1D-related-things are becoming rarer and rarer, and I just can't stand it. I am going to post about 1D more often now.

I do not hate K-pop, but I swear, One Direction was something. They were a Phenomenon. Just like Louis and probably other members want, I will not let One Direction die.

They will be remembered forever. FOREVER, and I mean it. I am going to keep talking about them, posting about them, and when the time comes, tell my kids about them. Because I am not going to let my boys disappear. They are talented, they deserved to be loved, to be remembered forever. If no one is gonna do it, then I'm gonna do it.

I may be the last Directioner on Earth, and I don't-freaking-care. I am going to rebuild the fandom. True Directioners stay with the boys, and whoever doesn't, isn't one.

I'm proud to say that I'll forever be a Directioner. I would do anything, so that One Direction will be remembered. I love the boys, and they truly deserve it. I will not listen to shit like "Stop hoping, they ain't coming back" because I-don't-care. One Direction will forever be in my heart okay, and once there is a Directioner left, the fandom will arise.

Remember, Directioners never die.

Its SO upsetting how often the bad guys don't get to have a lasting turnaround. You see it with random side characters, but c'mon guys. Just let them go to prison for a little while and have them come back. I promise you do not have to kill a character off, or base the character off a real life person, thus narrowing their chances of a return even thinner, while building up the possibility of a comeback. This franchise has cursed me with such lovable characters I'll never see again, and my heart can't keep at it like this.

I'm gonna have to just take that suddenly-dropped-off-a-cliff-storyline into my own hands. Gotta pick up all the slack. They're too good at giving tender, heart wrenching moments to characters we'll never see again. Way too good.

Not sure if you know the streamer Crystal, but her reaction to the ending of 3 was the most extreme I've ever seen. She was full on breakdown sobbing, and even the chat was asking if she was okay. RGG look at the hearts you're breaking out here 🙃 Also, your posts about Mine and that ending are beautiful, and you could talk about it a million times. It'll never get old.

the most egregious- pardon the pun- execution of this trope in rgg games is aoki's death.

like legitimately, his death did not need to happen. the past antagonists you could make a decent point for why their deaths were justified (ryuji's probably being the goofiest ngl) but aoki's felt as though rgg was just checking off a to-do list.

i don't really watch rgg content creators, but if someone could send me a clip of that i'd be down to watch: always a fan of watching people be emo over Y3's ending

A/N: sorry but I'm a directioner at heart babes so the title was a must

GN!Reader, angst, some fluff, platonic!relationship, death of character

20 years later, 141 was officially retired, all married, happy families, peaceful sunny days and most importantly, no war, no guns, just peace.

A week ago you said to me "Do you believe I'll never be too far?" If you're lost, just look for me You'll find me in the region of the summer stars

Every month, no matter where either one of the people in the team was in the world, they would fly to a small home in town in the southern part of the U.S. And arrive between 6-7 in the afternoon, to talk and catch up because it's better to see the person than to text them. The stories shared between all, the wives/husbands, kids and how old they were getting. Unlike the rest, you moved to America, and wanted that movie-like life, in some small town, driving a truck, passing through quiet streets where all anyone worried about was the leaves that would fall in autumn. You and your partner opened a small pub.

The name for it was 'R/N's Place" This was after you finally get out of the toxic part of your life, the family and the ache it gave you when you were there. Not a normal name for a pub but the locals loved it. Your favourite part was that you received lots of veterans, they all told you about their time serving and you, like the proud friend you are displayed a picture of you and the team in your first and last mission together.

It was almost around the time the men arrived, Price being the first, followed by Gaz who flew in with him. Soap arrived late, his children wanted to talk to their father before bedtime and Ghost arrived last, getting a call from his partner to which he always answered, he always made it clear his partner was a priority now that he is retired. You waited by the table with the rest for Ghost, your wife/husband serving the clients. "And there he is, Simon." Price smiled a little, proud to see his family again. "Alright, who's first?" Gaz asked and drank from his pint.

"I'll go first," Ghost said, which was a definite first. "Go on, son." Price passed all a cigar. A tradition he started once his grown soldiers/children were all retired. "Me and my partner are expecting a son." A secret he kept until it was assured the baby would make it this time. "Congrats mate!" Soap hugged him, feeling proud of a man he considered his oldest brother. "That's very much well deserved, man." Gaz smiled and you stared in awe. Price looked down with a soft chuckle, wanting to dismiss the tears that formed in his eyes. His wallet would be getting a new picture of the newest addition to the family soon. --- "R/N, I won't make it, go!" Ghost said to which you shook your head. "No, this is the one command I will not take! You will get old and fat but you will NOT die on me lieutenant, not today!" you yelled over the loud noises. ---

He looks at you and you hug him, whispering in his ear, "See, I told you it would be possible this time, Simon. I'm so happy and proud of you." Words that definitely made the tears well up in his eyes.

"Now you are all making me feel old." Price jokes and finally looks up. The four people he fought with through wars, all living the lives he knew were all much earned. Through the wounds, blood and sacrifice, somehow, five mad people are still alive. And the entire night, Soap told stories of his farm, and Gaz gave advice on how to fix some stuff, a trip he would soon have to make to Scotland. Gaz on the new tricks his little ones make, how he knows karma got to him and his back aches, so much for the jokes he told about Price. Ghost with his wood-making business, one he started in the backyard and now in Manchester's best small business. Price on how his kids are now in uni and the youngest one is in secondary.

And then you, with their favourite pub in the entire world, how you adopted a child and your eldest in primary already. Your wife/husband watching you smile from afar. You always were excited for these meetings, it was the one time someone other than the local veterans understood the stories you told.

We had some good times, didn't we? We had some good tricks up our sleeve Goodbyes are bittersweet But it's not the end I'll see your face again

And, as each month passed by, it turned into 10 years later. You and the other men in the team gathered not in America but back home in England. All in black dressing, lifting the coffin of the father you all shared. Price had peacefully passed on a calm night. As his wife puts it, he was finally ready to go, his mission was over and the children he raised were all old enough to understand and his little soldiers as he called you were well off in life, the one he made sure you all had. In years you had never seen so many of the toughest and now retired soldiers you worked with cry so much. You did too. The ceremony was as expected, memorable, beautiful and for the last time in John Price's life, peaceful.

Yesterday I went out to celebrate the birthday of a friend But as we raised our glasses up to make a toast I realised you were missing

You all flew back to the first ever pub he took you to. Raise your glasses and shed more tears. You see, this was a promise you all made. An oath between Task Force 141. When one passes, those that remain must go to the first pub we talked to as not a team but a family, and just then we can mourn but also celebrate we once lived.

And I know we'll be alright, child Just close your eyes and see And I'll be by your side Any time you're needing me Oh, yeah

Ghost chuckles, "And he told me, 'you reckon I can make it?' and that old man did it, the deadliest move ever and he fuckin' made it." he takes a sip of his drink. Gaz smiles, fond memories shared between him and Price, to be remembered until his final breath. "He used to do this trick with the smoke from his cigar just for my little girl to giggle, and man does she still ask for that trick," Soap shared. All four of you, smoking a cigar, just like he would've. "Can you believe the old man never complained too much about his back?" you ask to which all others nod. Now in your late 40's to early 50's, you never understood how he never once complained of the aching bones or back, proving he was and will always be the strongest and toughest man to ever grace your lives.

Episode 16 - West of Astrub

Considering Joris doesn't know Keke can ride for free, one can assume this is his first trip outside the city. Considering this is a Bonta-Astrub coach system, I am assuming this might actually be them going on a trip to Bonta, or somewhere in that direction.

While in the past I had assumed that Kerubim was probably born in Amakna, or a village close to it, due to him and Atcham going to an orphanage there after The Horrors happened, I suppose he was canonically born in Astrub!

And this, right here, is exactly why I started this blog. XD

To quickly review the unified Crepin family lore, and how this may change it: I'll be real, this doesn't change it at all. Astrub and Amakna are close, and it's reasonable to assume that the Crepin family might have moved there from Astrub, when they were very little.

It also doesn't change the fact that, growing up in an orphanage just outside the city walls of Amakna, their cultural mindset would be very... Amaknean.

My analysis of the fact that instead of being each other's haters, Atcham and Kerubim should have been baking cakes together, for their mental wellbeing, is very real.

Let's not dwell too much on the cringe depiction of a native person from the USA. Both because I had never even been to an USA in my life and therefore don't really have much to say, and because it is just kind of cringe.

Let's instead talk about why the fuck is Kerubim riding a kids' playground horse.

The western music being diegetic is so fucking funny to me. Easily one of the funniest bits in the whole show.

Rates of orphanhood among Twelvians are staggering. The second you adopt or birth a child it's OVER, you're doomed by the narrative.

This whole scene is Kerubim fighting his two sides:

Being a guy who just loves kids, especially orphan, in part because they're cool and in part because he himself was an orphan.

VS.

Being a FUCKING HATER.

He really has no backbone when it comes to kids. You just know his literal son could be like "papycha!!! I want you to do a pirouette and also then we need to go to the grocery store so I can buy chocolate milk to eat with oranges" and he'd be like "oughughu my Jojo eating oranges with chocolate milk is a bad idea. But who am I to stop you. 😢 one pirouette incoming."

The idea of Kerubim Crepin spanking a child is so funny to me. All bark no bite.

Guy who just threatened to beat up a child just deciding to die instead. Sad!

I love how much of a businessman he's always been, especially considering the dubiously-canon insinuations of it being a general Crepin family thing.

Okay, geographical notes here:

The lake with the tower (the one where Kerubim took Lou's dance boots), is to the west/north-west of Astrub, in the direction of Bonta.

Despite the differences this intro has to the actual geography shown in the show, it is consistent with where this lake appears directionally, in the relation to the city.

And this intro, by itself, is consistent with where the lake appears in-game. (As well as with where the Zaap is.)

I suppose the show's perspective is quite a lot more realistic.

The game's map can't as big as the real world, but the show's medium allows everything to be much bigger, and much more realistic. This, in turn, means that in-universe the lake is probably a bit farther away, than how it appears in-game.

Liam is filming a travel show, Zayn is a spokesperson for a drinks company. Harry is promoting God knows what all from green bikes to large yellow knitwear. Niall is the Voice judge.

To me it shows that musicians even as successful as 1D have commercial pressures to be able to sustain their brands.

It’s not therefore unimaginable that Louis has to deal with his management and label piling on stress to appease the largest portion of his fanbase. Louis push and pull when it comes to providing fan service to directioners and Larries seems to be a symptom of this. It’s clear that his team is clueless as how to introduce him to a new audience so if they have to fill in the venues it will require Louis drumming up nostalgia for the existing fanbase.

He has talked about the “boring stuff” and “numbers his management provides him with” and how it seems to affect him mentally in an oblique way. I feel he tries to negotiate out of a lot of stuff he doesn’t feel comfortable doing but has to give into other things which are easier for him to compromise on. All of this makes him come across as someone fickle whose actions don’t always reflect what he talks about. It frustrates me as a fan often but then I think about it and feel like he seems to be holding his ground on the bigger things.

It’s always going to be a power game and it’s never really going to be won by the artist.

I got this ask last week, before the twitter spree and Louis’ iconic taming of Larries (10 million views in 24 hours). Holy shit, how things have changed in 24 hours eh?

Truly, Louis will never not mention One Direction. I’m resigned that we’re always going to hear 1D songs on his setlist, will always see a fresh-faced 15-year-old screaming What Makes You Beautiful or Best Song Ever at Louis’ concerts.

I was a late fan but I loved One Direction. Even now when critics make it embarrassing to love 1D (a lot of them being unsubtle Harries lol), when the men were onstage, those concerts were miraculous fissions of perfect pop music happiness. Every single person at the concerts looked so happy. It was a lot less complicated than the mess today.

Still, I wouldn’t trade solo Louis for anything.

I’m so confused by fans who want him to go back to One Direction, knowing everything they know? Louis prefers his solo music. He’s not aiming for the heady tops of the pop charts anymore. In 1D, Louis was not remotely in control of his creative life; compromises outweighed desires.

Louis has a great band now, with very reliable, discreet, professional musicians who aren’t looking to make waves from gossip. He has a crew who likes him, and he is generous to them.

Louis sees 1D as a living part of himself (and Lilo is the friendship that will never die), and no one is going to ever sway him on that.

But Larry Stylinson? For Louis, at least, Larry is dead, dead, dead.

Something bothering me about this is that they say Hawthorne died of blood loss but also that the knife was never removed from the wound :/

I mean she would still bleed a bit, and they don’t go into the specifics of the stab (like. directionally, how deep… you get it) so… but yeah generally speaking the most blood would leave the body when the knife was removed but. it wasn’t.

hi ! 🎃 for supernatural !

i love horror movies and like 90’s -2000’s romcoms, i’ve watched all the classics ofc !! i love cringey disney shows, which is a weird combination. my fav shows though r supernatural, gilmore girls, boy meets world, and stranger things, and my latest obsession is star wars !

i like a lot of music but i don’t listen to country or rap. i like indie/classic rock but at the same time i love one direction and taylor swift. i am pretty into supernatural lore kind of stuff, like creatures and stuff r so interesting to me. i love rocks and astrology type stuff- (im an aries btw ) and i sketch sometimes, i don’t think im too bad at it but i mostly draw flowers and plants. i can’t draw people for the life of me. i’ve been a dancer for years and im mostly into hipop and modern dance bc i suck at ballet .

im pretty quiet and reserved if i don’t know u , but when i’m comfortable w someone i probably seem insane . i do love talking to ppl and i hate being lonely even though i am alone most of the time . ( i feel like alone and lonely r different )

i’m kinda into reading and i love romance and dystopian books and movies , but i wouldn’t say i’m a bookworm bc i go thru phases .

Anon...directioners never truly die lmao. Of course they're way more than one or two members' fandom. Harry may be huge now, but his core fanbase still consists of a lot of directioners, same with all the other boys'. And the poll is against bts, it's like a ww3 in the 1D fandom.
