Hi friend hope the hanzo mk 11 with Baby Bi-Han Mk 1 isn't too much hassle as a fic I know it can be hard sometimes even with the requests just letting you know I don't mind how long it takes just hope you're doing well and it isn't causing you any unnecessary stress or worry 😊

CG Hanzo MK11 w/ Regressor Bi-Han MK1 (Fic)

"If you keep glaring at it, it might eventually freeze over," Hanzo said as he added some honey into a bottle of milk.

Bi-Han huffed, moving his glare from the bottle, to Hanzo, then back to the bottle.

He didn't need Hanzo's silly commentary. Just like how he didn't need some silly baby bottle!!

"Hate it!" Bi-Han spat. "We get rid of it!"

"Have you ever dranked from a bottle before, Bi?" Hanzo asked, receiving another huff. "If you truly hate it, we have a sippy cup instead."

Bi-Han didn't like that choice either.

He found . . . friendship with Hanzo and Kuai Liang, as did his brothers. It was an . . . interesting friendship, at first.

Timeline merging was something Hanzo had gotten used to, especially with the events that happened here. Although Liu Kang- Uh, "Lord" Liu Kang's new universe was . . . interesting.

Not bad just . . . a different take on their lives.

Although Hanzo, surprisingly to some, enjoyed this universes Bi-Han.

He was still Kuai Liang's brother, but in another universe, one where he wasn't fully corrupted by Quan Chi. 

One where he could be saved.

Even Kuai Liang enjoyed his company. And it was almost awkward that he wasn't with them. But he was hanging out with the Scorpion Kuai Liang and short haired Tomas.

Hanzo and kuai Liang enjoyed watching regressors, and after finding Bi-Han regressing, and the entire incident (meltdown) that followed, they had started taking a small CG role for him. Even encouraging little playdates when one of them were small.

Bi-Han wasn't too keen at the friendship at first . . . But he wouldn't deny that they provided somewhat of a safe haven for being tiny.

"Don't need that either," Bi-Han frowned. "Cup."

Hanzo shook his head, "Your too little for big kid cups-"

"No!" Bi-Han stomped his foot. hanzo put a hand in the air, indicating Bi-Han to take a deep breath, which he did. ". . . Not a baby, Papa."

Ah, that's what it was.

Even if Bi-Han did regress smaller than others, he had a habit of indicating that he wasn't 'some baby'. Always trying to do big kid things.

But even with straws, Bi-Han had a habit of knocking over his cups. Or dropping them by accident. It wouldn't matter if it was just water. But the angry shouting and throwing Bi-Han had after was something Hanzo didn't want to encourage.

Bi-Han hated regression items.

Or, he feared them, to an extent.

Most of his items were kept here, in another universe, where his LIn Kuei couldn't find.

What would they say if they found their Grandmaster's paci? Or a teddy bear on his bed? He'd be reducuiled, he know he would.

Still, Hanzo and Kuai Liang decided that a baby bottle and a sippy cup wouldn't hurt him. And they would just store it at the Shirai Ryu temple, there was no reason to be all fussy about it.

"Of course you aren't. you just need a cup with safer cup, one that won't spill as easily."

Bi-Han wanted to call bogus. There were so many big kid cups like that!! He didn't need some baby bottle or sippy cup- He just needed a big kid cup! Why couldn't Hanzo see that?! 

He was be silly, and not in the good way.

Hanzo noticed Bi-Han's grumpy scowl, ruffling his hair, "You'll be okay. Just try it out and if you'd like, I can change it."

Bi-Han wanted to press more, but knew it really wouldn't get anywhere.

Well, it could if he reeeeally wanted it . . . But he also couldn't completely deny that he did want to use one. It was just embarrassing, using some bottle.

"Fine," Bi-Han grumbled.

"There's blocks in the living room corner if you'd like to bring them out," Hanzo suggested, screwing the bottle cap on.

This sparked Bi-Han's interest. Blocks? he liked blocks! He didn't have them back at his place, but hanzo was more than willing to share his toys.

Bi-Han practically rushed out of the room, causing Hanzo to hold back a chuckle. Any sort of laughing would cause a tempter tantrum.

Hanzo shook the bottle before walking back into the living room, setting it on the low table. Bi-Han, who was in the middle of building his castle, paused his actions, glaring at the cup as if it were to attack him.

"The more it sits, the more it'll spoil," Hanzo warned him, sitting on the couch.

"Nap?" Bi-Han glared at Hanzo. 

Warm honey milk always made Bi-Han sleepy. Was Hanzo trying to make him take a nap? He wasn't some baby, only babies took naps!

"No, you asked for it?" Hanzo raised an eyebrow, receiving a huff.

Okay, maybe he had, but he wasn't going to admit it.

Bi-Han seemed hesiant. He tried to drink some, but quickly set the bottle down. It was too - Too embarrassing!! He couldn't drink out of it! Especially while Hanzo was right there, just watching!

Hanzo tried not to watch, amused by Bi-Han's actions. But he didn't want the milk to go bad. And Bi-Han was clearly thirsty, he couldn't have the little one go thirsty.

". . . Come here," Hanzo patted his lap. Bi-Han looked confused. "Lay your head on my lap."

Bi-Han hesitated, looking between his blocks and Hanzo. Eventually, he slowly got up, waddling with his bottle in hand.

He sat beside Hanzo, laying his head on his lap. Hanzo gently stroked Bi-Han's hair, holding the bottle to his mouth, which Bi-Han hesitantly accepted.

Bi-Han felt himself grow tired, sluggish. Warm honey milk always made him sleepy. But laying down, having his hair tussled defienty made him sleepy. He was only halfway through before Hanzo took it away, making Bi-Han whine.

"I think it's time for a nap," Hanzo said, putting the bottle on the table. Bi-Han tried to protest, but he just got shushed instead. "Shh, there's no need to fuss, I can see your eyes dropping."

"Ba!" Bi-Han angrily mumbled, making grabby hands for the bottle. "Papa, ba!"

Hanzo shifted Bi-Han to his hip as he stood. He grabbed the bottle, which Bi-Han quickly snatched and tightly held as Hanzo carried him to Hanzo's room.

He tried, tried, to lay Bi-Han down. But instead Bi-Han fussed and whined, clinging onto Hanzo.

"Nooo!" Bi-Han whined, pointing to the bottle that Hanzo set on the nightstand. "That!"

"Here you go," Hanzo tried to hand it to him, but received a headshake. "What do you want then?"

Bi-Han glared at Hanzo, as if he expected Hanzo to know what he wanted.

"Can we use our big boy words?" Hanzo asked.

Bi-Han pointed to the bottle again, "More Papa. . ."

"You want to lay on my lap again?"

Bi-Han thought about it, before nodding.

But when hanzo sat down, Bi-Han didn't lay his head on his lap. Insead, he sat on it. He clung to Hanzo's chest, trying to make sure that Hanzo wouldn't kick him off. Which Hanzo made no more to do.

Ah, he wanted to be cradled.

Bi-Han looked proud, happy in the fact that he had 'tricked' Hanzo to get what he wanted.

"You want me to bottle feed you?" Hanzo double check, earning a grumble. "I need words, Snowflake."

Bi-Han grumbled at the nickname, mumbling out a small, "Yes."

"Thank you," Hanzo smiled, grabbing the bottle.

It wasn't long before Bi-Han passed out. He felt . . . safe in Hanzo's arms. And with the bottle making his tummy feel all warm and happy, he felt all sluggish and tired again. 

Hanzo gently tucked him in, kissing Bi-Han's forehead. He heard the door click behind him, Kuai Liang walking into the room.

"Hanzo-"

"Shhh, he fell asleep," Hanzo shushed him. Kuai Liang nodded, walking over. Bi-Han's eyebrows furrow, curling more into himself. "Get out of here, you'll wake him."

"As if he can stand your heat," Kuai Liang rolled his eyes before noticing the bottle. "Did he take kindly to it?"

". . . Only a bit of screaming," Hanzo admitted. "But he seemed content after being fed."

Kuai Liang nodded, noticing hanzo's phrasing but not pressing further. Perhaps he would bug him about it when he wasn't in the room with the sleeping baby.

He just hoped Bi-Han wouldn't get upset for 'letting him do silly things' while regressed, again.

Or straight up ignore them . . . again.

Hope I wrote Bi-Han right. I like his character, but he's hard to get accurate sometimes. 😭

Regressor mk1 trio headcanons, featuring Liu Kang, Kung Lao and Raiden!

i know you didnt mention liu kang and as much as i love kung lao, i cant seperate these guys theyre best friends.

raiden would absolutely be a cg for regressors liu kang and kung lao though he would be a bit of a strict and stern cg he would be very caring and keep them out of touble but when he says no, theres no changing his mind.

liu kang or kung lao could easily be a baby sitter for one another but with raiden as cg theyre best buds or even sibs on a playdate

this does include playfights

kitana is either a standin cg or babysitter at least for liu kang, maye not as much for kung lao but will look after them together if need be

raiden's the best at giving sublte and vague excuses for the three of them to leave when needed no one questions him but the other too often suck at it and stumble over or generally mess up the excuse

not very independant regressors, they normally wont even regress unless prompted somehow

raiden picks up on everything knows the moment they feel little and need something hes very attuned to them and can read them easily

angy liu kang has set things on fire didnt always mean to does apologize after time out

liu kang would be maybe 4-5 kung lao might be soemthere between 4-10 depending on the day

kung lao needs some sort of safety precaution on his hat he's allowed to have it, they tried telling him he cant and that was a mistake but when he's little they put something on the bladded rim and he'll sit and pout about it for a bit

regressor Scorpion(Hanzo) and cg sub-zero(Kuai Liang)!

hanzo regresses around age 6 he's a very curious kid but hes also very stubborn and grumpy

hanzo wont often ask for help kuai liang will notice when he needs help and will usually ask first but knows hanzo wont admit to it and will find ways to help him out without causing a fuss

gumpy kiddo will sit next to him and pout until the other takes the hint and gives him a hug doesnt really like cuddles but is okay with hugs or being held for a short time

"hanzo dont do it...noo..." something proceeds to light on fire and be put out with cold "thats it, time out, little one" "no!"

its a fight to get him to settle down he's easier to handle and tuck in for a nap or sleep after he's tired himself out kuai liang will find things to direct his energy towards to keep him busy until he tires or gets burnt out so he can cool down with a nap (pun intended)

its hard to find little gear he wont burn when he gets upset a make shift bottle or sippy cup is just a metal waterbottle. plastic will melt and wood will char, so metal things are about the only material that can withstand his outbursts.

after being grumpy and angry, hes really sweet and helpful at the end of the day hanzo wants to help kuai liang as a thank you for helpng him too he feels bad after he gets upset, so he wants to be helpful and do something nice and be a good kiddo to make up for it.

Regressor!Hanzo Headcanons

(with CG!Cole)

When there is a lot going on in the world, things in your personal life often feel lesser. Easier to push aside or ignore. Especially if you have some sort of personal stake in the events swallowing up the world, some part to play that's much bigger than you are—meaning it's easy to get swallowed up yourself. This sort of mindset is exactly how Hanzo operates. Focus on the big picture and shove aside the finer details if you must, but always keep them within your grasp. Be aware of everything and everyone except for yourself, because you're only a small part of the equation. That's what it's like in the loud, explosive moments at least. But at the end of the day, what's left? Splinters of what he could have done, should have done, yet did not. Personal failings and all consuming guilt. Giving and giving to atone and it never feeling like enough. Until all that's left is a very small feeling that's harder to ignore. Much harder than other things he can brush aside, despite the inherent softness that seems to come with the feeling. There's not much he can do for it besides attempt to sleep it off, but once finding that the feeling can linger even after a bit of sleep does he start to grow concerned. Hanzo is used to ignoring his own needs after ten years of self-dictated exile and punishment, has ignored things like broken bones if needed, but this? This was some sort of liability, that much he could gather. And despite being a part of the newly reformed Overwatch and being presented with a frankly disgusting amount of team building, it is still difficult to admit that he might need some sort of help.

However, his practicality wins out over his pride. After all, he can't keep doing what he needs to if this odd feeling keeps burbling up from some strange well within him. Which means he (reluctantly) finds himself setting up an appointment with Dr. Ziegler in hopes that she knows how to straighten out whatever it is that keeps happening to him. She is patient with him as he awkwardly stumbles through describing what he's been experiencing, noting down things on occasion and asking supplementary questions as if to ease his discomfort—Is there ever any dizziness? And about how long would you say these feelings persist? How often do they occur?—until she seemingly reaches a conclusion and hums in understanding as she begins making notes on his chart. Lots of notes. Hanzo tries not to let his anxiety show, though he cannot stop himself from picking at his nails as he demands to know why. Why does he keep feeling so lost? Why does it seem to lower basic skills such as his hand-eye coordination? Why does it always seem to happen when he's left to his own thoughts? Why does it feel like his world shrinks and the only way to make it feel better is to tuck himself up under his blankets? If it's something like depression he's been on medication before, he'll start taking it again if it will just make all the confusing feelings—the inescapable small feelings—stop. The more he asks the more worked up he becomes until suddenly he realizes that the small feeling is happening now and Dr. Ziegler must be able to see it because she's looking at him with a gentle expression that he can't quite place but wants to be mad at but no, actually needs it enough that it scares him...

And when the small feeling says run, he does. Bolts right for the door of the infirmary. It is far from his most graceful escape—very far from it in fact, because he doesn't get five feet down the hallway before he's running smack dab into Cole. It's about then that the annoying loss of coordination and balance really kicks in and he finds himself falling back onto his bottom with a thud. Which in turn reminds his brain to turn on that increased sensitivity he's been experiencing too as his breathing hitches and tears cloud his vision. He can hear Dr. Ziegler behind him, can hear her and Cole discussing something but it's too hard to focus on the words when he's focusing on not crying. Biting his lip and holding his breath to stop the embarrassing hiccups, scrunching his eyes tightly shut when it doesn't feel like enough. It isn't sustainable of course, but the small feeling says it is. That it'll make everything bad and scary stop if he shuts it all out. Until a different voice of reason cuts in, deep and soothing as it croons Didn't mean to spook ya, c'mon honey just breathe for me… There is a little more coaxing, and a hand is placed on his chest (on top of his own, he realizes, gingerly pulling it down and away from where he was beginning to scratch at his throat). The physical contact gets him to open his eyes again, only to find Cole crouched down next to him looking extremely concerned. Calloused thumb rubbing soothing circles on his hand, voice gentle as he instructs him to breathe. For whatever reason Hanzo feels compelled to listen, finally allowing himself the hiccups from before as Cole helps him to his feet and steers him back to the infirmary. Cole and Angela speak in hushed tones for a moment before she tells him he has to let Cole go now, and he reluctantly releases the hand he didn’t know he was still clutching.

Hanzo only belatedly realizes that he has allowed not only one, but two people to see him when he’s regressed (a term that Angela explains as soon as she determines that he is settled and not about to run off again). It is confusing, not to mention unwanted. Especially when she tells him she is temporarily suspending him from missions until he has found a way to manage it a bit better (after all, it isn’t exactly conducive to have the team’s sniper drop at, well…the drop of a hat, so to speak). Worst of all she tells him it would be best to explore his smallspace, highly recommends it even because she knows he otherwise would interpret “managing it” as “repressing it”, which is how he got here according to her—and that a big break was coming if he didn’t. She sends him on his way with instructions to go rest while she works on gathering some resources for him, but doesn’t let him leave until he picks out a sucker from the candy jar that he usually would ignore. But today is different, and the Sour Apple Dum Dum calls to him. As he steps out into the hallway once more and struggles to get the wrapper off with a small whine, the candy is gently plucked from his grasp. Cole unwraps it and passes it back over with a smile before kicking off of the wall by the door where he had apparently been waiting. He says surprisingly little as he makes sure Hanzo gets back to his room without further incident, and the company is much appreciated. And when they finally make it to his room, Cole tells him to come get him if he needs anything, that nothing is a bother. All Hanzo can muster is a quiet okay before letting the loneliness of his bedroom swallow him up.

After that first encounter, Cole seems to make it his personal mission to keep an eye on Hanzo. Even when he has to go off on some mission or another, he has taken to bringing him back small gifts. He has the forethought to be discreet, always leaving them in front of his door in a simple box, for which Hanzo is grateful. Genji keeps teasing him that he has a secret admirer after noticing one of the boxes, but he isn’t quite ready to tell his little brother that the boxes mostly comprise of stuffed toys and sweets. The repeated gesture, along with the genuineness behind it, is enough to make him reconsider Angela’s suggestion of finding a caregiver that he can trust (just one of the many suggestions in the rather lengthy packet she had sent for him explaining the ins and outs of regression). And the more he considers it, the more he likes the idea; there are many qualities about Cole that he respects despite their differences, and they've gotten close enough in their downtime that he has come to trust him. Moreover, Cole seemed okay with the whole idea. The way he had spoken to him that first time stuck with Hanzo, and lately whenever he was feeling small he found himself craving that tenderness. But he has never been one to ask for what he wants, and so he begins to implement the patented Cat MethodTM. Meaning that Cole suddenly has a pair of eyes on him at all times, with Hanzo occasionally bridging the gap and moving in closer. Simple things like making sure he gets to sit next to Cole in the lounge and sharing a lot more personal space with him than anyone else is allowed. It’s painfully obvious that he wants something to anyone that knows how Hanzo operates, and because Cole knows how he operates he picks up on it right away. If he had to wager a guess, it had something to do with that small side of his; after all, he has been leaving him little gifts to let him know that it’s okay (so it’s a pretty safe bet).

While Hanzo cannot bring himself to outright ask Cole about being his cg, their next hangout has a definite slant to it. Not that Cole minds. If anything he finds it kind of endearing. Usually he is so straightforward, so to have him go about something in a roundabout sort of way piques his interest. And Cole is nothing if not patient, going at the speed that Hanzo needs—letting him take his time as he thanks him for helping him the other day, and asking if he might be willing to help him go over a few things. It is the closest he can come to asking what he actually wants to if the pink heat rising in his face is any indication; for his part Cole readily agrees, testing the waters by letting another pet name slip to see how he responds. Gently pushing as he tells him Sure thing, sugarbee. Whatever yer little heart desires. He half expects Hanzo to push back, but instead he finds that he doesn’t so much lean into it as he does melt into it. Even as he starts to slip into that softer mindset, there are noticeable changes. His body is always wound so tightly—posture rigid, jaw clenched, every part of him tense, tense, tense—so when he begins to relax? It's visible that he's feeling smaller. With that relaxation comes a tentative openness. Hanzo is more responsive as Cole steers the conversation towards things that are easier and encourage his smaller side. Asking him if he's picked out a favorite stuffie yet, and could he go get them? They're certain to provide valuable insight into their conversation, dontcha think? And what's their name? Oh, well he's absolutely delighted to make their acquaintance! The encouragement is simple, yet effective. Twenty minutes later sees Hanzo knelt in front of the coffee table, carefully lining up all of the stuffies Cole has gotten for him (ten so far!) and shyly telling him what he has named each one and why (because he has reasons!). Maybe it’s the way Cole nods along or perhaps the silly yet sincere comments he makes, but something about the whole thing makes Hanzo feel lighter. Lighter than he has felt…ever, really.

Moving forward, things only continue to get easier. While they still hang out as they would before, Cole now knows to be on the lookout for a tug at his sleeve that expresses the silent need for something more. There is a lot of exploration of the space for both of them; while this is far from Cole’s first rodeo when it comes to caregiving, he knows that it is important to keep his regressor in mind. And for his part, Hanzo only really explores his smallspace with Cole there to help guide him and provide a sense of safety he never truly felt in his childhood. He has a lot of trouble being comfortable when he's small if alone, and any attempt to indulge in his headspace is half-hearted. There's just so much he is unsure about, having had to grow up so fast. But Cole doesn't judge him, only nudges him in the right direction. The right direction often being smaller than Hanzo would like to admit; once he had accepted that he regressed, he was so certain his little age was somewhere around eight. But Cole promises he can be as small as he needs, which turns out to be somewhere in the range of baby to toddler once he feels out the space more and figures things out. And he figures out rather quickly that being cared for makes him feel so much lighter. That lighter, weightless feeling even begins to carry over from the time he spends regressed and into his day-to-day life. While the world and his past actions will always weigh on him heavily, it is an incredible relief to finally have a healthy way to alleviate that weight if only for a short time.

My ultimate ultimate favorite is one from Rejet I played around 10 years ago on PS Vita and so far I don’t think I’ve loved any game I’ve played more than this one. It’s called Black Wolves Saga and it’s like a dark European fairytale (with Japanese fetishes ofc 😅)

My favorite characters from there were deranged brothers Mejojo and Auger. It’s just so damn pretty and I loved all the routes a lot. The soundtracks are still somewhere out there on my mind as well 🥹

As for the ‘recent’ games, I liked Nightshade ( Hanzo favorite), Collar x Malice but I played only one route so far, Piofiore (Dante’s favorite), Olympia Soirée(Yosuga, Riku and Kuroba favorite 🥵 damn all men are fine there), Cupid Parasite (Shelby and Allan), and Varriable Barricade (Taiga and Ichiya and damn Ichiya is so pathetic and sobbing I laughed so hard in his route)

I think I don’t have the exact time of character I like so I just go by visual design and how much I enjoyed the route and whether the character was matching with mc’s vibe 🙈

🦂 Another Raiden problem, there's so much to do, especially as Grandmaster, also struggles to fully regress alone :(

⛄️ But with Hanzo’s help, he regresses to about 3-5

🦂 ^ Has also regressed to babyspace, but only when he gets flashbacks of his (horrible) childhood

⛄️ Kuai started regressing with Johnny as his main cg (they're actually friends in cannon!!)

🦂 ^ Johnny saw how stressed Kuai Liang was, and suggested the coping mechanism

⛄️ Kuai shared his regression after Hanzo regressed with him the first time, he didn't want Hanzo to feel awkward or embarrassed around his ‘rival’

🦂 Kuai Liang has a difficult time fully regressing when he's alone, and needs someone with him

⛄️ Luckily, regressed Kuai is rarely ever aline, whether he has Hanzo, Bi-Han, or even Frost

🦂 Hanzo started caretaking when Takeda started regressing

⛄️ It was actually really hard when Hanzo started caretaking for the first time, especially because it was Takeda

🦂 After all these years, he is still always reminded of his son, and now he's watching after the boy he swore himself he'd treat as any other student (although he basically ended up adopting Takeda, and no, Takeda was not a replacement for Satoshi)

⛄️ Hanzo does, however, really enjoy caregiver, and was very excited the first time Kuai Liang ever regressed around him

🦂 Both have tried to call the other (correct me if I'm wrong) Otòsan before and both times it's made Hanzo cried

⛄️ Kuai Liang's main nicknames are Snowflake, Bunny, and Baby Boy

🦂 Main babysitters are Johnny, Bi-Han, Frost, and sometimes Kenshi

⛄️ Although Kuai Liang doesn't really need babysitters most times, unless he request it

🦂 Hanzos a busy person, but he'll cut meetings short if Kuai Liang slips, and he's very good at multitasking with his work while Kuai’s small

⛄️ He'll do most of his papers on the bed or divide his desk in half so Kuai Liang can color for an hour or so

🦂 Kauai's pretty okay with it, he likes being able to sit next to or on Hanzo's lap and do his own work (which Hanzo always loves to praise)

⛄️ Kuai’s actually a very energetic kiddo

🦂 Really likes outside time, and doing craft activities

⛄️ Outside time is specifically for the Lin Kuei temple, he likes the snow

🦂 He's fine walking the gardens and looking at the fish, but he has much more making snow angels and building snowmen

⛄️ It's not uncommon to see both Grandmasters outside in the snow

🦂 Nor is it uncommon to see Kuai Liang order Hanzo around during their play time (they have To make good snowmen, Hanzo, not just three weirdly shaped circles on top of each other)

⛄️ He also really likes different crafts, whether that's coloring, or finger painting, or stuff like that

🦂 Does prefer coloring because he can give Hanzo his pretty drawings

⛄️ Only a very few select drawing get to go up in their house because Kuai is embarrassed someone will catch onto his regression

🦂 He also likes wrestling or play fighting a bit, but mostly because it ends in giggle fits and a cuddle pile

⛄️ Hanzo is really good at controlling his strength, and he'll never let Kuai Liang win >:(

🦂 Mostly because he makes Kuai think he's won, and then will overpower him so he can pep his face with kisses and squish him in a hug

🦂 Hanzo is slightly reluctant to let Kuai cuddle or touch his Teddy while Kuai is small

⛄️ Kuai doesn't play with it often, but sometimes he wants to play with his Papa's toys and would pretty please like to hold Teddy

🦂 Hanzo let's him, but keeps an incredi close eye on him

⛄️ It does make him really happy thar Kuai is very obviously much gentler with teddy than his other stuffies

🦂 Kuai doesn't actually have many stuffies, but he'd rather cuddle Papa instead (his personal heater)

⛄️ Sometimes Kuai Liang gets really bad memories, especially of his childhood

🦂 His childhood was . . . extremely terrible, to say the very least

⛄️ It makes him feel really small, and scared, and vulnerable

🦂 He'll hide and cry into his Bàba's chest for comfort, refusing to leave his side

⛄️ Hanzo will gently rock him, scratch his back while he places soft kisses on Kuai Liang's forehead

🦂 He's very good at comforting Kuai, and makes sure to give his baby some extra loving during these times <3

⛄️ Kuai Liang actually really likes having playdates with others, especially with Frost and Bi-Han (it's also how he rekindle his relationship between the two)

🦂 Hanzo was cacious, especially at first, but he actually does enjoy the friendship he's made with them

⛄️ Frost very much loves her baby, but puts up a good fight for Hanzo some times (she's a big girl!! She doesn't need a babysitter, and neither does Kuai!)

🦂 Bi-Han likes cuddling with Kuai, but Is also a bit too aggressive in play wrestling (one of the brothers favorite activities together)

⛄️ Kuai Liang is Hanzo's main priority when he's small (he's his main priority In general, but knows he needs him now when he's tiny)

🦂 . . . That does not mean that Kuai Liang can just freeze him in place when he says no to something >:/ (bullstuffies)

so excited asks are open!!! idk if you remember but i sent an ask a while ago about overwatch, and was wondering if you could do regressor hanzo hcs, maybe with cg cassidy or even genji?? i can’t find any overwatch agere content and it’s so sad :( tysm i love your writing!!!!

I do indeed recall your original ask, yes!

This was definitely something of a special one for me to do, as the game holds some nostalgia for me—when the original Overwatch came out I was fresh out of high school and had a lot to figure out (I still do!) about what I wanted out of life. During this period I was able to make some friends through the game, and I think having a silly little competitive something to do was good for me as I've never been a very competitive person. So to have something relatively low stakes but engaging while I was figuring out some big things was nice, though I do understand some issues have arisen with the franchise in later years.

Having said that, you've given me one of my mains! If I wasn't playing D.Va then I was playing as Hanzo, and I like to think I did fairly well haha. So yes, big comfort character! While I wish there was more lore to the series and by extension its characters, there's enough there to work with imo (as things like character design, voice lines, and mechanics themselves provide a glimpse into said character). This one had me dusting off some old headcanons and putting a fresh spin on them, since I was already into agere even at that time! You're absolutely correct that there is very little agere fanworks for these characters because I was starving for it back then.

He followed him hoping to take him out and get his Magic. But it backfired on Hanzo when he realised his Yokai Familiar Basho was not with him

So he ended up getting fucked/humiliated by bal

(He even called Hanzo a terrible top lmao)
