My heart is hurting for the LGBTQIA community my community. For the tragic events that happened last night. At a place 8 minutes from my home no less.

This was an LGBTQIA friendly club. For those of our community could go to have a good time. They had drag shows on the weekend. Brunch on Sundays. At this point in the investigation, we lost five of our LGBTQIA siblings.

And to have this senseless act of violence befall my town. So close to my home. My heart is aching. I'm crying. I am hurting.

I have decided to save every penny from across stitch pattern sales from now until the end of the month. Especially my Sailor Moon LGBTQIA "I fight for love and justice" series, because that seems so fitting for right now. We need to fight for love and we need to fight for justice.

I told my daughter today that something sad happened to the rainbow community. I didn't go into too much detail but I cut out some hearts and asked if she would like to draw a rainbow on one and put heart stickers on the other.
