Me and my roommate are currently talking about gender and i'm coming to the conclusion that of the part of my gender that is not stereotypically male (which is 90% male and like 10% not) is based entirely on the aesthetic i'm currently into, i typically describe it as 90% male and 10% agender but what i feel like i mean is "not a human gender, or a vibe/ object"

i don't feel a connection to gender fluidity as a label but i guess that's what it is, right now the 10% of me that's not male feels like some kind of 90's computer

i also feel like i only use they because it's a pronoun people who are aware of nonbinary people can use if they aren't aware of or comfortable with neopronouns but i really only like he and it, i might get rid of that part. i just dont use "it" with people irl because if they aren't also a trans/nb peson using neopronouns they still seem to say it with the same disdain that a cis person using it to dehumanize me would

sorry if im rambling but this is a little helpful for me to discuss, right now the gender that my aesthtic gender(?) is feeling is computergender/computerkin

i can't say that that means i feel a lack of humanity or robotic in any way, it just means that the way i feel is like the look of 90's computers, not the way they act or the "emotionlessness" that some people who are robotgender may feel

edit: i think maybe the reason this feels agender sometimes is because sometimes i just dont have an aesthetic im into, im going to put the aesthetic that is currently [the 10% of] my gender into my bio with "core" after it :]

Today on Donuts and Dogs we encountered a large dog with a muzzle in a group with a few other dogs on the trail. I didn’t initiate anything but the dog came up and rubbed so aggressively affectionately on us that we had to pet him.

I offered that I’ve seen dogs muzzled to prevent them eating rocks as a roundabout question. His mom sighed and said he has to wear it because otherwise he eats marijuana.

This is such a sweet moment and I love it, but like just imagine Superman’s reaction to Damian.

He goes from being friends with Dick Grayson, the multiverse constant, who was so starkly different from his mentor it was shocking. He’s fun and light and friendly while being an admirable hero and capable leader. And is just a clear indication that, who knew, Batman could bring up a great kid.

Then there’s Jason, the one who probably saw Wonder Woman as peak heroism and had the snark of any city kid. And Tim after who had a computer for a head.

And then he meets Damian, and has no idea why He’s Just Like That™️, he has no idea about the League of Assassins, he’s just this very angry ball of potential murder and extreme sass. And Superman is just staring down at this child who probably has already made several snide remarks about how useless the league is like “Bruce, what the heck did you do with this one???”

i like Tucknut because on the surface they would be like, such an annoying couple to everyone around them. super obnoxious. constantly gossiping. can make everyone else go red with their innuendoes and dirty talk. utterly and completely shameless assholes just having the time of their lives

but underneath that, neither tucker nor donut are actually that good at being... open. at being open, honest, and vulnerable with themselves, much less other people.

i think a big part of their relationship, and the reason why it wouldn't fall apart or fizzle out, would be them having to learn to be open and to introspect a bit more.

for tucker to get more comfortable in asking for physical affection since (in my hc land) he's definitely super touchy-feely but would hate to let anyone know that. but donut would give that freely and gladly. for tucker to not force himself to look and act so tough all the time. to be able to accept looking "weak" from time-to-time

and for donut it'd be like, a safe space to complain. like really complain. to be able to vent about things without having to filter them through layers of entendres or obfuscate them through complaints about chipping a nail or whatever. to make him a bit less afraid to feel and show negative emotions. tucker fucking loves to call bullshit on things. i think he'd be good for donut like that. would be the one to validate his feelings, tell him he's right to be mad or upset or whatever else.

outwardly, they're that annoying couple, bane of everyone. annoying as fuck. but internally? i dunno mannnnn i think they'd just be really sweet together i'm going fucking crazy over them

and look i know i'm sailing alone (or with like, two other people. guy with the ghost roaster pfp, you're the GOAT) but i care very much about this lil watermelon-colored ship of mine (my first ever!) and i shall sail the seven seas with it

We skipped Donuts and just did Dogs today. There’s a massive 40 acre off leash dog park near us that we went to. It’s dog city which was delightful.

Best dog name of the day was Noodle. When asked the origin of the name thinking Locked Tomb reference a child in a Gravity Falls T-shirt informed us he called her that because in her adoption video she was writhing on the ground like a noodle.

Runner up best name: a dog I heard addressed as “Luna! Luna! Lunatic!!”
