Today's workout was Decelerator. This one was all about explosive moves and being able to stick the landing in jumps.
This calls for strength not only in your legs but in your glutes, core, and back as well.
The older I get the more I realize that this is important in every day life. Practicing moves with balance has prevented falls, injuries, and mishaps in my daily life. (Yes, I can be a klutz, especially when walls tend to jump out at me! lol)
This move shown here is bounding squats on one leg. There was a lot of shaking and loss of balance but as I practice it will get better.
