Episode 8

"It's our turn to sacrifice... We're gonna march on Arlong Park... We die trying to fight for it!" And they don't. The courage and determination of the Coco Village people lasted like 5 seconds. Hell, yeah! Let the foreign pirates fight for us!

No, right. A large building is just collapsing in front of you. Do not move. Don't worry about the rubble. Nope. But then the smile and laughter of the crew... so sweet!

Garp who sighs tiredly at the rebellious cadets! But can't help but love them (with an evident preference for Koby). Let me also say that Garp is unexpectedly and unnecessarily hot. He looks so cool in that white uniform and the fact that he's left-handed makes him even hotter when he fights. Don't ask me why;

"Be a good pirate" "Be a good marine", this is probably one of my fav scenes. It's the right conclusion of all the discussions that have been made this season about good and bad marines and pirates, but it can also be read as the beginning of a new era. I would have much to say and maybe I will do so in another post. (I do not see this scene in a romantic way, although I admit that Koby definitely has a crush on Luffy, because c'mon he saved him from slavery and helped him to follow his dream! And ok I'm Kobymeppo team, but I also think this scene and the message I got are beautiful enough without involving romantic feelings. Maybe I need to write a new post about that too and why I can't ship Luffy with anyone right now);

The people all over East Blue who are genuinely happy about Luffy's bounty poster, because they know how important it was for him. The proud of Shanks and his crew is everything!

I was moved when they setted the main and Luffy cannot believe his eyes! This one and the cast-off ceremony were very wonderful scenes to watch and the best conclusion of the season.

I WANT SEASON 2!!

Super rich kids with nothing but loose ends Coco Bates loved her older brother, she really did. Max was her best friend, her only real friend. But her trip to New York was only supposed to be for a few days. Spend Thanksgiving weekend with him while their mom comforted Gideon through the divorce, take some pictures, hit up a few influencer events, visit a couple of her affiliate brands, get absolutely wasted and then sleep her hangover off on the flight home. Easy peasy, the exact kind of low stakes sibling bonding that she and Max had mastered. Instead, through some hideous twist of fate, her glamorous Thanksgiving dinner photo-op had turned into a hot mess at some townie's apartment, where some of Max's teachers managed to convince her mom that she needed "stability" and that really, staying in New York with Max and his dads would be much better for a girl her age than to go back to her perfect life in London. So instead of getting off of a plane and hitting up her next party, Coco finds herself stuck in a tragic school uniform, exiled to the Upper East Side for the forseable future, and, instead of her beloved thirst traps, the 24/7 photo op that was her life had turned into a horror movie as the elusive Gossip Girl turns her focus to the newest girl in school. Super rich kids with nothing but fake friends

Created by Ernest Beaux for Coco Chanel in 1921, Chanel No. 5 became synonymous with sophistication and luxury, two qualities Andy Warhol hoped to instil in his work.

Today, Chanel perfume remains a household name, just as it was during the Warhol era. In 1997, Chanel revisited the image, with the Warhol Foundation's permission, for use in an advertising campaign that year. The rich blue, red, gold, and green hues bring this simple rectangular bottle to life. The Chanel No. 5 perfume bottle stands alone as an iconic design.

Many of these posters appeared on buses and public transportation throughout Paris. It is not known how many were printed or how many remain today, but this gorgeous suite of four French vintage posters remains highly desirable.

Practicing typography in Illustrator ~

I wanted to create something for the release of Coco Moon (it’s been out a month already?!) and thought it would be fun to do a mock lyric poster for Learn How to Surf (all the songs are great, it was hard to choose!)

If you haven’t listened to Coco Moon yet, I would definitely recommend it!

The rating i gave on this movie is an 8/10 because it's so colorful and the music is so lovely. I can sing these songs all day! (You make me un poco loco!!!) Definetly need to watch this! You can watch it on dvd or Disney +.

ok coco’s little introduction screen is visibly different from everyone else in the game and i’m not sure why. with everyone else, the black bar with the japanese text is on the bottom, in front of the character. the white bar with the english text is on the top, behind the character. for coco, both bars are behind her figure, and the japanese one is on the top for some reason. it’s immediately noticeable and i wonder why it’s the case
