And they condemn it as if this kid getting revenge is the same as law enforcemnt murdering a man. And then cas kidnapped and tortured him in what was canonically one of the most excruciating things that can happen to a human. And everyone just moved on. Remember that

watching tua s4 knowing fully how its going to disappoint me rn and something that keeps bothering me is just how awful it is that they dont show what happens during the 6 year time skip.

like in season 2 we get to see an abridged version of how everyone got to where they are. this allowed for me as viewer to at least undertsand the reasoning behind the siblings' actions and conflicts. but in season 4 there is just none of that.

instead we only get to see the after of the timeskip. Whatever bits we do hear abt the time in between are extremly limited because they are things that are told to us from biased/flawed/one-sided perspectives. I as a viewer do not get a clear idea of why any of the 8 charcters of the main cast change the way they do becuase i am never shown how this change ocurred. its more i am told things and have to accept because of the 6 year gap.

lila and diego's strained marriage is actually i think the only they showed without telling to an extent. but it still would have also been nice to see thier struggles transitioning to suburbia and would also aid me to better understand why neither of them tried to find an adequate balance in the 6 years. also like why is diego working as a delivery driver? in my mind it makes more sense for him to be a mediocre private investgator or something like that? idk just some more context behind the tension and thier decsions (especially lila dear god dont even get me started) would have been wonderful

viktor's journey to Canada and his distancing from the others sounded interesting and i would have loved to see that on screen. he clearly is unable to form long lasting intamate relationships and showing his life in the time gap would have been a great way to show his journey of accepting the loss of sissy.

allison was definitely hit hard by the lack of explanation. i understand the scheduling issues with raymond's actor but it truly was a heavy blow to season 3 allison actions when they just said he left with no other explanation. most of her conflicts in season 3 were motivated by the loss of claire and raymond and you are telling me she just lost 50% of that a year afterwards? and like this doesnt get mentioned until episode 3??

i actually enjoyed klaus's shift to a risk averse person and it did make sense to me after losing his immortality to become more aware of not only his but his loved ones mortality. the biggest glaring issue is the one everyone has talked about: the lack of dave. i think if they had shown klaus trying to find info on dave and/or even visiting his grave in the timeskip it would been fine with me that he wouldn't mention dave that much. but the dog tags being on screen and him not saying anything is actually inasne??? also it sounds like there was definitely more to his sobriety than what they have told sad that we didnt get to see that storyline....

everyone has said thier piece on how luther just mentioning sloane and then no other explanation is actually awful. like a simple flashback fo luther searching and finding sloane living a different life would have been better than them giving us nothing💀

five oh where to even begin.... first of all how tf does a person who isnt even in thier 20s even get a gig at the cia. i know they said some bullahit abt five being a part of a relative young group/recruit (cant remember the exact wording) but like a person who is younger than 19 getting a job at the cia is a bit much. also i actually refuse to belive that five wouldn't have figured out his boss was part of the keepers there is just no way. after the handler and reggie i refuse to belive that five would lose his suspicion towards authority figures. i think the only authority figure he has ever listened to was the founder version of himself and even that took time. like if you want me to believe that bs then show me how five turned his brain into mush in the 6 year time skip. either that or show how me his loneliness in those six year because from what i have right now five worked at the cia and that is it nothing else. like from what i have been told by the show nothing else happended to him besides working. which if thier implication is that he was only working and drifted apart from his siblings that message was not clear enough to me as viewer and would have been alot clearer if i was shown such as thing.

Lol how do i explain this chain of events...

there's no way i can make it brief xD So..today i was in an odd mood, feeling so sensitive that any time someone talked to me i almost flinch from how overwhelming it is. And a certain heaviness. sunday is slimbo's only day off tho so i wanted to hang out. We decided to draw, and as we were finishing setting up i suddenly remembered my stereo & how i havent used it all winter. i grabbed it from my room n put it on slimbo's bedroom floor , i was sitting next to it as we focused on drawing for a few hours n listened to CDs.

then as we were about to eat dinner slimbo suggested we watch sopranos. i was reluctant due to my mood today, and ok hear me out: Something about sopranos has like, consistently felt really psychic to me, cus i dont watch it that often but every time i do it's like. that episode will be freakishly synchronized w something happening in my life at that moment. usually in a metaphorical way. Could just be power of suggestion but ive never rly had that with a show before except for a few animes.

ANYWAYS..i agreed to watch it because i felt it to be fateful that slimbo suggested it. like Ok what message is this supposed to send me today, might as well see since i'm already in this strange mood. We sat on the ground where i was drawing and started watching. and ofc, (spoiler warning,) ofc the last ep we watched was the one where junior shoots tony, so this episode is the one where tony's dying in hospital (and having his prolonged dream sequence). Which, if you know me, you maybe know about my Core Wound, but if you dont, well, it definitely involves hospitals and death and fathers. So i'm just sitting there watching like LMAO 🙂 Ok Guess this is what's on tonight's agenda Let's Gooooo 🙂

and i can see slimbo keeps looking at me with an expression like "we can turn it off" but i was like nah im going to watch this im curious now. (i havent seen season 6 of sopranos in 6 years and its the season i have the least memory of because when i watched it i was high as fuck on opiates due to getting my appendix removed (awful experience) so it kinda feels like my first time seeing it). i keep watching and THEN. THE WEIRDEST SHIT OF MY LIFE OCCURED

the fucking scene. Where carmela's in the hospital room with tony and she receives a stereo from chris. she takes it out of the box and i'm like wait....it's only showing the back of it at first, but it looks so familiar, i look over to my right where my stereo is coincidentally sitting on the floor next to me with the back facing me. it's the same. then i see her open the cd slot. ITS THE EXACT SAME FUCKING STEREO SAME color SAME model SAME Everything !!!! and the part that freaked me out most is that my stereo is always just sitting on top of my tv i almost never move it even when i use it but at that moment it just happened to be sitting there on the floor RIGHT FUCKING NEXT TO ME !!!

idk. it gave me kind of an adrenaline rush. it freaked me out. like that is bizarre i dont know. especially with the context of the stereo in the show and how it's there in the hospital to play music for tony as he's basically dying. hospital scenes r always like, intense for me on a cellular level. but that just kinda blew my mind. i got this stereo from a thrift store 2 years ago i had no idea it was in the show lol. IDK. i feel like there's a message here. something to do with my dad and healing and music. See im telling you like.....sopranos makes me consistently feel that God is joking around w me, its ususlly just a feeling but today it was tangible. so.... o_o

but in rehabklok we find out his first drink was when he was 6, and i think as his a**iction gradually spiraled as he grew into his teen years, resulting in him keeping more things from me and generally distancing himself from me :-( so i think when he was kicked out [presumably at age 16-17, unsure if we have a canon age for when this happened, i just remember he was a teenager] he fully cut me out -- not because of anything i did, he just wasnt in the right emotional/mental place to accept help because he was angry and hurting ... and spiraling into a world of a**iction as i said :-( i think id carry the burden of the idea that maybe if i had found a way to help him sooner he wouldnt have gone down that path, even though logically i knew that wasnt true bc we were both just kids who only had one another looking out for each other -- and i tried in smaller ways but he already felt too far away for me to reach yk DONT WORRY all this gets resolved in my canon and things are good -- if anyone is kind enough to read all this and wants to know more id love to answer any questions anyone happens to have !!!! anyone taking any ounce of interest in my writing means the universe to me and even that is an understatement DSFHJSJHD SO THANK U

Oh man Mr. Peanutbutter had a moment… he finally got that crossover episode… I was kinda hoping for a joke that went “Mr. Peanutbutter and BoJack Horseman in the same room? What is this, Philbert?” or “What is this, a short-lived show on a streaming network that got canceled because the star got addicted to painkillers and strangled his costar in a drugged haze?” but this is SO MUCH BETTER. I've never seen him cry before and the way he reacts to himself crying suggests that maybe he’s never cried before at all, and that’s why he just keeps laughing, almost like it’s forced, cause this is supposed to be his happiest moment and it’s not supposed to make him so sad. fucking,, character development

and the cold open of ep 8… you can forgive yourself and move on from your past wrongs but it doesn’t erase the things you did, the effects they have on people, and the trauma they’ve suffered. and then like, how can you forgive yourself if they never forgive you? how do you maintain that balance? why should you move forward if they can’t?

its weird to have an episode consisting entirely of guest stars but it also illustrates the extensive world they’ve built and i applaud that… also where the fuck is ana spanakopita

and it’s another instance on the show where someone chooses to advance their career & preserve their reputation over doing the right thing (like what bojack does with herb & sharona), but bojack does it out of self-interest, and gina does it so she doesn’t have to relive her trauma every time she gets interviewed or recognized by a fan. but even when she keeps quiet about it she’s still reliving her trauma

you ever just like… you ever watch a scene and feel the cliffhanger vibes creeping up and you just know it’s gonna end there and leave you unsatisfied and begging for more but at the same time that’s what makes it such a good place to end it. that was me with this. (and also the ending of undone)

the thing about this show is, it illustrates what it’s like to be a toxic person. and sure, he has it hard, but the show never asserts that he has it any worse than his victims, even if bojack himself does so. and he only does it so he can feel better about himself. he deserves a reckoning, he needs to pay for his bad deeds. but then, when you know what made him this way and what goes on inside his mind and that he wants to get better, it makes you feel for him, and forces you to ask if he deserves to get better and forgive himself and move forward. but even if he does, it doesn’t change the things he did. it doesn’t fix the lives he’s ruined.

The End!! sounds like an entity. phrased like one, and i think i remember it. are the people trapped in the pages? or... kept?

ep 63: eaten by the darkness! cavediving episode! (just like eaten by the sky) did my brain make up one called The Vast? it feels like it should be one, and all these episodes have some similar description about their feelings when they do whatever chosen hobby they have. ok now this one kinda feels like the dark. lights going out and all that. ok so not really a The Vast thing, its more of a Dark thing. feckin smirk gah.

ep 64: dice! the death guy! the death game thing! the person tricked somebody else into becoming death and then they were immortal? but if the egyptians wanted to kill him or punish him or whatever couldnt they just kill him? it worked in the end when he had the person giving the statement stab him, that did the job and actually killed him

ep 65: finally jon is actually acknowledging something is wrong.

So we know Mary Keay was revived most likely with the book by gerard.

Gertrude was way more aware of the entities than Jon. mary keay referenced The End openly and she cut the eyes out of her magazines and all that which makes me think she was aware of The Eye

"Not enough space to move, never enough to breathe" is that from the computer episode? With the guy who uploaded his consciousness? Somebody living down there. Hmmmm. Guesses: tom, sasha's boyfriend. ep 72: sweeney todd moment. Meat. The slaughter? Idk we'll see what the supernatural part is. Meat is meat. Similar to the slaughterhouse episode. Is it fucking Jared I swear to God it better not be. ep 75: Man with a lightning scar. Has one of the leitner books. The childhood friend of the one who first introduced us to leitner. Oh my god that sounds terrifying. Michael crew.

ep 78: what was that at the beginning? Question mark?? Oh boy more NotThem. Decker... what is the deal with the table. Does it contain the creature? Fucking Michael. Bitchboi himself.

Drag Me Away (From You)

I liked this episode even though I had some real problems with it. I’ve always liked seeing young Winchesters and learning more about their childhood.  I found the story confusing but pretty creepy. It was good to see a monster we’ve never seen before. 

I felt really bad to know that Dean came across a nest full of dead children and at such a young age. That sheds some light on his overall personality. I always figured the boys have seen some terrible crap growing up.

So this MOTW seems to make children hallucinate and then kill themselves. Kinda like the curse in Werther Project, but I'm confused about the Boggle game. Did Sam or the boy see “Sam kill you now”? Did it toy with Sam too? 

This episode was written by Meghan Fitzmartin, who apparently doesn’t write for the show much, and some of the writing was just bad, even though I don’t think the episode sucked. Below the cut I will share my issues with it for anyone interested in my rantings :)

My first issue is poor casting. The girl was annoying as a kid and an adult. As a child she flirted too much with Dean and she seemed like an ass teasing him, asking if he’s sweating and is he scared and such. Of course, he is and you should be too! 

The brother (victim) as an adult was no eay several years younger than Sam, Dean and his sister. He looked older than Dean.

You Dean was a good match for other young Deans but young Sam was bad. He wasn’t cute at all and he looked pretty much the same age as Dean. 

Next, it seemed like the writer was unaware of the boys’ already established in canon history. Dean tells Sam “I was babysitting you when I was your age” to which Sam commented “I'm sure that would be illegal” as though he didn't remember such a thing (which he would) and that he didn't because it would be illegal, even though in Something Wicked shows 10 yr old Dean taking care of 6 yr old Sam 

Along with that, Sam has a book about colleges in which Dean says “You barely go to school! There’s no way a college would accept you dumbass” Now, if this was just big bro Dean busting little bros stones, ok… but he said it mean, and like he was serious. This doesnt sound like how Dean was back in those days. Sure he teased Sam but he was also very caring. Aside from 30 seconds at the end when he told Sam they make a good team, there was no brotherly closeness. Also, “You barely go to school” is bullshit. They both went to school even though the moved around a lot, and neither of them appears to have been left back at anytime, which would happen if they skipped a lot of school. In Usual Suspects we learn that despite moving around a lot, Sam maintained a straight A average, and was in college when he was 18 (The Chitters)

Now, unlike most people, when I dont like the writing, I dont only shade the writer, since I know they dont just show up on Monday and throw a script at the boys and start filming. It has to go through pretty much everyone and be approved and edited first, so everyone is responsible for bad writing IMO. 

So the grand moment of the episode I think, is of course the fight in the car. When Dean hid the text from Cass “Does Sam know yet?” I knew this wouldn’t end well. This was acted beautifully and painfully. I felt all of it. I haven’t seen Sam this mad at Dean since…. I don’t know, but he’s pissed! Now, at first, I was angry with Dean and thinking “Ok how am I supposed to believe he loves Jack and is trying when he’s willing to let him blow himself up?” Then my mind put me back in the reality of this show. Dean loves Sam more than anything and yet willingly let him jump into Hell. Sam loves Dean more than anything, and more recently, let him do the exact same thing and become a bomb to blow up Amara. This is not OOC for the Winchesters even though I don’t believe they would allow this for each other anymore. I understand that Dean still holds a justifiable grudge against Jack, how could he not? But he wasn’t willing to let Mrs Butters kill him, so I don’t think he WANTS Jack to die, but believes it’s the only way and Sam wouldn’t agree, and try another way and maybe get himself killed in the process. 

So I guess again I'm left looking at a big bro fight in which I understand both sides. *sigh*

In conclusion, the episode isn’t my favorite of the season but I did enjoy it. It will remain on my rewatch list but it could have been a lot better.

On a scale of Bloodlines to Lebanon Ill give Drag Me Away (from You) a 7.

**i threw in a theory here so obviously if its spoilery don’t answer it but if not please answer my questions or lmk your opinions on my theories cuz im genuinely curious if anyone else share the same thoughts.

oh we’re finally getting some backstory on octavia and bellamy.

wow she really had a baby all by herself no epidural no nothing. girl power

i just love how bellamy goes to clarke to talk about his worries about octavia missing and she listens. she doesn’t just brush him off and she offers to help him find her. ok i feel the slight zutara energy

octavia is fucked dude. that grounder is gonna ground her. 

finn gets a hair cut. idk if i like tho but i guess he no longer looks like a wannabe/ soft boi version of warren peace from sky high

finn. finn. finn. you are such a player. raven literally risked her life to come down for you and yet you can’t keep clarke out your head like her pussy is that good? also raven brings up a good point: its literally been 10 days (i thought that the 100 were already out here for weeks) really finn you could have kept your pants on. it wasn’t like you getting any when you were in lockup. weak. i tell you. weak. you can not have your cake and eat it too

*frowny face* to bellamy’s face when he realizes that their message didn’t work and hundreds of people were killed on the ark and that he fucked up big time

ok i know y’all find this cynical but literally why are all these kids still following bellamy. like he don’t have a gun no more. also this kids never formed friendships to octavia before so why are they so loyal to her and willing to go on a suicidal search mission. i don’t want to bash too much octavia but most of her personality is that she was hidden under the floor for most of her life (meaning that she was sheltered even tho she really don’t act like it), that she is a HUGE flirt (her love interest dies and then she’s instantly with another guy) (in this episode especially they show her being socially awkward, so i wonder how she became so self-confident), and that she is rebellious in response to bellamy’s protectiveness. plus, even if she were to befriend these other kids they really only met like 10 days ago. Really it wasn’t like everyone on camp loved her and yet im to believe that that there’s a good number of people that would risk their lives to find her. ok 

“my sister, my responsibility” says bellamy and proceeds to walk into a forest with a bunch of hanging skeletons hmmmmm i have an older brother too. we’re close but im 100% sure my brother would never. 

questions for y’all: who is bellamy’s father? who is octavia’s father? are they half siblings? cuz like they really don’t look alike and bellamy’s father is blatantly omitted from this episode. i have a theory that that guards person (inspector bruce) that their mom does sexual favors for is the father of octavia but idk. and based on bellamy’s hair style in the flashbacks (being pushed back) plus his general build i think that Kane is is father. do i have any proof? no but look

again im just shooting in the dark and maybe spewing garbage but i mean... look at them. they also clearly take about the children of those in the council (ie thelonius and wells, abby and clarke) but never talk about kane. suspious. not that he seems like the father type tho he does seem like the type to have an illegitimate child that he does not care for (judgy i know but can you blame me)

that backstory between raven and finn. i ship it but honestly the way that finn is still havin feelings for clarke makes me think that raven deserves better

these grounders have them traps. oooo kill’em. these grounders actually be smart tho

i have a bad feelin’ about this masquerade dance... yep she really be caught like that and bellamy just wanted to do a nice thing 

another side note: is it just me or does masquerade octavia look like a really poor version of that girl in 50 shades of gray (im not a fan of the series so idk her name but i remember seeing the trailers) 

also i haven’t mentioned it early but like the sound track for this show is bringing me back.

this tension between raven and clarke i dont like. FINN IS NOT WORTH IT. sisters are supposed to be supporting sisters but fuck that i guess

what are the odds that the grounder they follow is the same exact one that has octavia. also you’re supposed to make sure your enemy is actually dead but no now finn is stabbed

oh this is a beauty and the beast situation between octavia and the grounder. literally tho why is octavia defending him. yes he did heal her but he also really chained her up after she ran away. do i detect stockholm syndrome? yes i do. in the episode the grounder literally caries octavia just like this:

this blow-up between octavia and bellamy was a long time coming. bellamy saying “my life ended the day you were born” that was loooow..... you know he was waiting to say that line all his life. also im waiting for octavia to grow on me but its been 6 episodes and i still don’t like her

The making of “The Queen of Ashes”....

The show has been telling us about D@enerys ending for quite long time, in fact, as I was rewatching the show, I found several scenes foreshadowing D@enerys tragic ending (here) but in this post I will focus on the most eye catching ones....

SEASON 1 

In the finale episode of season 1, Dany decides to kill Khal Drogo and burn his body next to her dragon eggs. She lays next to him and promises to reunite with him one day “When the sun rises in the west and sets in the east”. 

The next scene happens in Kings Landing Kings Landing with Maester Pyrcelle and Ross in his room; he is remembering the Mad King and what likeable and charming man he used to be in his youth, before madness took over him.

The episode ends with D@enerys entering the fire pyre to eventually hatch the eggs and give birth to 3 dragons. She had this idea from a dragon dream in the early nights.

SEASON 2 

On episode 4, D@enerys arrives in Qarth and they dont want to let her in, thats the first time she threats to burn down a city and destroy completely.  This wont be the last time D@enerys threatens to burn a city to the ground.

SEASON 2

On episode 5, Tyrion finds out all the wildfire that its under Kings Landing, he mentions that its enough Wildfire to destroy all city. Look whats the next scene, D@enerys teaching baby Drogon to say Dracarys for the first time!!! How sweet. 

SEASON 3

On episode 4, Varys tries to alert Lady Ollena of how dangerous Littlefinger is. Pay attention at the words he uses to describe Littlefinger, those are the exact same words Tyrion used to describe D@enerys when he met her in Meeren.

Varys was afraid that Littlefinger would destroy the realm trying to get the Iron Throne, so he decided to bring D@enerys to Westeros, ironically, she will be the one turning the kingdom into ashes.

And here is something even better, this episode S3E4 ends with D@enerys literally acquiring her first army. She sacks Astapor and leaves with the Unsulied, getting her first army in order to invade Westeros.

SEASON 5

Episode 9, right after the scene where Stannis burns down Sheereen at the stake as a sacrifice for the Lord of Light, they cut to the scene in Meereen where D@enerys and Hizdahr are presenting to the reopening of the Fighting Pits. During their conversation D@enerys explain that destroying an entire city it may be necessary in order to achieve something great.

This dialogue pretty much sums up D@enerys as a character. She is starting to rationale the idea of burning cities to the ground in order to achieve her own objectives, as something necessary, while not realizing that she is losing her humanity, just like those men who are fighting in the pits. She is using excuses of a greater cause to justify the deaths of millions.

SEASON 6

D@enerys returns to Meereen and finds the city being attacked by the Masters of the rival cities. She then tells Tyion about her plans against the attack.

Thats her plan, that is always her plan. She doesnt have others ideas. D@enerys first instintic is always destruction, its her advisers who always have to hold her back. This is the second time she threatens to turn a city into dust, the next time, no one will be able to stop her. Kings Landing will turn into ashes.....

BTW, there is much more than this. I just gathered the most important ones, but the show has left SO MANY hints and little clues about who will be the one destroying Kings Landing, that I am always shocked that many find this theory crazy.

The Punisher Season 2: Episodes 1-5

My reactions as I watched these episodes:

1: Roadhouse Blues HE IS IN BED WITH A WOMAN THINKING OF KAREN WHAT THE FUCK “Take the good when it comes” AND HES THINKING OF BILLY ALONG WITH THE KIDS MY FUCKING MIND IS BLOWN Frank is so comfortable around kids. This is going to end horribly. He’s gonna go back to this bar and all hell is going to break loose. Frank with blood dripping out of his nose is a MOOD Bathroom fight = Bar fight... not even an episode in and he’s already shot. Sucks to be you Beth. MADANI. Drinking at the foot of Billy’s bed. “Sweet dreams asshole” IVE MISSED THOSE EYES. 

2: Fight or Flight Oh look they’re in Ohio. PLEASE OH PLEASE LET HIM SAY RACHEL BECAUSE HEARING JON BERNTHAL GRUNT MY NAME WOULD BE HEAVEN Aaaaaaand there’s his ass HE IS DIGGING A BULLET OUT OF HIS ASS AND NOW SHE IS YIKES And now he’s grunting “get it” - I CANT. She’s lying. She’s a liar. Lying. And he knows it. And Frank just decided to keep himself inserted in this, but there’s never really been a choice for him I guess. Billy went to the group home and it was gone and thats the only place he had to go. Jesus, they’re really making you feel for him. He had nowhere and no one to go to so he went to his GODDAMN ABUSER. “You were a good looking kid. It’s a damn shame” FUCK HIM UP BILLY DONT YOU TAKE THAT SHIT Amy’s expression while listening to Madani and Frank 🤣🤣🤣 Oh this motherfucker just poked him in the chest and is bragging about what he did.
