Guys did the writers ever explain how Victor and Rufus had their first batch of elixir? Like we know they didn't have the full recipe. So...did they find some bottles hidden in the cellar? Concerning The "Worst Witch"'s Elixir Of Life:

We know it brings objects to life (like Ruby's toy dog) and even ressurects dead/ailing plants. But, what effect would it have on humans? It does seem to prolong life with Shakeshaft, but would the Elixir bring back dead humans? Or would it depend on the type of Elixir?

Shakeshaft's Elixir was made from Sorceror's Eggs (unlike Flamel's Elixir made from the Philosopher's Stone). However, given how the Sorceror's Eggs are made, it's extremely doubtful that Cackle's Academy or even Hags & Horrocks (the company the school got their supplies from until Mr. Hallow bought them out), would produce the Eggs given with how dangerous they can be. I mean we saw First-Years, Nick Hobbes and Ethel Hallow bring havoc with those things, just think of what middle-schoolers would do! That's just a lawsuit waiting to happen!

In other words, Cackle's Academy (or the Witch's Code) would form a different kind of Elixir Of Life. Which brings up even more questions...
