternal winter, no guns or cars, take all negative traits or whatever! i want a goal other than just 'survive'
the problem isn't that it's too easy to survive, it's that i dont have a point to work towards and then it all feels sort of pointless...
I like challenges like 'get from one end of the map to the other' or 'collect all ingredients + the recipe magazine and make a pizza'
collecting all versions of certain items is also fun, as well as giving your character a backstory and goal and rp
if anyone has fun ideas for goals what to do in pz, feel free to leave them in the notes :*

Had an idea, an Owl House and MLP crossover where Luz is an earthpony who wants to learn more magic than just what's standard in Equestria
Sunray Sueños is a bright young filly from the humble Hollow Shades who's never truly fit in with her peers. Much as she tried to make friends, her over-the-top enthusiasm for all things arcane and obscure have landed her in trouble more often than not. And it all came crashing down when her loving but concerned mother decided to send her to live with relatives in a farm in Appleoosa for a while, so that she could hopefully stop obsessing over strange magic and develop some social skills.
This, understandably, breaks Sunray's heart, and she dejectedly throws her study book in the trash can of the train stop. She pretty much immediately regrets it and tries to recover it, only to see it being taken away by a strange owl. She follows it past everypony, into an old, dismantled locomotive, out of it through a different doorway -- and straight into a vastly different wild landscape than the shrub-speckled valley and surrounding peaks of her hometown: she's atop a hill overseeing what appears to be a city, though it's unlike anything she's ever seen or heard about. The red-orange sky, the illogical buildings, the unrecognizeable creatures inhabiting it... it's all too much to take in.
The owl, however, is still in sight, and Sunray is nothing if not stubborn, so she chases after it, down he hill, and finds out it has brought her book (along with several assorted trinkets and baubles) to an older-looking griffon with a bit of a sleazebag vibe.
This is the story of how an Earth Pony became the most powerful witch in the Badlands.
