sorry not my usual content but something i really felt i needed to rant about. also nothing triggering in here btw i tried to make it non graphic.

i used to constantly complain about going to school and having a huge workload that comes along with it.

i then started complaining during the summer becus i was bored out of my mind.

i eventually realized after my mom brought this fact up to me that in reality the reason i complained during both summer and school months is that i don’t even have the motivation to live anymore. i feel too stressed to do school work but too useless when i had nothing meaningful to contribute to society/no one to please.

i could easily make more goals for myself and become an overachiever, but i feel like that’s just filling a void. in fact, that’s all life really is. you get anxious when you have too many voids to fill, but anxious when there aren’t enough to fill.

i will admit that a lot of this correlates to loneliness and what you perceive to be the meaning of life. there are small instances with the people i love that do make it seem worth it in the moment, but i wonder when or if all these moments will accumulate to ever being enough. i wonder when or if i think about my life, it’ll immediately be the tiny specs of hope or the mindless tasks i did on the daily until i died. i’ve never even had a real job yet either so i feel like the real horrors are yet to come.

in all honesty i really shouldn’t even be complaining from the get go becus i’m fortunate enough to have an education and the freedom to do whatever i want. and im not a complete pessimist, it’s possible to have goals that are genuinely enjoyable; i just personally haven’t found a ton of those yet and am obviously struggling in other ways with my mental health.

memokeepers loose their physical bodies after becoming emanators by fuli. aster not being affiliated with the garden of recollection would make her a target by other factions to take advantage of her abilities. aster is used to being quick and fluid in their appearance and does a very good job at not being caught since they can. literally melt into shadows and go poof.

but what if the IPC have some sort of curio that would lock a memokeeper in their current form, making them unable poof away and easy to capture :))))))

whatever you do DO NOT think about kon and cassie and how their stories mirror each other in the sense that kon is born a public figure and has to learn to fall into the role of a civilian and eventually becomes comfortable in that role and sense of security while cassie has the exact opposite happen where more and more people find out she’s wonder girl until it’s public information and she can’t even live with her mom (or lead a normal life) anymore because it would put helena in too much danger and in turn puts her on edge all the time because she has no soft place to land anymore. worst mistake of my life

AFTER 3 FUCKING DAYS IN FINALLY DONE WITH MY REVAMP OF MY PJSK OCS 😭😭😭😭

Below the cut is just me yappin

Aoi is the lead vocalist and sometimes plays the keytar, Hiroshima (or just Hiro) is the bassist, Daisuke is the guitarist, and Atsushi is the drummer.

These guy's story mainly focuses on Aoi's extreme stage fright and her struggling with her confidence and identity. She uses her band, DARK/R3VIVAL, as a way to express herself while not showing people who she actually is. In DARK/R3VIVAL, everyone has an alter ego. Aoi plays a girl who's the complete opposite of her. Her alter ego is loud, confident, and vulgar, mirroring Aoi's true nature. Aoi uses this alter ego to hide her true self from her audience, as she thinks that they won't like her for who she really is.

With the other members, they have their own small stories as well. Hiro is struggling with the stigma against emo/people who wear alt fashion in Japan. Being seen as an outcast, Hiro accepts this and, as a result, never truly made any friends at school besides the members of his band. (even though he's known them for years)

Daisuke is a trans man, who just recently stopped going to Miyamasuzaka Girls' Academy. Still being seen as a freak to his peers, Daisuke has trouble finding friends, and mainly ends up latching onto the girls in Kamiyama High School due to him not fully understanding the difference between platonic and romantic affection (he's VERY much a hopeless romantic)

Atsushi has to deal with not being seen in his band. As the drummer, Atsushi feels like he's the least popular of his band and ,as a result, cuts ties with his band members for a little bit before reconciling with them.

As for relationships with the pjsk cast, these guys don't really interact with them very much. Aoi and Tsukasa know each other due to them dating in the past, but after Aoi ghosted Tsukasa, they haven't been on the best terms. But, Aoi still has quiet feelings for him. Shizuku is very attracted to Hiro, yet Hiro isn't very interested, seeing her as merely an acquaintance. Daisuke has.... so many crushes that he never does anything with, nor does he even talk to the majority of these girls. He has a crush on An, Kohane, Shiho, Saki, and literally everyone from MORE MORE JUMP!. Atsushi and Toya are somewhat good friends, as they're both similar personality-wise.

I might go into more detail about DARK/R3VIVAL's relationships with everyone in the future, but for now u guys are getting this 👍

Hesh would scream in karaoke, mainly would play greenday and maybe basilisk (?) and maybe a few emo songs here and there, but mainly abba. Anyway, he would claim a certain song is his favourite then forgets how the melody goes, then became a stuttering mess lmao (lets ignore that tjis is what i actually do when i go karaoke)

Though logan would kill it tho when it comes to karaoke, like high pitched songs etc, i bet he would play adele, Taylor Swift for funsies, rihanna and probably Ariana Grande here and there. Unlike hesh, logan would NOT scream into the mic, but he however would do high pitched note ykyk and just go full on opera singer when it comes to ariana grande (or adele...) what am i yappin abt bro

Hesh however, he LOVES LOVE LOOOOOOVEE to scream, to let out his pain. Yk that heavy metal scream? I forgor what its called, but a scratchy but rough and harsh scream, not bloodcurdling scream, hesh would 100% do that for some reason, then come to elias saying that his throat hurts. Then gets scolded.

Yes, elias knew about how hesh behaves in karaoke. Logan behaves better, but for some reason he enjoys Hesh's singing though its shitty. Elias and hesh kinda have the same playlist and favourite songs, old men and shit before 2000's... Of course. "You're born in 2000's, you wouldn't get it" "we have the same childhood vro"

Okay honestly I can see Rhine and Ivanovna becoming pretty good friends at some point. Ivanovna is presumably possibly a harbinger (seeing that Snezhnaya Mayor has so far only been referenced as a harbinger and in her letter. Also it'd make a bit of sense why Alice would invite her if she was in that high ranking position, seeing that most of the other spots are not human/mortal) and pierro definitely has some beef with Rhinedottir and despite knowing she's not solely to blame for the cataclysm, she definitely played a big part with her wolves and dragons,,, so Ivanovna was probably very wary of Rhine because she was tube fed a special breed of Rhine propaganda,,, but after a few years of actually knowing Rhine, she finds out that Rhine isn't some evil mastermind hellbent on ruining the world, she's just a little fucked up and maybe a little too into her work, but obviously that's not a breaking point for the harbingers.

BUT Rhine and Ivanovna both have perfectionist streaks, which they probably bonded over. It's a known thing Rhine is seeking perfection, but it makes sense if Ivanovna is too— she's the first mayor of Snezhnaya! And at that point, she's the first fully mortal, fully normal human! Not only does she have to deal with matters of the nation, but she has to seem like she's on the same playing field as some Khaenri'ahns, a mad doctor with even less morals than Rhine, the crimson witch of embers, an emo puppet made in the image of an archon, and whatever the hell capitanos deal is!! Those are huge shoes to fill for someone who has no special abilities or magical training! Someone with that much on their plate definitely has to seem perfect!

So as she starts to deconstruct her Rhine bias and realizes a lot was riding on Rhine seeming perfect as well, they start to get close. Rhine's honestly probably the most reliable source for what had happened to her personally before and during the Cataclysm, especially back when it was still fresh, because, with how out of it and delusional she was a lot of the time, she was mentally still living through it! Even as the worst of her corruption and trauma receded, there were still a few times where she was clearly disoriented, but between watching her relive it and the occasional fully coherent recollection, Ivanovna was able to paint some kinda picture of who Rhine was back then. She realized they had been fed a lot of stretched truths, if not some flat out lies, and she felt bad knowing that Rhine wasn't being judged based on the things she actually did, but instead by what the archons and few pure blooded Khaenri'ahns were saying about her.

Also,,, with Rhine being "straight" back then, and not an old hag, they probably had their fair share of boy talk. Since Rhine had more experience before Ivanovna got married, she'd go to Rhine for advice and to vent whenever her and her bf got into an argument. Rhine was also the most ecstatic when she told the ladies she got engaged.

Idk why I started yappin this much y'all I'm sorry🫡 I've been thinking about them lately I don't even know if this is coherent or if I need to step away from the forbidden knowledge
