How would the boys react to a Virgin S/O scared of having sex?
Sakamaki Brothers
Shu
He raises an eyebrow at your fear but doesn’t push you.
“Hmph… figures. This world screws people up early.”
He’d lie beside you, fingers brushing your skin in a way that’s comforting, not sexual.
“I don’t care if you never want to. Just… stay close. That’s enough for me.”
But if you do ever open up to it? He’ll take things slow, lazy, and deeply sensual—letting you guide everything.
Reiji
He believes in control and composure, so your fear intrigues him.
“I see. So you are… untouched.”
If it’s genuine fear, not just modesty, he backs off—but with a plan.
“We’ll begin with trust. Not acts.”
He’ll earn your submission through rituals of routine and obedience. When you're ready, he'll make it ceremonial, intense—but only once you're mentally and emotionally prepared.
No one else will ever have you, and he likes it that way.
Ayato
“Wha—Chichinashi, are you serious?”
At first, he teases, not realizing how scared you really are.
But when he sees your panic, his eyes soften.
“…Tch. Fine. I won’t touch you. Idiot.”
It’s hard for him, but he backs off.
Still, the possessive part of him likes that you’re untouched.
“You’re mine. No one else ever got you. That’s enough for me… for now.”
Kanato
Kanato is extremely volatile, especially around intimacy.
When he learns you’re scared, he freaks out at first.
“Are you saying you don’t love me?! You don’t want to belong to me?!”
But if you cry and explain, he softens.
“You… don’t have to. Just sleep beside me. I’ll protect you. Don’t leave me.”
He’ll cling to you in his bed, whispering childish lullabies instead of demanding more. He likes you as a pure doll—but he also wants you, so the tension stays.
Laito
“Ohhh~ Bitch-chan… a scared little virgin?”
He thrives on power dynamics, so this is catnip to him—but he won’t act on it if you’re afraid.
He’ll flirt, tease, and stroke your skin just to get your heart racing. But if you panic? He stops immediately.
“I don’t want to hurt you. Not unless you beg me to.”
If you ever say you're ready, he’ll make it playful and slow—but the moment you say no, everything halts.
Underneath it all, he wants your trust more than your body.
Subaru
This hits his insecurities hard.
“Y-You’re scared of me?!”
He panics, thinking he’s the reason. He’ll avoid eye contact and beat himself up about it.
“…It’s fine. We don’t have to. Ever. Just let me hold you, okay?”
When you tell him you just need time, he melts.
“Thank god… I thought I ruined everything.”
He’ll cuddle you under his jacket like you're a precious porcelain thing, blushing every time your hands brush.
Mukami Brothers
Ruki
Ruki immediately backs off.
“So you are afraid of intimacy… interesting.”
He respects you enough to wait, but also views your innocence as something to cultivate.
“Do not fear me, Livestock. Let me educate you—emotionally, first.”
He’ll slowly break down your walls through acts of tenderness. The moment you do give consent, he’ll take it as a sign that you are fully his—mind, body, and soul.
“You are mine. And I will be your first… and last.”
Kou
“Aww~ my poor little kitten’s scared?”
Kou masks his feelings behind teasing, but when he realizes you’re genuinely scared, his act falters.
“…Tch. Fine. No cameras, no touching. Just cuddles, okay?”
He wants to be your safe space, not your nightmare.
He spoils you, distracts you with gifts, and lets you lead.
But the thought of being your first gets under his skin—in a possessive way.
“I’ll wait. But when it happens, no one else gets that memory but me.”
Yuma
Yuma respects strength and survival—and fear? That makes him gentler.
“Oh, Seedling… you ain’t ready, huh?”
He cradles your face and kisses your forehead.
“Sex ain’t the only way I can love ya. You tell me when. Not before.”
He’ll distract you with gardening, sparring, meals. Build trust until you’re secure enough to even think about intimacy.
And if you never are? That’s fine too.
“You’re still mine, scared or not.”
Azusa
Azusa is incredibly tender about it.
“You’re scared… like me…”
He doesn’t push, ever. He asks permission before hugging you.
“I’ll wait. Even if it hurts… even if it’s forever.”
He’ll trace patterns on your arm, whispering how beautiful you are—not for your body, but for your soul.
If you cry from fear? He’ll cry with you.
“No pain… unless you want it. No touch… unless you ask.”
He’ll never let anyone else touch you either.
Tsukinami Brothers + Karlheinz + Richter
Shin
He tries to laugh it off.
“You? Scared? What are you, twelve?”
But when he realizes you’re actually terrified, he stops cold.
“…Shit. Sorry.”
He pulls you into his arms and rubs your back awkwardly.
“Fine. We’ll wait. But don’t expect me to stop wanting you.”
He sulks a little, but fiercely defends your comfort and boundaries.
The day you’re ready? He’ll be cocky but incredibly tender.
“Now you’re mine in every way.”
Carla
He’s stoic, but perceptive.
“I see. Fear has rooted itself in you.”
He won’t force anything. Royalty doesn’t need to prove dominance that way.
He’ll wait in eerie silence, watching your reactions, slowly learning how to soothe you.
“You will come to me willingly—or not at all. Either is acceptable.”
But deep down, he likes that no one has tainted you.
“You are untouched. Let me be the first… when you are no longer afraid.”
Kino
Kino makes inappropriate jokes.
“A virgin, huh? What is this, the Middle Ages?”
But when he realizes you’re scared, his smirk fades.
“Okay, okay… chill. I’m not that big of an asshole.”
He’ll distract you with games, manga, teasing—but no pressure.
“I’ll be your first player. When you’re ready to hit start.”
Karlheinz
He finds your innocence divine.
“Ah… so fragile. So untouched by sin.”
He’s strangely gentle, like you’re a sacred creature.
“If you fear the act, then I shall not stain you with it… unless you beg.”
He might use manipulation to slowly make you crave closeness, but he’d never outright force you.
“Your fear will become fascination. In time.”
Richter
“Oh… how pure you are…”
He savors it—too much.
He might tease and tempt, but he’d respect your fear—if only because breaking that wall later is more satisfying to him.
He speaks like a devil in confession.
“When the day comes, little dove… I’ll ruin you beautifully.”
But only when you ask him to.

🌿indoor garden update: hydroponics edition🌿
I got a grow light, a fan from a yard sale, higher quality soil from my local plant nursery and some hydroponic gardening supplies since my last post. And now i have plenty more plant children!!!

My kitchen scrap radishes and green onions didn't survive, due to a fungus gnat infestation in the soil I used. I managed to save most of my other plants, but the soil those two were in was so infested I had to get rid of them :( but I have added: hot peppers, chives and cherry tomatoes!! Those are the larger pots in the middle of the wood shelf. Two of those started sprouting!! The chives haven't sprouted yet but I have hope. And the tomato plant I had last time got so big I had to separate the seedlings and put them in individual pots:

Theres seven total but i only took a pocture of these six. They're doing very well!! They love the banana fertilizer I made. And I've added some more seedlings to my greenhouse: (first image) more basil, lavender, pepprmint, parsley, catnip and sage. As well as thyme and oregano in the second image here:

I poked holes in the bottom of a recycled spinach container and used that for the thyme and oregano.
Now for my hydroponic jars: butter lettuce (2), Chile peppers (2), cilantro, spinach, bok choy, emerald oak lettuce, and romaine lettuce. These are doing really well too!! This butter lettuce is grown from scraps:

I put it in a coffee filter net i rigged up until my hydroponic supplies arrived, and i transferred it once i got them. So i thought i messed it up and killed the plant but she's growing!! She's strong too. And here's the others that are growing from seeds:

The romaine lettuce and the bok choy are the ones in the back that have the tallest sprouts. I can't wait to take pictures of all the jars once the root systems grow more and I can remove the socks!!!
Oh and here's the orchid. She's doing amazing:

[Image ID: the first image shows my whole indoor greenhouse tent in front of a permanently sealed glass door. All my plants are visible in the image with the pink orchid being the star of the show at the top of a capital A shaped wooden shelf and the sunlight is shining through the glass and feeding all the plants. A table and chair set and a peach tree is somewhat visible, outside in the background.
The second image shows six terracotta colored plastic pots with two-ish inch tall tomato seedlings in each one. They're healthy and happy, and one pot has a yellow gnat sticky trap sticking out of the soil on the side of the pot.
The third image shows a plastic bin full of eleven biodegradable seedling starter pots, these are the basil, parsley, pepprmint, catnip, lavender and sage, and three of the cups towards the top of the image are sprouting but it's hard to see. The fourth image right next to the last image shows a recycled clear plastic spinach container filled with soil with a cardboard divider in the middle and another yellow gnat trap against the divider, sticking out of he soil. No sprouts yet. There's also recycled plastic wrap on one of the edges for trapping the humidity in the planter but it's pulled back for now.
The fifth image shows a wide mouth mason jar full of nutrient water and a beautiful butter lettuce plant growing out the top, out of a black net cup thats touching the water inside the jar. The biggest leaves are about three inches long. My hand is visible in the image as I'm holding the jar.
The sixth image shows six larger wide mouth mason jars with the same arrangement, though the clay pellets im the black net pots are still visible since these are younger plants. The two jars in the back have the tallest sprouts and the two in the middle have smaller sprouts. The two in he front have no sprouts as I planted thoe seeds just yesterday. A part of my grow light is visible in this image, it's got four long lights attached to one base and all the long lights are facing out on different directions but one light is showing. All the plant jars have black socks covering the glass parts which will be removed when strong root systems grow in.
The final image shows my pink orchid. It's hook shaped, so the plant is growing upright and to the left a bit. And she's supported by a stick holding her up. But she's healthy and happy and all her flowers are soft and vibrant. Her leaves at the bottom are a dark but beautiful green and shes currently living in a white pot. End ID]

first year solo gardening adventures:
attempting to befriend my tree guy by emailing him every time I make croissant bread pudding at work. he has reassured me that my cherry tree is not sick it just healed a crack in the trunk and that's why it was oozing last year
started seeds assuming almost all of them would not come up and now have a hubris of daisies, chamomile, and catnip on my windowsill
found a dead mouse in a bucket of water out by the compost ! now buried with deep disgust but relief that I have not mismanaged the compost badly enough to smell Like That
took a cutting from the magnolia in the vacant lot by my house and she is rooting! will see if she lives when I put her outside
growing pumpkin seedlings who are getting so big so fast. my only goal is to grow my own halloween pumpkin this year

i realized just never posted my garden oops

please observe it in its half full glory!
don’t ask me why i planted alumroot that prefers partial shade in my afternoon sun receiving back garden ㅠ.ㅠ i wasn’t thinking practically i was just like WOW THEY HAVE SO MUCH ALUMROOT HERE and loved how curly and light these are. they’re called Dolce “Apple Twist” and the picture on the label shows they might get a little red in the centers :0 ALSO when i got these at lowes they let me pick out a free mum at checkout so now i have orange mums and no pot for them…. :D

here’s a closer image of my crazy flower corner. sorry for the patio umbrella shadow, the sun was sunning. also, don’t ask about the placement of these guys. idk what i was going for and why everything is so close, but i don’t really care i just want it fluffy and bug friendly >:3
we’ve got some multicolored asters in a row towards the front. there are little clumps of mixed wildflower seedlings trying their best but not getting very big. one bachelors button has shot up right next to the bush of catnip, u can see its tiny bud amongst the catnip if u zoom :P there’s a random baby catnip next to the bush. then, we’ve got some butterfly weed, and even more random wildflower mix babies.
in the empty space in front of the crazy flowers i have planted some SPINCH seeds!!! bloomsdale long standing spinchers to be exact.

lastly, THE HERB SPIRALLLlllwjwja!!!!!!!!!! i’ve been wanting to build one for soooooyyyyy long and i finally did it!!!!! there are dill and cilantro seeds on the lower side of the spiral. i’ve got oregano, chives, rosemary, and thyme seeds in my 4x4 seed tray. those are gonna go in the spiral obvs. i’ve also got some genovese basil in a planter i’m considering plopping into the spiral but am not sure yet…
BRO I ALMOST FORGOT. i put some peppermint seeds in a pot and two types of lavender seeds (munstead & something?...) in little nursery pots since my previous lavender seedling attempts mmmDIED </3.
also the saucer/dish with rocks is supposed to be a butterfly puddler but i’m not satisfied with it yet…suggestions welcome if you made it this far, also thank youuu byeeeee :3
not proofreading sorry i type kinda sporadically

"Polyploid" and Regular Daisy Fleabane 28(58) days later

That single suspected polyploid (left) that sprouted is double the size and doing much better than the regular seedlings (right), which have gone from many to uh not so many.
It seems like the single big sprout likes the heat mat and the tinier variety did not, I have more seeds of both to test out if this crop fails.
I suspect more of the "polyploid" variety will sprout if I stratify it longer and more of the regular variety will live if I take them off the heat mat after they germinate.
I also called time-of-death on the Sulfur Cinquefoil and the Bladder Campion, both got replanted and put in cold stratification on the 15th.
I don't think the Bladder Campion needs cold stratification per se given how many sprouted last time so those will be coming out in a month.
I'm going to stratify the Sulfur Cinquefoil for 2 months as only one sprouted and see if it does better. Both are coming off the heat mat once they germinate.
I replaced them in the starter tray with Rough Cinquefoil (what I misID'd as mock strawberry last year), which did get 2 months to stratify, and some catnip.
I'm going to call TOD on the Queen Anne's Lace and start more when I pull the second round of trefoils out in a few days, a lot of these don't seem to benefit from the heat mat.
So far just the Rose Milkweed, the Buckwheat, and the one odd Daisy Fleabane liked the heat.

I've readjusted to the cold and the damp following the last week and as soon as my earbuds finish charging I will finish re-arranging my back porch garden and it will be Beautiful.
My beets are sprouting and just need some thinning, my new tumblin tom tomato is in its hanger and temporarily hanging from one of the laundry screws (I'm a little sus of its long-term strength so I'll get some new hook screws and move it to a better sun location). The winter savory herb I got is Thriving and I just need to drill some holes into these five gallon buckets for the cucumbers. And tear apart the embarrassing old table that was not for outdoors no matter what Wayfair told me. The bench can stay for a little longer tho it's good at holding pots and I need an extra surface for the time being.
I'm definitely going to need more dirt tho I am pouring a Fortune into this Fucking Dirt, but more dirt, maybe a couple more 5 gallons depending on how well my other tomatoes do (the seedlings are very small and it's been pretty cold). I may have missed my window for the radishes but we'll see what happens.
The catnip is going bonkers which is right and good and the marigolds are. Fine. Again we'll see what happens. I am learning that starting from seed is a very ambitious plan for someone whose prior gardening experience is most generously expressed as 'u tried'
I should get the savory some friends tho like there's space for more herbs in that pot. Maybe some chives.
#zip it#gardening adventure#my biggest dream is to get one of those outside egg chairs and set it up with some fairy lights and it'll be me in my bad garden just vibin#maybe if I'm very strong and brave and successfully harvest 1 beet I will allow myself to buy some dwarf fruit trees

Big garden post cuz I'm excited
I *think* it's just about warm enough to start leaving my seedlings out overnight. I'm a lil scared tho it's finicky this time of year. We had so many swallowtail butterflies last year that this year I want to grow some host plants for their caterpillars so I picked up some fennel, and dill seeds. Along with some squash seeds for momma, plus catnip and lavender seeds just cuz I want to try and grow them.

Picked up a big creeping phlox because..well just look at it!

And got my hands on some liquid fertilizer so the planta app can stop yelling at me about it, and ofc some random new plants that I know absolutely *nothing* about, cuz Mom thought they were pretty, as is traditional at this point. (Welcome to the house Mandevilla!)
The raspberry?? (Either that's raspberry or I've got 3 blackberry plants now which..ok I guess. Really regretting not keeping track of my plant tags now) is looking fantastic, as are the blackberry seedlings.. actually here's a question, when do plants stop being called seedlings cuz I think the blackberry are too big to be called that still. My strawberry and pepper plants are definitely still seedlings though. Lil baby leaves, so cute!

Roselle Hibiscus from local food forest ❣️
recently have been learning more about growing edible and medicinal plants and actually started lots of seedlings with my husband like beets, sugar magnolia snap peas, dill and catnip to name a few. It feels good to have started them instead of anxiously putting it off!! Hoping for some sort of harvest 🤞🏼

Garden report 5/13/24:
The dill (pictured) and wildflowers outside the fence are starting to sprout. The dill is in that same bed with the (probable) catnip, on the opposite end.
In the center 4x8!raised bed, the bean plants are delicious to something (insects or slugs or both) and several sprouts have been nibbled to death before really getting going. There is a row of beets that I thinned. Today I put in some marigolds to try to deter pests and planted some edamame in case a different bean would be more resistant. I also bought some tomatillo plants for this bed and put them in today, and planted a few more “Mexican sour gherkin” (cucamelon) seeds. The third picture is a close up of the cucamelon plants I started indoors that survived. Three pea plants survived my attempt at a cover crop.
The front 4x8 bed inside the fence is mainly for full size cucumbers this year. One surviving seedling from indoors is hiding among the lettuce at the far side of the photo. I planted some additional seeds of the same variety around the trellis on that side. On the near end, I bought some cucumber plants at the nursery and planted a few more seeds. In the middle of that bed are a few chard plants (they didn’t all come up) and a row of beets that I thinned today.
There are radishes here and there in both 4x8 beds, but I harvested most of them to make room.
Not pictured are the strawberry patch, which is quite lush with leaves, and the little containers in the paths that I haven’t cleaned up yet. Oh, and I didn’t get pictures of the tomato plants or the sweet bell pepper plants in EarthBox containers toward the back of the garden.
If my future self is looking back to see what to expect in mid-May, it’s a slow start in some ways, but definitely getting there.

First seedlings of 2025. All of these except the catnip are repeats from last year because the only seedling that was successfully transplanted and thrived was hyssop. I bought this new setup, it’s a greenhouse box with coconut coir pellets. I have a heating pad underneath the box. Will my kittens get to enjoy some homegrown catnip?? Time will tell

this month, I've been focused on trying to start as many seedlings as I realistically can to produce as much food as I can this year. we've had a garden for a couple of years, but lately, I've been feeling like I need to do more and make ourselves-- in some sense-- just a little more self sufficient, so I've not only expanded the existing garden but am abundantly aware that if all of my seedlings survive, I'm going to have to just plant where there's space/make space.
on tap this year (asterisk indicates it has been started inside, all others will be direct sown):
- tomatoes*
- a variety of sweet peppers*
- a variety of hot peppers*
- pickling cucumbers
- Armenian cucumbers
- another kind of long cucumber that I can't remember what they're called; they were not successful last year but need to be regularly watered and were not
- pole + bush beans
- melons: cantaloupe, honeydew, and 2 kinds of watermelon
- a variety of carrots
- sweet potatoes (mostly Murasaki but also a regular orange one whose name escapes me but is not Beauregard)*
- various beets
- brassicas: cabbage, a lot of cauliflower (we love it roasted with spices but also tons of applications), broccoli, kale, Swiss Chard (is this a brassica?)*
- zucchini
- fennel* (I've failed on this the past two years but am pretty determined to make it work this year)
- a wide variety of winter squashes/pumpkins. One I'm excited about: honeynut, similar to butternut but smaller.
Perennials we already have going:
- rhubarb; I need to move these. We still haven't used this because they just haven't been successful with how hot it gets here in the summer.
- rosemary, oregano, sage, thyme, catmint, catnip, lemon balm, mint (neverrrr plant this in the ground)
- strawberries
- blueberries
- raspberries and blackberries; we moved these and thinned out the raspberries because they were chaotic.
- various fruit trees. Not sure any will produce this year but they're pretty cool.
- garlic-- this has been in the ground since November and will likely be picked sometime in June. There isn't a ton of it but I wanted to grow it for the first time, so we'll see how it goes.
---------
My goal here is to provide enough for ourselves (and we eat a lot of produce) and to share with friends and neighbors, as well as family if they visit.
I'm also working on spacing this year; I found last year that my bell peppers that were shaded out just didn't produce well at all, and the peppers were tiny, so this year, I'm making sure they all have space.
