focus on the 4d

All is already existing in the present, now moment we call 4D. It's just that your 3D physical mind and ego can't process, grasp, or understand that you have it in that moment. That's all the "delay" is. Because once it appears in your 4D consciousness, your 3D experience will have to conform. So yes once you claim it in the 4D, it is already yours in that moment.

I know that it can be hard for our minds to understand that nothing matters in the 3d but it's the truth. you can experience anything right now, in this moment in the 4d and the 3d has no choice but to reflect it.

identify yourself as the person who has it because you are and just know that it comes to the 3d. it doesn't matter anyway right? you don't want that thing, you don't need it because you can give it yourself at any given moment but yea, it's gonna come to the 3d at any given moment.

and remember, it's oke to have doubts you just need to learn how to get back to the state. take a deep breath, don't be hard on yourself, and remember who tf you are :)

You only need yourself

You don't need anything from the 3d because everything is within you.

You need nothing else other than what is already in you. The 3D simply shows what you give relevance to because everything is consciousness. The 3D is simply a reflection of what you focus your attention on. So do not worry about 3D. Your desire exists in your consciousness and that is enough to bring it to 'physical' fruition. Our imagination is the only thing that matters. What you focus your attention on, you will manifest. However this manifestation could happen quickly and smoothly, or it could happen through a series of events in the 3D, but it will happen nevertheless. So you don't need to focus on the 'time' that it may take in the 3D because your consciousness is the only cause and the only creation. So trust the process, trust the imagination, and trust the result. It is not 'maybe', it is 'surely'.

releasing negative energy.

contextual definition. — (to) observe: notice or acknowledge without believing or feeding into.

letting go of negative thoughts, definitions, beliefs etc means that you can observe it, you can even play around with it, but at the end of the day it won’t affect you.

letting go of negativity means that you can observe it from a neutral perspective because that’s all it has to be. letting go means that it isn’t real to you, it isn’t something that defines you or that you assign meaning and significance to. - it’s just there. it won’t have any substance to it. it will be neutral.

"oh but if my sp isn’t talking to me then what? it’s neutral?" well yeah, it doesn’t have to be a negative thing or positive. but your manifestation is yours from the moment you decide right? so sp not immediately texting you gives you a lovely opportunity to enjoy your life, to persist and fulfil yourself, to work on your self concept and feel good about yourself. -

notice how you can either (choice*) use it positively or react to it by believing the 3D is real in the first place. - it’s always about you and what you assume about the things that happen in the 3D.

reacting and catalysing it.

and when you do react? "oh my sp hasn’t responded, i made a mistake …" you’re not assuming, you’re not trusting and that’s okay. — reacting will never ever sabotage your desires, it will never ever take it away from you. it’s okay to react and have a human moment but then remind (persistence!) yourself that no, actually i’m creating this, i can use this for something beneficial for me. - which goes back to using circumstances to learn about ourselves, spend time doing self concept work, self soothing and regulating, fulfilling self etc etc

reacting will never take it away from you, but don't continually feed into negative energy. react, and then self soothe and persist okay? okay. YAY

you’ll get to a point where negative energy comes in and you can observe but you won’t sit there and entertain them. — it’s like how you have your shadow, it’s there and you can observe it and see it, but does it have any negative affect on you? no. it’s just a shadow. it’s just a thought. it’s just a circumstance. it doesn’t have to be something you accept as true, associate with and feed into. let go.
