umm phantom w pcos go crazy go stupid

(I hc phantom as trans so i project many of my health issues upon him. woe, medical not-really-angst and a lot of fluff be upon ye. phantom and aether but also phantom and pack fluff.)

cooking w gas rn. thinking abt dr aether being so sweet. thinking abt phantom getting diagnosed w pcos (no im not projecting what are you talking about). thinking about phantom needing to get an iud to help regulate his hormones and bring up his progesterone to help bring his cycle back. thinking about aether being so sweet and gentle with him as he navigates the pain and the diagnosis. phantom being so so scared to get the iud because he's only heard horror stories on the internet. phantom crying to aether and saying that he's tired of feeling so much pain and hates that he has to feel more before it can get better. Aether holding him through it all.

Aether helping phantom make a meal plan of foods that don't spike his blood sugar and make his stomach hurt and his symptoms flair up. Aether making sure EVERYONE on tour knows so that phantom doesn't get flare ups on tour so he can play well for every show!!

Mountain making teas to help boost phantom's energy because bug struggles so much with chronic exhaustion :(( has a fun little tonic or concoction for every symptom and issue phantom has to bring him back to health in the knick of time.

cumulus, who i hc has endometriosis (again projection WHO) holding phantom's hand when his cramps are horrible bc she knows just what it's like. the two of them being best friends bc they deal with a pain the others just cant quite understand.

Dew making warm biscuits on phantom's tummy when his cramps or bloating are really bad to help reduce the pain and bring down the swelling. also works for achy joints.

solaris being a little scared to help because she's not very close to phantom but one day showing phantom the period boxers she's sewed for him so he doesn't have to feel so dysphoric on his cycle!! they help him feel a little more masc and a little less physically terrible because they're so much more comfortable than the pads he's been wearing. he's so excited he definitely kisses her right on the face about it.

Dr Aether being SOOOO sweet and gentle when he inserts the iud. makes phantom totally comfortable. gives him a lil stuffed bat to hold. talks him through the whole thing. properly doses him with quintessence so phantom doesn't feel the cervical pinch at ALL. being so quick and practiced with the insertion that it's over before phantom even realizes aether had loaded the insertion device. aether giving phantom a lollipop because he was so brave.

the fall to rock bottom is a long way from here. he sits, contemplating. loving you was hardly a mistake— he loves you, he'll keep loving you, and he'll never regret it. you're the mountain that keeps him from falling back down; you're the steps on a ladder that keep him from tumbling down to the floor.

he smiles at your smile. you're still asleep, but you're probably having a nice dream right now. it's early, and he doesn't have a real reason to be awake right now. the only thing keeping him up is how perfect you look with the dim lamp on. actually, even if the lights were off, you'd still be gorgeous.

he looks at the clock. it's 04:27. he looks over at the window, and through the subtly translucent fabric of the curtains, he sees the faint glimmer of the moonlight. he should probably be asleep, but he doesn't really care much about that. he doesn't have anything to do today, and he'd probably wake up thirty minutes after falling asleep, and then he'd do the exact same thing that he's doing right now: admiring you.

he sighs, reaching over to the nightstand and turning the lamp off. the moonlight passes through the curtain and rests on the carpet by the windows. it reflects from the carpet and onto him, illuminating his skin.

you secretly open your eyes. he's beautiful.

he sits and stares at his blanket-covered legs. he glances over at you, not realizing that you're awake. he smiles a little more. the fall to rock bottom is so far now, and he finally accepts the fact that he's never going back down. not alone. not without you reaching out for him.

he glances at you and admits to himself,

“I'm so glad that we're here. together.”

he shifts downwards and rests his head on the pillow, facing you with a yawn. his entire body sinks into comfort, and he gazes back at you. your eyes are finally open wide, and you're smiling really hard at him.

“I know, right? ”

he screams at you, jolting up, and he falls off of the bed.

ps: he makes sure that you're asleep every time he does this now (he stopped doing the monologuing for like a good month afterwards)

Okay so I’ve noticing the Genshin Impact and Honkai Star Rail crossover the fandoms have been doing with the “___ hsr character is a child of [Insert Genshin character(s) here]” thing and I just want to confirm the ones that I know so far so that I can have a clearer picture of this.

their words comfort you. it doesn't matter if you're tough or strong, or if you're prone to the pain and the struggle, they'll comfort you no matter who or what you are.

they'll hold you tight like never before, whispering either comforting, loving, and careful words to you or true and genuine words of wisdom for you to take and use for later on. whether you sob in their arms or feel their embrace in silence— or if you spill everything you've been holding in, they'll take you into a kind hug and let you do what you're comfortable doing.

never do they force anything out of you, nor would they ever force you to be silent in their embrace. their comfort is for you, and while they hold you, it's their job to let you feel comfort in their arms. forcing you into anything simply wouldn't do any good for either of you.

though, if you wish to be left alone, they will let you alone— albeit after asking a few times if you're truly okay with the solitude. they want you to know that they care, and they'll show it by respecting you, your boundaries, and what you want and need.

it doesn't matter what struggle or struggles you've faced or that you're facing. they'll be there to comfort you when needed, and they'll give you the proper space when necessary. they care about you, and they'd also love for you to know that.

so, no matter what, there's always a place for you to go, whether that be in their arms or by a window in the solace of night where either storms or stars hang over the sky, they'll care about you, regardless of where they are or where you are.

46 for Rowan and Urianger!

I think Urianger wishes that Rowan would relax and enjoy life more. She already enjoys a lot of what it has to offer, but he sees how often she'll deny herself due to self-imposed rules or anxiety. A lot of his affection for her is expressed in trying to make her feel more relaxed and playful.

Rowan wishes that Urianger would forgive himself easier. She typically doesn't find much fault with him, so seeing him self-flagellate is heartbreaking to watch. She'll forgive him for things he thinks he can't change, and support him while he does.

Why do you like Setsuka?

She’s just a warm bubbly character and given how depressing the Another games are, it’s nice to see such a kind character. She is the optimistic heart of the group but unlike some other idealistic characters such as Shinji, Setsuka isn’t blind to the fact people can be deceptive.

Now her relationship with Nikei is hotly debated as some argue the reason he reacted to her death the way he did was because she was required for his schemes and Kanade basically ruined it, but again Nikei is a character you really have to read between the lines of, and I think there’s quite a bit of evidence to show that he did genuinely care for Setsuka. Given how closed off Nikei was to everyone in the group at that time, the fact Setsuka was able to touch his heart says a lot about her as a character.

Her relationship with Hibiki is also sweet as if Kanade didn’t decide to be a bitch, Hibiki very well could have developed and grown as a person. She also has a mischievous side to her if her being the reason the Woman’s Fantasy scene in SDRA2 occurs is any indication. Also her design is wicked.

And let’s not forget she’s the first Danganronpa character to be in Rivals of Aether! Granted she’s a workshop character but I’m shocked she has a fully functioning moveset. Makes me wonder what any other Another characters would be like in that game.

Now as for Setsuka’s death…it’s a classic manwha moment from LINUJ but given how I feel the manner she was killed actually mirrors a real life murder case, it’s even more gross then you think. Given her unused execution is somehow even worse it sadly hammers home the notion that the optimistic and kind characters go through hell because dystopia.

I know I said I don’t normally do ships but until Chapter 6, I did ship Setsuka/Nikei. I don’t now because the enormous age gap between the two makes me very uncomfortable and it’s typical. One of the few ships I used to support and then evidence came out to ruin it.
