also i don’t think Sabrina carpenter has ever sold her image or music as deeply intellectual; this isn’t to say her music is totally shallow but she’s definitely more on the unserious side, and though not as popular she def has songs where she delves into some more emotionally complex topics

also, this is just an album cover and title, part of the reason why there are so many conflicting posts is how open to interpretation this little info is. Moreover, she probably just wants to put forth A Message with her art, like most artists, it’s extremely difficult or impossible for it to be a ‘perfect’ message - there is so much nuance to be had in highly sensitive and, at some parts, subjective topics like feminism in such a patriarchal world, she can’t satisfy everyone especially through a music album (this isn’t a think piece help 😭)

Using generative ai to "make" "art" is very stupid for lots and lots of reasons but the absolute truth of why I will never touch it or even think of using it to assist in the creation of anything including boring emails is that I am way too much of a control freak to ever let a computer do anything for me

Is liking Kaidan actually a controversial opinion? I see him as a romance all the time!

Well I’m used to it being controversial.

I’m an OG fan of Mass Effect. I was there throughout the releasing of it and it’s a game I credit with saving my life. It’s my favourite game of all time.

At the time, Kaidan was the default romance for many girls who played the game as he and Liara were the only option. Ashley and Liara were the only options for Male!Shepard. So people got attatched.

Then came Mass Effect 2, where Shepard dies, comes back and… Horizon.

There are rumours of Shepard working with Cerberus but Kaidan saw you die. If you were back you’d tell him right?

Then he sees you. And he is confused and hurt. It’s a fight. He says some hurtful things. He’s angry.

A lot of people got angry. Despite him really having valid reasons to be upset, and not really believe you!

People started hating on him, more so when Garrus the fan fav got a romance. People LOVED him and thus hating on Kaidan to praise Garrus became the norm. People got DEATH threats over this. Hell one creator I follow who had a comic where Shepard chooses Kaidan over Gatrus had so many hate comments it was crazy. Meanwhile I’m there with popcorn going ‘yes! Drama! Yes!’

Hating Kaidan is such a norm in the Mass Effect fandom. Less so than hating Ashley but it’s common.

The reason it kind of turned around in the third game is him being a male love interest now to. And don’t get me wrong I love it but for a long time the only people not getting shit for romancing him were male Shepards.

He is getting a lot more love now which is great. While Garrus is my fav romance Kaidan is right up there. Hes so nice and I feel like a romance with him is fantastic.

But people did not like him then.

Dude actually help why can’t I access animal jam at all

I can’t open it on my phone or pc, it keeps saying “this world is under maintenance”, when I go to the website it’s just a page that says “403 forbidden”, to be clear at the moment I’m only playing ajpw

I’ve searched and nothing has helped, I can’t even access the file a ticket page
