Isn't it ironic that Alm fights in the resistance group but the characters that guide him within that same resistance, Lukas and Clive (people who are not in the know about Alm's true identity) are both "go with the flow" types? Like Lukas accepting to fight in the army and his brother reaping the benefits regardless of what happens to him. Or how Clive "believes in structure" etc. Heck Tobin and Gray have that convo at the end of Act 1 where they accepted Alm reaching heights they could never dream to reach themselves.
