i know this is a common theme through the fandom when it comes to fics and whatnot, but i completely agree with this notion.

sub armin is desperate to let go of his responsibilities, desperate to have someone boss him around, for someone to take care of him, to just be lost in that time with you.

manipulative dom armin is desperate to grasp control back. he often self doubts, which is a common theme in the show canonically, so he would be aching to have control. to be the boss, to have someone follow his order, to be the one to inflict (non actual harmful) punishments if you don’t obey.

i feel like he can transition from one to the other extremely quick also, given the right situation.

he can go from letting you peg him, letting those beautiful moans fall from his lips, his face red and tears streaming down his face, to him at the speed of light flipping you over, pulling the strap you use out and shoving not only his cock, but the toy you had used on him, in you too.

I feel like Casey would be an (Unintentional) Manipulative, Isolating, and Paranoid Yan

He's heard so much about you from Future! Leo and Mikey in the bad timeline...

You probably let him stay at your apartment while the Turtles set up a room for him

I also feel like the first signs that he's slowly downwardly spiraling into toxic love is when you try to leave the apartment for work/school/errands

He flips his shit, still in the Apocalypse mindset of 'Don't go alone, you'll fucking die via the Kraang'

He has a panic attack, and you have to stay to help him because he is sobbing and begging you not to leave

He calms down after a bit, clinging to you as he begs you to stay for a bit more, or take him with you

He can keep you safe, you say you can defend yourself but he's adamant

He doesn't tell you why he freaks out when you leave specifically, but it's traumatic for him knowing you died in his timeline

If you end up staying, it's kind of like when you reinforce a dog's bad behavior, they'll do it more, thinking you will comply

Anytime you try to leave without him now, he sobs crocodile tears and begs you not to, it's gotten so bad that he doesn't even have the panic attacks anymore, he's faking it knowing you'll stay if he makes you believe he is.

He finds you trying to comfort him a euphoric situation, furthering his "love"

If you call his bluff, he'll immediately go back to actual panic attacks though

He gets defensive if you have any friends over that aren't April or the Turtles

He doesn't trust them, his memories of the Apocalypse made him wary of almost everyone, he's seen other survivors kill those he loves or knew from the Resistance

He can't let you meet a similar fate in this timeline

If you're a push-over, this can boil over into him being wary of everyone except Michelangelo and Leonardo

It's awful at that point, he has bad panic attacks (Both real and Faked) if anyone comes into the house that isn't Leo or Mikey

Once his room at the Lair is ready, he refuses to go, freaking out that he won't be with you and you will be alone

at this point, it's clear to everyone that he's extremely dependent and attached to you, almost to the hip at this point

He didn't have time for relationships in the Apocalypse, this can both be an Advantage and a Disadvantage

He doesn't know what's the "right" way to love someone romantically and is immediately overbearing and panicky

But he also doesn't have the belief that you would lie to him, you're someone who can be trusted, why would you lie to him?

You'd have to come up with a good lie, like needing to take a shower alone (This is especially good if you have issues with sensory input regarding showers)

Better hope your Bathroom has a window if you use that lie.

If he finds out you lied to him, game over, he's throwing an absolute FIT

Hard task when you're trying to fit through a window the size of two desk drawers.

You fit your head through the window, eagerly pulling your body through until you hear Casey knocking on the door

You don't know what to say, as a heave of air would give away what you're doing.

Trying to get through the window quicker, his knocks become more frantic, as he attempted to turn the doorknob, but was stopped halfway due to the lock

Halfway through the window, you hear him trying to beat the door down, you panic and try to hurry up your pace, abandoning the attempt at being quiet

As you get your knees on the hard steel of the fire escape, you scream as you feel him yank you back into the bathroom, you didn't realize quick enough, and were dragged onto the hard tile floor within seconds before you could attempt to resist

Crying from the stinging pain of hitting the tile floor, you look up and see Casey, his face red with anger and tears streaming down his face

"Why?! Why were you trying to run?! ARE YOU TRYING TO GET YOURSELF KILLED?!" he screeched, he's shaking from the anger and hysteria he's feeling

You flinch from his loud voice, unsure of what to do now, he's staring at you before grabbing your hand and trying to gently get you up, which seems out of character as he's literally crying in anger

You don't get up willingly, which makes him resort to just picking you up and walking into your bedroom, setting you on the bed as he pulled out a pair of cuffs, panic jolts through your body as he cuffs you to the bedpost, he heaves a sigh

"Now think about what you've done, what you've done to damage our relationship.... I need to go cool off...."

He walks out of the bedroom, leaving you there for what will feel like hours.

You just had to listen to him, and would've been happier, now look at what you've done

Just a random PSA that may seem like it's out of nowhere. But this week (or yaknow, whenever). Please make sure your gw2 account is tied to an email address that's actually under your control. That you can log in to, receive and send emails from it. Now may also be a good time to change passwords, check 2 factor authetication where applicable. And if there's backup codes for the 2fa, make sure you have them and they're in a safe spot. This applies to both GW2 and your attached email.

It's important to do the occasional spot of account clean up / spring cleaning on accounts that matter to you. Also it's important to keep in mind that its not just you that's affected by poor account security, your friends could get caught in scams by people pretending to be you. your guild could be affected. Thundercats 2011 really deserved so much better. I haven’t seen all of the 80s show but what I have seen is pretty fun, especially to see where 2011 diverges and connects. I haven’t really cared to look at Roar though, I know it won’t be for me and I’d rather focus on things I like.

Okok so it's all over the place but i was definitely thinking about the a crossover now that Mattel and Disney are partners again.

So my idea was like, wibbly wobbly mirror stuff happening and most of the EAH cast end up in Wonderland. They're confused at first bc its not the WL they know. Even more so, they're thrown into NRC and are confused.

But unlike Yuu, they get placed into their corresponding dorms (with characters like Cherise being in savanahclaw, cedar in prolly octa or hearts).

Now here is where shit gets fucky. Their history's conflicting. I think the most interesting ones will be Raven and Faybelle since the QoH is just kooky and villanized bc shes neurodivergent.

Raven and Apple (and Hunter ig) in Pomefiore

Id imagine that Raven would be the most conflicted on the queen since her mother is a POS. There are rumors around the school that they are descendants to the corresponding historical figures. Her relationship with Vil would start pretty strained since their personalities would conflict so intensely. Vil being straight laced and no nonsense while Raven is pretty easygoing and expressive. Plus, Raven improvises a lot so it would make him wonder if she truly belongs. But the mirror doesn't lie. It holds more truth than anyone realizes.

Plus the whole "beautiful" thing got lost on Raven so she probably won't gel with keeping up appearances.

Raven would probably get along with Epel but not Rook. Epel is often misunderstood like she is and I think that he'd connect with her on not fitting in. Rook is just weird and...I almost forgot about Hunter that shit would be hilarious. Hunter would def learn how to be a better hunter but at what cost?

Apple and Vil would get along too well. Rather than seeing her as another Neige, he would give her more credit to her underlying poison. Much like Raven's mom, Vil would straight up call her out on how it's a facade for how "evil" she is underneath. It would certainly shake her. She's relentless. She was made for Pome. The most compelling story here would be Apple realizing her dark side and being "a villain".

Im getting a kind of School of Good/Evil vibe from this dynamic but given that morality isnt black and white, it would be about accepting the dark side of your personality while maintaining the light in you. Nobody is perfect, not even the beautiful.

Briar and Faybelle in Diasomnia

Ok so I am very tilted with how Fay and Briar get shafted in the original series. Faybelle rarely shows up except to be the butt of a joke. Briar is is gonna sleep longer than Apple and her friends just joke about that shit even tho everyone will be dead when she wakes up. But I digress.

Faybelle would look up to Malleus especially because he's connected to the dark fairy just as much as she is and he's fuckin OP. It leaves her...feeling less than. Her mother would most certainly value Mal over her. And it would put her in a bit of a depression. Her magic isn't as strong and coupled with her conflicting aspirations, Fay would feel as if she may as well give up. She's been beaten by someone who isnt even from the same realm as her.

Mal of course would notice this and be a pretty good grandson shoulder to cry on. After all, she's doing her best and still gets no credit. Fay is also lonely and rarely gets invited anywhere (cursed). She has great potential and pleasing her mother will hold her back. Since she's not a princess, she also doesn't have to shoulder a responsibility that would inhibit her from being a cheerleader and a powerful fae.

The arc for faybelle would be her overcoming her fears and being her own person rather than imitating her heroes. I think lilia would also help in that too since he's fascinated by her.

Fay would get along with Silver since hes so low maintenance but Sebek would bother her simply bc hes annoying. He would probably err on the side of caution and regard her with similar respect as he does with Mal. And it bugs her over time. Thsts the joke with that.

Briar would be a little sore about being in Diasomnia. She doesn't look like she fits in with the aesthetic and being around intimidating fairies would be new for her. But I think she would find her stride. To her surprise, she's a powerful and great mage, but it would also be hard for her to accept. In the back of her mind, she'd wonder if following Apple as a Royal was worth keeping up with. Briar is just different from her friends and she's been denying that even though she sabotaged legacy day by throwing the book into the well.

Briar would probably ask to train with Silver and Sebek. Apparently shes surrounded by brothers amd she does have a sort of rough-and-tumble personality if it means having a new experience. Thatd be the most fun for her and i think she and Silver would prolly fall asleep all over the place together. Oh, she'd also like to hang out with Kalim and try to get into Scarabia, but before she can actually finish the paperwork for all that shit, she'd figure out that she was already in the right place.

Miscellaneous thoughts

Really quickly, the Wonderland kids would most likely see a bit of a power struggle between Lizzie and Riddle. Not because they're both Like That, but because their rules are slightly different. They really do have the same temperament to the T so as long as they compromise on the nuances of the rules, they'd co-lead pretty well. Honestly, theyd have the most wholesome of interactions and Riddle would probably be a little envious about her relationship with her mom. There is nothing but love there and he wished he got that kind of affection from his own mother.

Cherise and Ramona end up in Savanaclaw of course. This is how people find out they are sisters and Leona would feel some type of way about the royal/rebel thing. He'd think its a dumb conflict but he'd def be a rebel in their eyes. Also he'd be recruiting the girls for his team since they are really good at it.

Cedar would maybe be in Octa, but shed struggle with the tweels and azul being privy to her truth-telling. On the one hand, she'd be an asset to the lounge. On the other, she'd be a liability to the lounge. They would have to purposefully omit information from her so that it doesn't get used against them. And despite being in Octa, she and Ortho would be besties for sure. They're the same in plenty of ways but Ortho would point out that she can do things human girls cant. And she's also plenty real already despite being wood. That'd be the heart of her development. Something like that would be hard to accept up front but in time, Cedar would realize it.

Speaking of which, Cupid is in Ignihyde. She'd be a fucking menace to all those incels and especially Idia who wants to avoid everyone. Theyd def find conflict in one another and Cupid is nothing if not persistent. If he won't love anyone else, he could at least stand to love himself. This would be a comedic side plot. Dexter is also in Ignihyde.

Brooke is in Ramshackle with Yuu. Thankfully she has her own magic so she need not be 1/3 a student. She's fine with this but losing her omnipotence and being able to write her own story is kind of mindblowing to her. Think of one of us being isekai'd into our fav tale. Brooke is just us in that regard. As much as I don't like Brooke, I think she would be the reason all this happened.

there's a phrase that has stuck with me since college. to set the scene, i was habitally meeting up with another student in my calculus class who was probably old enough to be my dad, to study/do homework together. near the end of the semester, close to finals week, he and i ended up going to a nearby park in his truck. at a stoplight, he turned to me and asked "do you trust me?"

i was not expecting this, and to be honest, my immediate reaction was "what the fuck". here i was, a femme individual, essentially trapped in someone's truck who was much larger/stronger than i with a probly 30-year age difference between us. i literally had to take a minute to process the question and whether i did, in fact, trust him.

this phrase has haunted me ever since.

do i trust you. do i trust you with *me*. do i trust that i'll be safe with you. do i trust that you have my best interests in mind. do i trust you to keep me safe. do i trust you with my secrets. do i trust you with my thoughts. do i trust you to alter my reality. do i trust that you'll put me back together. do i trust you with my body. do i trust that it is safe for me to meet you alone. do i trust that i'll be safe when i visit you.

it's been six years at this point. i'm not as shy and nervous, not as skeptical and untrusting as i was back then. there've been some key points where i know my trust in you has evolved, has let me let go even further.

do i trust you to the point of complete vulnerability and openness, where you could *literally* do whatever you want to my mind and body, however you wished, and i would be powerless to resist?

the concept itself is not new. we've played with it to varying degrees of intensity for six years.

last night was... different? there has always been a part of me holding back, a paranoid part of me that *doesn't* trust anyone to keep me safe, that only trusts me to keep me safe. and last night... last night it almost broke. and in the moment, i panicked.

and now i ponder again, "do i trust you?"

Is the best in terms of reaction

The worst reaction he has regarding you snapping at him is irritation, he will almost never snap back at you

He (mostly) doesn't blame you for your outbursts, he knows what you're going through, and he knows that you'd never snap at him without a valid reason

Hates when you stay in your room for hours by yourself, but he never intrudes when you're trying to calm down unless you're on the verge of doing something dangerous

Tries to keep overwhelming stimuli out of the lair when you're visiting

Yes, that usually can include Leo.

However, the first time you got overstimulated around him did go poorly

He kept asking you what was wrong, pretty much making you want not want to talk about it

At one point it got too much for the both of you (He started getting pushy, irritating you more and making him also start to become irritated) and you just went home to cool off

It took you the entire day to calm down

Once you did, you felt horrible and apologized to him, explaining you tend to get overstimulated really badly around noises and crowds

And asking questions or touching you makes it worse, because being overstimulated makes you easily agitated

He understands and you two talk about what irritates you during these times

He makes sure no-one else bothers you, so that you can calm down quicker

After you've calmed down, please spend time with him, despite the fact that he understands why you need to be left alone, he still feels distressed when you snap at him or can't stand being around anyone.

Leo:

Is the worst in terms of a reaction

He has separation anxiety, so when you leave for hours to calm down and relax, he gets whiny

Often texting you and BEGGING you to let him come in, he swears he won't do anything!

You learned that is a lie the hard way

You relented once, he came in and cuddled you, kissing your cheek softly, making your skin feel like it's getting pricked by needles

You didn't say anything that time, not wanting to hurt his feelings, you felt you could tolerate it as long as he didn't talk or ask questions

Despite the fact that he wants to be in your room while you're relaxing, he gets really aggressive if someone else tries to come in

He once yelled at Mikey to get out when Mikey came to ask you if he could borrow something for an art project

Mikey has never left your apartment quicker lmao

The first time you got overstimulated after you met him was a fucking wild ride

It was a giant argument, making you cry from frustration

He kept getting in your space and touching you up until you snapped at him

He instantly starts freaking out, trying to defend himself (from what you may ask? nothing rational, just thinking his crush suddenly hated his guts) and started asking questions, irritating you further until you left

He got into a depressive episode, almost crying because he thought you hated him, he pretty much was a bit of a simp since day one, so this was a blow to his false confidence

Once you calm down and talk to him, apologizing for your behavior, he calms down as well, understanding that you couldn't help it and that you didn't hate him.

He reacts a lot better now, but please give him attention when you're feeling better, because if he's the cause of your Overstimulation, he'll definitely be in a depressive episode until you are okay with him being around you again.

Donnie:

2nd best reaction out of all four.

ONLY second best because unlike Raph, he will snap back if in a sour mood or if he's overstimulated as well.

If asked, he will leave you alone, only texting you every few hours to see if you're okay

As I've mentioned, he also gets overstimulated, and will ask you if you can leave him alone for a few hours so he can relax.

Also gets aggressive if anyone tries to visit you

Especially Leo, because he's aware that Leo can overstimulate you more than most people can

First time you got overstimulated, he most likely realizes the signs early and backs off

Once you leave, he might wait a few hours before sending you a text

Donnie: Hey (Y/N), you okay? you were pretty irritable when you were here

He won't force you to talk about it, but he is there if you need to talk.

If for any reason, you can't leave while overstimulated, he'll take you into his lab, putting headphones and a weighted blanket on you for your comfort

After either of you calm down from being overstimulated, you two tend to seek each other out, usually to talk about what happened so perhaps you can avoid triggering each other.

Mikey:

Has the 2nd worst reaction

Only because he doesn't get extremely depressed like Leo when you go to cool off, but he's just as clingy

Doesn't like it when others come to bother you but isn't nearly as aggressive as the others.

The first time you got overstimulated around him, he got panicky and started asking you questions, causing you to become irritated

He starts crying a little once you snap at him and it hits you like a truck

You calm down enough to tell him that you just need time alone, which he tries to deny, not understanding why you want to leave him, but eventually he relents and lets you go home

Once you calm down you call him and tell him to come over

It takes him about 20 minutes to come but once he does, he instantly hugs you and apologizes over and over, for what you may ask? he doesn't know, all he knows is that he made you angry.

You tell him he didn't do anything wrong and sit him down to talk about it

He understands once you explain why you got so irritated by his response to you being overstimulated

He does still spend time with you, even when you're in your room trying to calm down

He doesn't interact with you, all he does is draw while on the floor.

When you calm down, please cuddle him, he'll feel so much better.

Getting Kristin (jungle ranger) sorted. She's 80 now, got elite specs, and one of her builds uses 2 daggers. The other weapons are mordy themed, but I don't have mordy daggers and didn't want to spend more money getting daggers just yet.

I was collecitng pets for her, was in Fields of Ruin getting a pet near Ogre Waypoint and Ogre Wars was up. It was like 2 dudes poking at it, so figured I'd give them a hand.

After 11 years, Sam dropped. The insta-sell of Sam would cover the Jade Runestones + Memories of Aurene needed, and listing it would cover the 75g needed too. I think it was a sign to make the dagger skin :D

Lost almost 10 kg and passed over a month of full sobriety!

It's a small victory but my physical and mental health did a 360 ever since i started the new meal plan..

I also changed a lot of things in my closet and had to say goodbye to dresses and skirts...but oh boi do i look good in pants!!

I just feel so much better with myself, let's see what the next month will bring me 💜💚💜
