I know she's more slender in canon but I have a this thing for Sakura looking adorable and petite when she's all covered up, especially in her lab coat, and looking jacked when she takes it off. The fact that she can cause earthquakes with her punches and have the muscles to prove it is so 👌👌. Especially an older and more seasoned Sakura.
Just because she's busy being a mother and konoha's top medical ninja doesn't mean she'll willingly skip her regular arm day exercises. Probably exchanges workout tips with Lee every now and then. Time has lessened her exasperation and now she's slightly more eager to be his occasional workout buddy.
I have to include sasusaku as well so of course he'll be there appreciating the view while Sarada is in constant awe at her mother's physique.

Paige grew up working on a farm every day and does physical training on a regular basis, give her some muscle damn it
Jono hasn’t been able to eat since he was 16 and his powers mean he’s basically never involved in physical combat, stop drawing him like a body builder
I am so tired of the buff guy/skinny girl dichotomy in superhero comics, why is it still a thing?

i’ve been frustrated and angry and overwhelmed recently (i won’t go into it) but at least i had personal training today and i got to slam heavy balls into the walls and throw them on the floor with all my strength. it’s very cathartic AND engages your core 10/10 would recommend

Weight loss updates
SW: 145.3kg/320lbs (~35% BF) June '22
CW: 119.8kg/264lbs (~25% BF) June '23
Lifts
Squat: 115kg x 5
Deadlift: 110kg x 5
Bench: 75kg x 5
T-Bar row: 60kg (on the bar) x 5
OHP: 60kg x 3
Leg press: 247kg x 12 (included because big numbers are fun)
Weight built up after 2 years of no gym due to lockdown and moving to a new city, back at it for a year and lost my pandemic weight and then some. Tentative aim is to get around or below 110kg by this time next year.
I regret not taking many "before" pictures for comparison, the only stuff I have is passport/work ID but the changes in my face are pretty noticable, that and just wearing old clothes from last year feels pretty good in terms of seeing the progress.
Lifts are progressing pretty well, squats and deadlifts aren't close to my all time PR (think both were 135kg x 5) but the rest are PRs.
I think my deadlifts are suffering from being done after I do squats and leg press so going to change my program from next week and that should progress a little better.
Goals for my lifts for now are to build to 3 plate squats and deadlifts, and 2 plate bench (to go with my 1 plate OHP), also I want to be able to do a pullup (currently at -56kg on the assisted pullup machine).
Not used to journalling like this so might post more updates etc if this feels good to get out there

Did some IRMs in my class and am pretty proud of myself for mine being 100lbs in bench press and 135-140lbs in RDL
I only weigh 119 lbs and I'm also a cis female, so I'm almost able to bench press my weight
