Do you know how INFURIATING it is to be in a tiny fandom? Like, there is no fanfiction, edits, memes, art, or even people to talk to! And if there is anything it is usually SHIT. And I'm in way too many of them! Like, you could fit your fandom in a bus? I could probably fit most of these fandoms in a bathtub or a large enough storage box!

Why did no one tell me that Brilliant Minds is just a modern (and dare I say better) version of House MD? Like you still have a brilliant, out-of-the-box thinking doctor who has a disability and parent issues, but Wolf is so genuinely nice and openly gay (!!!). There are still beloved interns (who become his children), strong female doctors, and interesting patients. And they're all still silly and full of quarks! But everyone is more open about mental health and sexuality, and empathy is one of main themes of the show. It's literally House 2.0 without any of the plot lines that aged poorly over the past decade.

As an aside, I don't know why I've been hesitating so much to write this chapter. Possibly because this next run of chapters (ch35-39) are the ones that I thought of first for the whole fic. Like, before any of the events of season 1 crystalized in my mind... there was chapter 38.
