it's cool that vtm plays with plurality through failed diablerie and the cobweb/madness network and all but it's also kinda ass that it's always post-embrace. been thinking about some outcomes of mortals who are already plural being embraced:

all alters are simultaneously embraced by the same sire and each alter has their own beast

only the alters conscious at time of death are embraced and only those alters have beasts. the others are still present and mortal (though their body is dead) and can be re-embraced by other sires, at which point they gain their own beasts. once re-embraced, each alter can learn in-clan disciplines of their own sire's clan; but alters can't share disciplines and the system as a whole collectively pools their EXP. the host/body manifests as thin-blood or caitiff instead of the first sire's clan

the body dies and takes after their sire's clan. all alters survive and a new one forms: the beast itself

only the alter(s) conscious at the time of death are embraced. the rest die with the body

how does iteratorkit work i havent been able to find any resources mentioning it

In theory, Iteratorkit allows you to easily create iterators in-game with javascript rather than having to code one from scratch using C#.

In reality it barely works and most of the features are broken. The creator also officially abandoned the mod a while ago. I don’t recommend using it unless you want to give yourself a massive headache.

I’ve been lurking in the Rain World Modding server for a while trying to see if anyone else is willing to try and fix it, but from what I can tell it’s basically broken beyond repair. 🫠

Most of the people who previously relied on Iteratorkit have switched to coding them basically from scratch in C#, which I might have to resort to if I get desperate enough.

Conked out so hard after the Glowfly thing I almost forgot to post this oops-

This past few days have been truly something, but at least it's finally over, got to catch up with some friends and also got to meet some pretty cool people, I even took some photos with some of them

Here we have Big Blu and Sal, pretty sure they both share a social (@insertgroupnamehere-booyah or something). Maybe I'll upload more photos later

Thanks to everyone who helped, let's hope for better times to come
