The United States (US) publicly issued strong opposition to the involvement of Chinese Companies in the reclamation of Manila Bay recently supposedly because those Companies were involved in the construction and Militarization of China’s Artificial Islands in the South China Sea (SCS).

Note that the Americans didn’t do anything except complain loudly against those Artificial Islands, so I think there is a deeper reason for them to issue such a strong opposition to it, and it may be because such reclamation could interfere with the Operations of its Embassy along Roxas Boulevard as a MAJOR AMERICAN SPY HUB.

This FACT was revealed by Professor Ronald G. Simbulan during a Lecture back in 2017, and published at the Center for People Empowerment in Governance (CenPEG) Website. Simbulan said that Roxas Boulevard Embassy (RBE) was a Regional Service Center (RSC) or Regional Headquarters (likely for the entire South East Asian Region) of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) since at least the time of the Vietnam War.

Also no less than the infamous Whistleblower Edward Snowden confirmed that the RBE was a Spy Hub and “Listening” Post or an EAVESDROPPING Post where it is used to monitor Communications Networks such as Phone Communications. Based on this, then no wonder that the Americans are doing everything they can to stop the reclamation, and trust the Philippines to entirely give up its Sovereignty to the US by allowing a major American Spy Hub to freely and openly operate on its Land

General Atomics Predator Drone at the Udvar-Hazey Center. The GA Predator has a top flying speed of 135 mph and was used by the CIA in multiple missions in Afghanistan, often armed with Hellfire Missiles. It was retired and replaced with the General Atomics Reaper drone. The first flight was in 1994 and was used from 1995-2018 by the US military. The “Atin Ito” Coalition and its connections to the US Program “Project Myoushu”

This recent Article by the Asian Century Journal (ACJ) talks about a new Group called the "Atin Ito (This is Ours)” Coalition which has not been transparent about its Funding and Ownership. The ACJ says that this Group is likely to be connected to the United States (US) thru it's new Initiative "Project Myoushu" which is aiming to counter China thru the Philippines using Guerilla War Tactics.

The Article also mentions this certain RAY POWELL which to me looks very much like the US’ AGENT PROVOCATEUR who is aiming to INCITE the Philippines against China. His Job likely is to push the Philippines, particularly the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) to fight China. If they ignore him, he will likely just PUBLICLY SHAME them into doing so.

Personally I think Project Myoushu is another Program of the US Intelligence Services, particularly the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) whose Regional Head Quarters for South East Asia (SEA) is at the US Embassy along Roxas Boulevard. Anyway, here are Quotes from the Article:

A Marine Convoy like this involves a tremendous amount of logistical planning and suppport not to mention the financial means to undertake one. 2. Who are the People behind the Atin Ito Coalition? They claim it’s a civil Society Group aiming to further our Country’s vital security interests yet they defy our National Security Council’s advice.”

“As an independent, Civil Society–led initiative, Project Myoushu supports U.S. Goals to expose and deter China’s Gray Zone Activities while maintaining separation from potential Public perceptions of bias and bureaucratic Obstacles that can hinder Government-led efforts. It also avoids the escalation risks associated with Official Government Statements and supports local approaches.”
