"Aw, you know you'd miss me," Jack said as he was lifted up to sit, leaning on his husband and trying not to smile too hard at Izzy's little nod.

Not knowing who else to ask, Izzy reluctantly calls Jack to ask if he could pick him up afterwards. Of course Jack says yes in a heartbeat- anything for his Izzy.

Calico Jack has been in love with Izzy Hands for years, but Izzy has only ever had eyes for his captain. The worst part is, Blackbeard doesn't even know the level of devotion and loyalty being wasted on him.

Jack talks a big game about being this cool ladies man who can talk a girl out of her clothes before she even knows what's happening, but still he finds himself chasing after Izzy anytime the man deigns to give Jack even a tiny scrap of his attention.

Izzy may never look at Jack the way he looks at Blackbeard, but at least Jack can do whatever is in his power to make the man even the slightest bit happier.

As he stood on the porch and kicked the mud off his boots--Izzy had just deep-cleaned the carpets and insisted that all dirt stay outside or in the bedroom--Jack wanted nothing more than to collapse on top of Izzy. Fortunately that wasn't too hard, since Izzy was right there on the couch inside, yelling at the TV. Being careful not to put too much weight on Izzy's hips, Jack straddled his husband and buried his face in the back of the couch.

"You're fuckin' filthy," Izzy said excitedly, taking in Jack's sweat-soaked shirt and dirty jeans.

"Just for you, baby," Jack mumbled, but his heart wasn't really in it.

"Long day?" Izzy asked as he ran a comforting hand under Jack's waistband; construction work wasn't easy at the best of times, but the latest job Jack had been working had been especially tough.

Jack simply nodded. He felt like shit, but having Izzy there below him, feeling him up and grumbling about the show he was watching, was soothing him more than he would have thought possible. A sudden flash of sentimentality overtook him, and he was filled with love for Izzy.

He leaned down and planted a big, sloppy kiss on Izzy's lips. Izzy smiled, still so damn happy to have Jack around even after all these years, and gave him another kiss in return.

This one ended up being kind of a follow-up to my last cjizzy fic (cough cough). The tl;dr is that Jack and Izzy have their own ship now and are sailing together happily.

15. Lazy make-out kisses

Izzy woke up in Jack's tight embrace, feeling safe and well-rested for the first time in longer than he could remember. He was at a loss for what to do with himself, now that he didn't have to deal with anyone else's bullshit; he could just let himself be and exist in the present moment.

"Morning, sugartits," Jack whispered into his ear, moving his arms from around Izzy's waist to grope his chest.

Okay, so Izzy still had to deal with one person's bullshit, but it was a new, refreshing type of bullshit.

"Twat," Izzy rasped even as he pushed himself deeper into Jack's arms.

He angled his head to plant a kiss on Jack's chin (the only part of his face in reach), prompting Jack to roll over on top of him. From there, they were able to press their lips together properly. Jack being Jack, tongue was of course involved, and they spent the rest of morning swapping spit and pressing their bodies together without a care in the world.
