I totally get why the arc wasn't longer with this shortened season but! Something I really loved about today's storyline with Hen (and most of her storylines tbh) and hope continues with all the characters was showing how multiple things can be true at once.
Chimney did say that he should administer care, and the guy did refuse care. Hen did clock pretty immediately that he was drunk/high, but he also very much was obviously not in his right mind and didn't understand what he was refusing - and yes, he was being a dick, but yes, it's also concerning for first responders to immediately write someone off, and you deserve full and proper care regardless of who you are or if you're in the wrong. Reviews are needed to determine what happened, and the guys should be allowed to be honest, but there is a different level of scrutiny tossed at her as a Black woman in this situation that Bobby wouldn't get, and she's fair in feeling like they were throwing her under the bus. Hen was correct in her assessment of him and she did get defensive very quickly, and she recognizes both.
All of these things can be true at once (and expanding it into fandom even - we can love Hen and be happy she was right but also have critique about what happened and point out issues with care in the same way that we point out incompetent policing in the show!) and I wish it was longer to really delve into it, but I love that we got to see that a bit, and Aisha especially plays those nuances so well.

Giovanni really got the most dangerous idiots in the poke-world against him. I dont know what he is going to do, but whatever it is, he is gonna make all those disfunctional assholes to work together.
Piers and his team are just joining for fun probably? They arent even villains. Archie and maxie got over their divorce just to beat this asshole, and ghetsis is having the best family reunion ever.
Also, i love how they made rose the voice of reason after leon confronted him and put some sense into him by beating him
Cyrus still hates everyone, but giovanni in particular.

Beyond our Space and Starlight - Chapter 6: Entanglements
1 year, 4 months, 14 days.
Holy shit.
Holy shit, Beatrice was kissing her and Ava felt like all over her body she was on fire!
Beatrice had her pinned against the wall with one hand on Ava’s upper arm and the other around her throat, and holy shit Ava might just melt into a puddle from how turned on she was.
Ava had one leg wrapped around Bea’s.
She hadn’t dared to hope for this.
She nipped hungrily at Beatrice’s lower lip, Beatrice licked up into her mouth in retort and Ava shivered. She felt it travel all the way down her spine.
She’d been flirting shamelessly, yes, but she’d been expecting like… a shy confession or something!
Ava grabbed the front of Bea’s shirt and pulled her in close, their bodies grinding together.
She’d been expecting furtive glances, she’d been expecting Beatrice to vaguely allude to potential feelings.
The fingers around her throat tightened, Beatrice’s mouth turned even hungrier and Ava could feel her excitement making her slick.
She’d been expecting handholding for fuck’s sake!
It still didn’t quite feel real, but if it was a dream Ava was going to extract every ounce of pleasure that she could from it.
Only moments later though, she felt Beatrice’s grip loosen and retreat, felt fire wane and the doubt creep in. She began to pull away, and Ava could sense the ghost of an apology start to form on her lips.
Ava would be having none of that.
Before she could get a single word out, Ava grabbed her wrist and pushed the hand that had been at her throat firmly back into place.
Beatrice looked a little taken aback, her train of thought suddenly interrupted.
“Oh.” she blinked.
Then slowly, as the implications of what just happened sank in for both of them, Beatrice’s expression turned sly and dangerous.
“Oh…” she smiled, and her fingers (deliciously) adjusted their grip on Ava’s throat once more.
Ava swallowed, realizing just how much she’d just tipped her hand, how much of the power in this exchange she’d ceded. She’d basically handed Beatrice the keys to her…
…
… ‘heart.’
“Okay—” Ava started, “— I just want to clarify, that, despite appearances, I’m not actually that—”
Beatrice took a half step closer, pushing one of her legs between Ava’s, and a whimper broke free from Ava’s throat with pathetic ease.
“Sorry did I interrupt you? It felt like you were saying something.”
Oh Bright, just fuck her already.
No.
No, she couldn’t give up that easily.
“I… just wanted to say, that as fun as this is, I don’t want you to get the wrong impression,” she had no idea why she was trying to deny the obvious except for some notion of principle? A refusal to admit how much a single kiss had wrapped her around Beatrice’s finger? “Just this is fun, but it’s not affecting me THAT much.”
Beatrice did not look like she bought in the slightest, but Ava kept going.
“It’s just… enjoyable, but don’t read too much into—” she gasped as Beatrice’s fingers slid up under her shirt onto her bare stomach, “— it,” she finished lamely.
“Hmmm, are you sure of that?” Beatrice’s fingers flexed gently against her skin, making Ava feel tingly all over.
Ava was about to affirm herself when Bea’s hand began to turn, her fingers going from pointing upwards, slowly beginning to describe a semi-circle down.
Ava’s eyes went wide and her heart began to pound as she realized what Bea was going to do.
“Quite sure?”
Ava’s mouth worked soundlessly, she couldn’t get the words out.
Beatrice’s fingers now reached the nadir of their arc, the very tips slipping under the waist of her pants.
“Well?” She asked expectantly, giving Ava every chance to back out.
“Positive.” Ava managed to say.

does grey wing still get to say The Line™? (kill me, and live with them memory. then tell the stars that you won)
I want him to keep the line, and then add onto Clear Sky's response. In canon he backs off after this and it's ridiculous; like a lot of other things I really despise the direction DOTC went in as opposed to the lore set up in the field guides.
Just for the record, here is the scene right from the book. Clear Sky stops the First Battle because of Gray Wing's line and it is essentially the "start" of his redemption arc;
Clear Sky stood over Gray Wing. “Just give in!”
Gray Wing lay on the ground, gasping for breath. His flanks heaved desperately as he stared up at his littermate.
“Never.” He aimed a weak blow at his brother’s muzzle, but it missed clumsily.
“Give in!” Clear Sky growled threateningly. He lifted a paw.
Thunder froze.
Gray Wing pushed himself onto his paws, his legs trembling. “Kill me,” he rasped at Clear Sky. “Kill me and live with the memory. Then tell the stars that you won.”
Clear Sky held his gaze. “Don’t make me do this, brother.” His mew quivered. “All I want is for every cat to be safe. To have borders to protect us and make sure we have prey.”
Gray Wing staggered closer. “You want to tell every cat what to do,” he wheezed. “You always have and you always will. You’re so greedy for power, you’ll kill your own littermate to get it.”
Clear Sky let his paw drop and turned away. “I can’t...” His gaze flitted over the bodies littering the clearing. Cats fought on weakly, staggering more unsteadily with every blow.
“Stop!” Clear Sky yowled. “This battle is over."
-The First Battle, Chapter 20
Instead of StarClan furiously interrupting the battle, Clear Sky gets a brief moment where he pauses and calls the battle off. This doesn't live long; Chapter 21 that follows is us zipping into his ridiculous head as we get to watch this waste of ink;
Think about how he just wanted to help his clan guys :(
Think about how sad it is that he did something mean to his son and he feels soo guilty :(
Not even remember killing Rainswept Flower, he was 'so mad he didn't know what he was doing like someone else was fighting for him' :(
GET DEFENDED BY GRAY WING. AGAIN. THIS IS THE ENTIRE SERIES, CLEAR SKY DOES SOMETHING ABHORRENT AND GRAY WING GOES "hes not that bad be nice to him :("
So, basically. Neat line. Too bad the rest of DOTC is around it.
In my take, StarClan is the one who stops the battle. Clear Sky hears the line and sees Gray Wing refusing to submit, "Kill me and live with the memory, then tell the stars that you won."
And responds, "I'll drown the stars in their own blood if they stand against me!"
At that point, Thunder leaps in, ready to fight him to the death in defense of Gray Wing, taking the sentiment of the rest of the scene. A crack of thunder and a shining light is what ends the battle, not Clear Sky calling it off.
