I recorded this when it was summer. I technically was just static cycling but on the water of the pool in summer. I had the pool all for myself, so I could allow myself the freedom to record and let my visible heartbeat pounding away without the worry that no one would see it. It was very exhausting, specially for how unfit I am..

Personality- She's a highly active and optimistic goddess with a strong sense of self, confidence, self-discipline, focus, & motivation. She's currently dating.

She has the standard abilities of a goddess except shapeshifting. Being the goddess of excercise & gymnastics her other powers/abilities include elasticity, sweat manipulation (hidrokinesis), muscle manipulation (myokinesis), gymnastics mastery, adoptive muscle memory, telekinetically controlling excercise equipment, & being able to regulate her breathing, blood pressure, metabolism, and heartbeat.

Nasia is one member of The Horae, an esteemed group of goddesses that primarily preside over the natural portions of time. The Horae is also known for presiding over the revolutions of the heavenly constellations by which the year is measured.

They're collectively known as "The Guardians of the Gates", being that their main "job"/responsibility is guarding and overseeing the gates of Mt. Olympus. The Horae also takes turns with leading the group of tourists through the palace when it serves as a museum sometimes.

Even though Nasia is grateful & appreciative of her position in the pantheon as well as the opportunities presented to her, she doesn't completely disagree with the statement one goddess made about The Horae being "glorified PA's."

A go-to drink for her is the vanilla protein shake she makes every morning after her work out, often adding chia seeds & yogurt to it. She also likes aloe vera juice, coconut water, orange juice, cucumber & lime infused water, almond milk, Strengthify ionized water, as well as the occassional glass of white wine. Her usuals from The Roasted Bean is a large iced green tea and a medium decaf iced coffee.

Nasia's relationships with the other members of The Horae is fairly good. They all have their usual squabbles & disagreements, but there's also a deep sense of friendship. She sometimes finds herself closer to Nymphe (goddess of self-care), Anatole (goddess of sunrise), Mesembria (Bria) (goddess of the afternoon), and Arktos (goddess of the night sky & constellations).

Her favorite thing to get from The Bread Box is the grilled chicken salad topped with extra ranch dressing.

She currently thinking about signing up for the country's annual gyro competitive eating contest that happens during the Summer Solstice holiday.

Nasia's currently dating a professional body builder- a cyclops named Augustus. They first met briefly at a photoshoot for Powerpulse, but didn't have a real conversation until the most recent Olympic Tournament a few months ago. so my grandpa has this genetic heart disease, and my mom also has it, and for most of my life i didnt know what this disease was or what the symptoms were, all i knew was that me and my sister got tested for it every few years.

now around the same time these tests started (i was maybe 8) i had just started sporadically experiencing difficulty breathing when i did excercise. we went to the doctor and she said i probably had asthma and gave me an inhaler without testing me for asthma. for years i used an inhaler any time i had trouble breathing while excercising and it never helped.

eventually at a checkup for my heart when i was 12 they asked why i used something that would speed up my heartbeat (inhaler) when i might have this genetic heart condition and asked if i had ever gotten tested for asthma.

long story short, i dont have asthma. not even the slightest chance. from this point on doctors told me my difficulty breathing was just anxiety- as if i only got anxious when i sprinted

at this point i had figured out how to live with it- just dont do any intense cardio and i'm fine, but it was always a lingering question, especially since my mother and sister experience the same exact symptoms in the same order from the same activities (anything leg heavy)

when i was 15 my mother went to her heart doctor and asked if the difficulty breathing could possibly be related to the heart condition, and he said that it 100% was a direct cause of the genetic heart condition that we know is in my family.

after this news, i decided to finally look up the symptoms of the heart condition i was getting bi-yearly screened for. i kid you not, Every Single Symptom i'd been describing to doctors for YEARS was on the immediate list of symptoms for the condition.

the thing is, this heart condition supposedly would show up on scans if i had it, but everything still looks normal (i'm 17)

so what the fuck

A doctor saying "Good news! Your labs look great" is like if you were watching a cop show and the chief walked in like "Great news, everybody! The best news! The killer is still at large and we have no leads."

I started to do squats over and over and over... until my legs started to give out. I couldn’t wait to show her how f’in hard he’s going to be pounding. I could already feel it in my chest before I stopped doing squats. I knew it would take him forever to slow down. This country is of the people, by the people, for the people. The nature of government is to control the people, big or small that's what it does. The people need to constrain that government. Don't leave it all up to Trump. Exercise your God given rights, they are inherent within you and can t be taken from you by government. Excercise them. I had always had problem with paying taxes that are used to fund abortion clinics. I struggled with paying taxes for years. My conscience was riddled with guilt. I stopped filing tax returns 20 years ago. When they started sending money to Ukraine, I stopped paying taxes altogether. I won't pay them one red cent or pay someone to tell me how much 'I owe'. If the government wants that money they can figure out what I owe and they can come and get it. It will all be paid in one cent pieces when they do, if they do. I'm not playing anymore with these people. Government officials and the order taking, unprincipled feds that work for them are the most cerebrally challenged bunch of imbeciles, I have ever seen in my life. I hope everyone else follows this lead. Nobody rules if nobody obeys. I don't have to obey them. God created man, Man created society, Society created government. The creation does not have power and authority over its creator. Government has over stepped its power and authority. It's time for us to exercise our rights as the creator and put our creation back in its box until we are ready to play with it again.

A smug ass look on his face the second you tell him that you need his help with your serves. His serve is something that he's known for and what other volleyball players wish to achieve, so it makes him really happy that you've decided to ask him for some guidance and not someone else

Of course, even though he's your boyfriend, Oikawa wants to teach you how to serve and do it properly. "I shall teach you how to be the best of the best and beat the rest!" Oikawa sounds too excited when he says that, but bish doesn't settle for anything else than perfection, so you're in for a wild ride even before you actually join the team

Now, practice can go two ways. He's either really playful and more into being close to you and teasing you with his presence, breath tickling your ear as his hands move from showing you how to move to settling on your ass or he is really professional about all of this and pays a lot of attention to your good sides and bad sides

If he sees you're really into trying out for volleyball and want this to be something that's important to you, then Oikawa definitely pays more attention into actually teaching you everything there is to know about it - definitely tears up if you say you're interested in being a setter though

➹𝐦𝐢𝐲𝐚 𝐚𝐭𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐮

At first, I see him groaning because he has to teach you to play amidst all of his other work and responsibilities, but when he sees you pouting and regretting asking him, he sighs and decides to agree - it is you after all and you're his partner, so Atsumu ain't letting you be anything less than perfect

Definitely acts as if you want to become an Olympic player in just two months and not someone only wishing to go to tryouts and see if it's going to work. Volleyball is something that has been in his life for a long time, so Atsumu looks at these things differently and can't quite get 'volleyball = recreation' to work in his brain

However, Atsumu finds this to be a lot more suggestive than needed - I mean, he has a valid excuse to touch and tease you, and you can bet that Atsumu will use that to his full advantage. "Why are ya squirming away? I can't teach ya properly if you're not still," his voice teases as his hands move under your shirt, gently caressing the naked skin. "Practice is going to take longer if ya keep acting like this."

Atsumu, in the end, does teach you some basic stuff, but that's good enough because practice never ends without you two spending some alone time in the locker rooms. I mean, it's Atsumu we're talking about here 🤷🏻‍♀️

➹ 𝐬𝐚𝐤𝐮𝐬𝐚 𝐤𝐢𝐲𝐨𝐨𝐦𝐢

Sakusa doesn't openly express his unwillingness to help you, but you can see how the clogs in his head are turning, deciding whether or not to help you with this. He's actually surprised by the fact that you've decided to try out for volleyball specifically, but that's not his to say. In the end, he does end up helping you

He doesn't see this as an opportunity to get closer to you, physically so to say, or to tease you because if he's spending his free time helping you, you're going to spend it productively. Because of your lack of strength, he does some home exercises with you to up your strength and make it easier to master some serves. Starts with a simple underhand serve and won't go further than a simple overhand

But, Sakusa sees the way your body reacts when he, simply, stands a little closer behind you, in an attempt to manoeuvre your body in the way it's needed to properly serve. And, he can't lie, knowing that he's making you feel like this just makes him act more smug

"Is it cold in the gym, because you keep shivering?" Dating Sakusa means knowing when he's teasing you without actually seeing any change in his facial expression, so you're pretty much sure that he's just messing with you at this point. Even Sakusa finds some moments when he can be more carefree ;3

At first, he doesn't even see this as an opportunity to get up close and personal with you; when it comes to volleyball, everything should be done professionally and without joking around because Ushijima takes it seriously, so he will teach you a lot so you can wow the people at tryouts. Wants to teach you the basics, but would first notice the lack of strength in your arms, so he'd propose some arm excercises to up your strength. It's after that that he'll start with actually teaching you how to serve. He's, actually, a really good and patient teacher - you can't see any scowls on his face if you mess up.

He soon realises that, maybe, showing you himself how to move your body would help with training, so he'd come right behind you, your back really close to his chest as his arms grab your hip and dominant arm. "Your arm should always be positioned like this and the more hip rotation you have, the more strength you'll produce in your serve," he talks quitely, voice barely over a whisper, as his hand tightly grips your hip and moves it in the right way.

Doesn't tell you, but he can literally feel the heat radiating from your face and the way your heartbeat became faster. You miss it, but there's a smug smirk on his face because he knows he's the one doing this, but he doesn't do anything at that moment. He returns back to that later, at home ;3
