Akamaru is always with you two though, but who doesn’t love Akamaru?!

DO NOT LET THIS MAN LIE TO YOU. He gets jealous.

Like petty kinda jealous. He’s a petty mf.

So you are not alone if you get jealous.

He’s also physically clingy behind closed doors, but ONLY behind closed doors.

He asks that you not hang off him like a koala in front of everybody, but he’ll perhaps hold your hand.

He’s clingy in a less physical way. He needs you to stay close to him most of the time, just be there. So if you like quality time, this the guy for you.

Back to jealously, this is the only reason I could ever foresee him being even a little toxic. He trusts you fully, but give a little bit too much attention to somebody and he’ll convince himself he’s like not your first choice and you forgot him like everybody else did.

So he’s more jealous than you, without a doubt in my mind.

Honestly, he takes time and effort to convince to settle down and get out of his own head.

Neji Hyuga

Not a PDA person. I think he might be willing to like hold hands. Accept a kiss on the cheek or something. But really, he wouldn’t be all TOO found of being literally clinged to.

However, he does like to have you around. So if you are just the clingy type in regards to being around them all the time, he’s okay with that.

He wants to be around you too.

He’s not the jealous type himself, and he probably won’t really notice that you’re jealous.

I don’t think he’d appreciate somebody other than you being all over him though, so you don’t have to worry much. He’ll tell a person straight up, no sugarcoating, to get away from him.

If you complain about somebody’s actions later, he’ll realize you were jealous. He’ll probably ask why if he told them off anyways. After a conversation, he’ll probably just reassure you that he will continue to tell people off.

If for some reason, he doesn’t get a chance or remember to introduce you in some flamboyant, glamorous, extra way, and somebody tries to make a pass at him, he won’t notice they’re flirting unless it’s OBVIOUS.

He probably follows you around a lot because he thinks he’s supposed to. And also, he finds that he likes to be around you.

He might do something a book told him to, get too close to another person, paying no mind to any like reason it could be wrong. He didn’t mean it that way.

And since we’ve established you’re the jealous type, you’d have to explain to Sai that he can’t just get too close to other people like that.

Gaara of the Sand

He doesn’t mind the clinging, but he doesn’t have the time for it :/

When you can cling to him or follow him around without interfering with his focus and work, he’s perfectly okay with it.

And he’ll find himself wishing that when he’s busy, he wasn’t so you could be with him.

A lot of the girls in the village have a crush on him now that he’s kazekage, so you’re bound to be pretty jealous.

But Gaara doesn’t let these girls near him. He’s polite with them, but he’s not entertaining anything at ALL.

How would the chars privately feel about each type? Who is getting amused, exasperated, protective, attracted?

val: obviously vibes so well with chaotic impulsive MC. partners in crime, taught Io everything they know. however, Val is also constantly worried about this type of Io and has a pervasive guilt about teaching them to live so dangerously. // finds a sweet, naive Io very adorable, almost in an admiring way. Io's clearly had something bad happen to them and could have easily become reclusive and bitter. val definitely pushes this type of Io to be more adventurous and a little stupid sometimes

ira: slightly overwhelmed by gremlin Io but in an exciting way, like riding a rollercoaster. worries about them and is determined to drill a little sense into them. but also.... Ira may or may not be twirling their hair watching this disaster unfold // a gentler Io is a refreshing change of pace. it's nice to have someone around who's as calm and peaceful as Ira is. though if this Io is also fairly naive, I can see Ira gently taking them by the face and begging them to have some sense. u can be cute and smart, too

connie: I think we know what Connie thinks of gremlin Io lmfao... that's just Val 2.0 and Connie either wants them exiled or in their bed (and is pissed about it). They're endlessly frustrating and Connie wishes they would just calm tf down // in a similar/opposite way, thinks a sweet and naive Io is an absolute enigma. why the hell do they tolerate Val. how did they get here. what the fuck is their deal and what are they hiding; there's no way they're real

klaus: u know that Marina meme where she's like 😳😏 chaos gremlin Io is entertaining AND edible. wind it up and watch it go. on a less destructive level, klaus also appreciates someone who can be careless and free, even if it's in an arguably stupid way // klaus would see a little lost lamb Io as a bit of a blank canvas. He doesn't encounter a lot of people in his day-to-day life who don't have some kind of agenda, so it's like an interesting experiment to have this Io around. temptingly corruptible, though he'd lean more towards wanting to keep them that way

kat: does not understand Chaotic Beyblade Io even a little bit, but fuck are they fun. she can get down with the intensity and impulsiveness, though their ability to simply not think anything through is fascinating and almost impressive. I can see her getting exasperated, though, if Io gets in the way of things she needs to do // thoroughly enjoys sweet innocent Io. She's already friends with Ira, so she's sort of just adding another to her little cherub collection. finds them enchanting, deliciously different, and honestly relaxing to be around.

soooo our family moved back from america when i was in ~5th grade. i was like what… 10 because i started school early (i started developing fast oopsie‼️), himiko n kurt were 14/15 idk man i can’t do math their birthday is after mine 😭 but we were all still young. halo was 6/7ish

so around the time we moved back to japan and himiko real REALLY didn’t wanna go back to japan. she had friends in the us who she felt like accepted her n whatnot, she has a girlfriend she had to break up with because of the move, etc. there was lot going on in her head — it wa as big change to move back to japan so our mom could thrive in her business.

so, himiko came up with a plan — to drug her family, run away and fly back to america to continue living her life.

now, obviously, she didn’t complete the whole thing because she felt bad. she would be without her twin and two younger siblings.

she drugged all of us at a family celebration dinner. i don’t know the details for this i didn’t think it through/didn’t get told what she used. it started with an a though, idk LMDAO 😭😭

anya ways she drugged us at this family dinner then decided, as a way to show her love, she was going to take some of all our blood and cut a heart out on a various part of all our bodies.

my mom got a heart on her outer right thigh, my dads was on his right shoulder blade, kuro’s on his left arm, mine on my left eye and kiara’s on her left hand.

i don’t quite know why she did this but obviously, right for her parents, left for her siblings. idk if it means anything to her but yeah!

anyways hospitalized stitched, blah blah medical recoveries whatever.

now with this next part i’ll be kind of brief. some of kurt’s school friends found out abt the incident and they were like “hey we got set that could help u” but he decided to bring me since i was his next closest sibling — whatever.

they were older or something so they had like drugs (😧😧😧😦😦) ( i can’t take this seriously it’s insane) anyways we went to a lot of parties like every friday n saturday night but on saturdays we wouldn’t get as high bc we have church on sundays (we watch the american one online 💀)

1 - In this AU, it pretty much ended the same way it does in canon (since the manga is now in a different arc now), but there are some slight changes I gave such as have Takako and Yuji meet, therefore she joins the others against Sukuna and Kenjaku. I loved her character too much so I decided to put The Pink Sky and Cherry Blossoms in the AU. I'm glad I did because I enjoy writing her.

It's the same case with Yuki. Here, she doesn't die. She survives. Hana and Takaba are still here, too. The Kyoto students are also in this AU.

Kenjaku is actually still alive, but immobile.

Hiromi, I do want to write him in somehow. I haven't decided to either have him die or have him survive just as Yuki and Satoru, I forgot to mention him, have done. Probably the latter.

Now, yes, some of the characters that are dead in canon are dead, but it doesn't mean they probably won't make an appearance.

Cases being Suguru and Kaori, both who are dead in canon, but they did have speaking roles in the fics (His Mercy and His Mother, respectively). Kaori, I needed to write a fic for her desperately.

The only one who are explicitly dead in this AU but stil alive in canon is Sukuna. Uraume, I'm actually living that ambiguous for the timing being.

I'll be honest, when I first wrote His Role, it was just on whim as with most of my fics. Even the fics that follow. I don't exactly plan on who will show up or a scene, but I have an idea and as I write, I create that vision as to how I think it would fit in. I just go with the flow!

2 - I actually don't have a Playlist! I just listened to whatever songs that I wanted, but four songs I do remember listening to on repeat during His Role and His Mercy was Fujii Kaze's Matsuri and Shinunoga E-Wa and Kvi Baba's Tired But Fine and Tombi (which is Trigun Stampede's opening song). During the writing for TPSaCB, I repeated Megan Thee Stallion's Cobra. I love that song and it actually helped me captivate Takako's emotions during that fic.

3 - Actually no! His Role was written during a time I really wasn't feeling like myself at all. I had an idea and I went to putting words together. Writing that fic helped me feel better. And truth be told, I wasn't expecting the reception I got for it. Though, it does make me happy.

4 - I have no idea how many fics will be added into this AU. To be honest, when during the writing the first fic, I didn't plan to add a sequel but I decided why not? The timing was perfect since Yuji's birthday was coming up and I wanted a fic out for it.

🌪 TORNADO - what is the biggest change you've ever made to them? how have they changed from their original version?

AHGHJS oh jesus christ he got changed a lot design wise. he was always something along the lines of an ultimate prankster but originally he was way more business oriented, he still had red hair and a gap in his teeth but with a goofy looking suit lmfaooo. biggest change from that first interpretation of him to now was just how intentionally cold he was-- this updated version of him is still intelligent and cunning but his actions are so clearly driven by the horrors of the killing game and his attempted escape from it. the older version of him was always Like That GHFDSKJG

🔧 WRENCH - are they good at fixing relationships? or do they tend to avoid doing so?

surprisingly he's kind of alright in settings that aren't post/pre-game! he's pretty persistent in trying to cheer people up so even if he doesn't really get all that serious he'll still make an effort to bug you even if you dont exactly want to see him right now ghfsdjkg. but if youre looking for a serious discussion with him youre kind of out of luck unless you catch him in a super specific mood and time lol. he's probably had like. two serious conversations post-game about his actions and he hardly acknowledges they ever happened

🔫 PISTOL - do they trust people easily? how easily will they turn their back to someone? have they been backstabbed before? will they betray someone if given an ultimatum?

hmmmm this one is odd in regards to him short answer yes he does trust easily??? long answer it depends on what setting. like he trusts pretty openly but he is very flimsy with that trust and kinda throws other peoples trust around just as easily lmfao. he isn't extremely gullible but he'll believe you if you tell him something in earnest there just isnt much guarantee he wont turn around and use that information for a prank or something hgfkjsdghk ESPECIALLY pre-game/during the game. post-game he chills out he's a cool guy. definitely doesn't trust as openly and is a bit more reserved about who he hangs out with but he himself is way more trustworthy as a person

🔪 KNIFE - how do they react to injury / misfortune befalling their loved ones (significant other, family, friends)? do they put themselves at blame?

AGAIN DEPENDSSSS pre-game he'll try to cheer them up but will feel awfulllll about it especially if it happens during one of his videos, where he'll def blame himself but will cope by shoving all that into a tiny box where it will eventually catch on fire and explode. catch him during the beginning stages of the game and he's just wayy too far in his delusions that he'll straight up think you're fucking with him gfhdsjgkf. he'll be so convinced it's all some elaborate ruse that he legit starts dragging other people down with him. later on in the game he just crumbles entirely. just feels that guilt so immensely, and there is no going back to fixing anything

hello! i think i remember you saying you have a degree in english (if i hallucinated this, please feel free to disregard this ask). this is probably a very silly question, but do you find what you learned from your degree to be helpful when writing fics? or is it mostly not applicable to what you write? anyway, i hope you're doing well! i really like your mr robot works! :)

yeah i do have an english degree!! wow i cant believe u remember that lol. to be honest im lazy as hell and really slacked off throughout my degree... like i read maybe half of the stuff i was assigned lmfao 💀 despite this i managed to get really good grades, graduate with honours, get into a top grad school etc. i was always wayyyy more interested in theory than in literature itself. honestly i think a lot of the "greatest books of all time" people usually mention are either straight up trash or at least overrated as hell. i didnt really learn much from them writing-wise.

the big thing that got me into writing was roleplaying, actually. i used to be in the homestuck fandom (lol) and i was on either msparp or cherubplay every fucking day from ages 13-16. i was addicted to roleplaying lol, i probably wrote like 3-5k words everyday back then. i started writing fanfic but not publishing it around that time as well, and then wrote my first berserk fics around 16-17, which is how i got started on ao3.

in middle school/most of high school, me and my best friend were NOTORIOUSLY the most lazy people in our grade. like she literally pretended to have a learning disability throughout all of elementary school because she didnt want to do any work lol. anyways, in high school, i would literally arrive at school, sleep through my first class, skip the rest of my classes until lunch by either hiding in the library reading fanfic/manga or (if it was warm enough) SLEEPING OUTSIDE ON THE FIELD LMFAOOO, go to lunch, go to my english class in the afternoon (only class i liked), and then spend the rest of the afternoon at starbucks on my laptop roleplaying. i think i had like 90 absences in my first semester of grade 9 lol. i really didnt take school seriously because i knew i could just study for 30 mins before a test and get an A, so my grades were always high anyway-- and then i let my friend (the aforementioned extremely lazy one) copy off me so she didnt flunk out of school.

anyway, in grade 10 the teachers started to get sick of my shit. by this point i was pretty brazen about how much i didnt give a shit about school-- i would bring a blanket to school to nap with, showed up to class drunk, sold cigarettes to people in the parking lot, all sorts of shit. one day i was sleeping in the library and i woke up to the principal standing over me telling me he needed to see me in his office. they basically gave me an ultimatum: either i got my shit together and started putting in effort, or they'd have to start giving me suspensions until i was eventually expelled. i really considered dropping out of highschool at this point. instead, i did all my remaining classes needed to graduate through this online course site-- i did about 2 years of school in 2 months lol. i applied to university on a whim and got in. i was 16 when i started university.

in uni, my schedule changed drastically, and i had less time to roleplay. this is when i started writing fanfics. im not sure if i have a "style" or anything really (maybe you could tell me if i do), but any skill i have with writing comes from those years of roleplaying + lots of fanfic reading. id say the only thing (writing-wise) i really learned from my degree is how to proofread for grammatical errors and what i DONT like/find to be lazy writing.

okay so i have a BFA in communication design and illustration. the school i went to was really tiny but had a great program when i was there—feel free to dm me & i can tell u all ab it—but my advisor was the person that made the design department extremely competitive in our area & he’s recently left the school (and is rightfully suing them over it lmfao there’s some crazy tea) so i wouldn’t recommend that specific university anymore for that reason and about a million others. but there are lot of universities that i considered before narrowing to that one that could be interesting to you too, dm me & i’ll give u a list!!

howeverrr, the big thing that made me choose my school was that their design program was more focused on teaching us to be art directors rather than designers/production artists. i didn’t realize what a difference this made until i was applying for internships as an upperclassman and found out that i was beating out applicants from other schools because those students could create great prototypes, but their ideas for their designs were weak. in my experience in my jobs and working with clients on my own, half of good design is having great ideas, so if the art director path sounds more interesting to you, i would say you should consider programs that require less production/design execution type classes (multiple levels of printmaking and typesetting, a million digital design courses, etc.) and more marketing/branding classes (some names of some of these kinds of courses at my school were integrated marketing design, elements of design, graphic design I & II, & advanced graphic design).

the ability to form strong ideas is an invaluable skill in the design world, and one that will allow you to go for art director and creative director positions rather than staying an entry-level graphic designer. those kinds of positions also come with big pay raises once you get there✨but it’s also perfectly fine to want to be the person that does all the actual design work and executes ideas from your creative directors, so if you want to just be a designer, definitely go after schools that give you allllll the production skill courses. my current job is a great mix of creative leading and design execution, so both of those things are super useful to me now

you can find out a lot about a school’s design program from their required course lists for their design degrees (which should be on their website somewhere) and talking with their design dean/advisor, so i would also encourage you to set up a campus tour/meeting with the dean or even just reach out via phone or email if you think a certain school might be a good fit, or if you have questions about what their courses are like

all schools are different in what they require for admission, too. my school didn’t require a portfolio to be admitted, but our entire first year of art and design courses were created to weed out the kids that weren’t serious about design, or just weren’t good enough to be there. we also had a portfolio evaluation at the end of our first year, and if our advisor didn’t pass us, we were required to drop the program and change majors (i kid u not, i started my first year with about 40 other design majors and graduated with four of them). make sure you’re looking at what the schools you’re interested in want to see portfolio-wise before you apply (if they want to see anything—some don’t and that’s great!!)

also if you’re anything like me, i went into design because i grew up loving art (drawing specifically), but didn’t think i could figure out how to make a career out of it. because i had all the fine art skills and zero design skills, graphic design did not come easily to me and there were multiple times in my first year that i debated switching majors (to english—editing/publishing was my backup plan!). so if you do pursue it and find yourself struggling to switch to a design mindset from a more artistic one, don’t be discouraged!! that is super normal, and it was commonplace with me and all the kids in my program. if you work at it, the design mindset will come to you, and any artistic skills you might have will translate into your work as a designer, so you’re not abandoning that original creative part of you. i did a lot of photorealistic graphite portraits before college, things that required a lot of tedious detail and perfection, and that translated into my design career in that i love grids and sorting information into perfect pretty layouts (i’m really a print layout designer at heart).

it is also super super super easy to learn about graphic design online!!! i use youtube tutorials for animation on a weekly basis in my current job. if you have access to adobe creative cloud (photoshop, indesign, illustrator, after effects, etc.) you can get on youtube and find a tutorial for literally anything you could ever want to make. this is a greattttt way to build your familiarity with the programs and make some cool stuff, maybe even things that you can throw in your portfolio

hrrrgh. mrrmph. ohhh this is such a can of worms bestie!!! i am answering this one last for like, context, bc omfg!! like. thru the spectrum of their relationship it absolutely changes bc early on Miles 100% refuses to spend the night with Phoenix bc he Cannot let Nick see him break down. and its like. ok yea the nightmares about him killing his father stopped, but HES SO FUCKED UP!!!! it is not a stretch of the imagination to say that new nightmares took their place.

nightmares about Nick dying (trying to run across a burning bridge or Manfred or Gant pulling strings to get revenge even from behind bars, etc). nightmares about Maya dying bc he wasn't good enough as a prosecutor (couldn't drag out the Engarde trial long enough, or she starved to death, or he was TOO GOOD and Engarde was declared guilty early). nightmares about him returning from "choosing death" to the Worst Case Scenario. nightmares about Gregory denouncing him, bc maybe he didn't pull the trigger but he decimated Gregory's memory and everything he stood for (even if it was all bc of Manfred's manipulation).

and like he told Phoenix the nightmares stopped. so that has to be the truth, full stop. he can't admit to the half-truth. so it turns into this festering little pit that winds up with Miles shaking in Phoenix's arms while Phoenix patiently unlocks the Psychelocks hiding Miles' secret. and yea it's a weight off his chest but Miles still half expects the worst because he's not Over It, he's not Perfect, and this is one of those times where it still comes as a shock that Nick doesn't expect or demand perfect. I think Miles gets surprisingly clingy when he's upset, and Nick, koala of a man that he is, is more than willing to accommodate.

I think neither of them would be particularly inclined to discuss whatever was in a nightmare that upset them, least of all immediately after (and Miles would absolutely be the one who'd ask Phoenix about it the next morning— Phoenix would lean towards letting Miles come to him when he's ready vs outright asking), and sometimes Miles needs to get up and Move for a bit, whether that's pacing or making tea or reading for a little bit. Phoenix can generally just crash again once he's satisfied himself that Miles is Safe, but Miles needs to redirect his brain most of the time.

it's definitely a pleasant surprise when Phoenix joins him the first time. just kinda sleep-mumbles something about the bed being cold without Miles anyways and watches Miles work off his anxious energy by pacing, or joins him for a cup of tea, or joins Miles on the couch n rests his legs on Miles' lap while he reads bc he knows Miles likes the pressure.

(sidenote but i do think Franziska and Phoenix get to be pretty close? definitely a lot of affectionate jabbing bc they ARE dating each other's little siblings. where I'm going with this is that sometimes, after a Bad Maya-centric nightmare, Nick will text Franziska a quick "Maya's good?" and she'll usually just text back "Y" because it's 2 am and she wants to go back to sleep, and Nick's ancient phone can't display emojis— but she never calls him a fool for it. he appreciates it a lot. she denies anything if he ever tries to thank her in person)

they r curled up on the couch together parallel playing. Miles is watching Steel Samurai with a glass of wine while Phoenix plays Pokemon on Trucy's old DS bc she got him hooked, and he's got his head on Miles' shoulder and sometimes he'll look up when he feels Miles' arm get tighter around him bc he knows it must be a really important scene— or Miles will look down when he hears Phoenix start mashing buttons bc it must be a really intense battle, etc. just basking in the comfort of shared space, unwinding together without any pressure or judgement

I would LIKE to believe they would take care of each other but in reality they would BOTH try to work through the pain until they're too sick to work. it's a constant battle of "I'm fine I can work!" "you are absolutely Not Fine" "but YOU would go to work if you were sick like me!" "maybe, but would you LET me?" and the cycle continues until somebody caves. the roles are absolutely interchangeable.

they do eventually get to the place where they are willing to take better care of themselves and accept the other person looking out for them in turn but for a while. disaster 20-something workaholics in pursuit of TRUTH.

16) Can they stay up all night just talking?

Of Course They Can. they try not to bc Lawyers Who Have To Do Lawyer Things The Next Day(tm) but there are definitely nights where they just lay in bed talking abt anything and everything bc it's just too nice. and they don't want to lose any time together by falling asleep. especially early on with that added weight of having almost lost each other ("Prosecutor Miles Edgeworth chooses death" versus "EDGEY CHARTER A FUCKING JET BC NICK MIGHT DIE!!!!" which ily larry ilysm but that is not. oh that couldve been handled so much better. and yea granted Miles didnt grieve for a year but he's also still working thru SO MUCH can u imagine how devastating that phonecall mustve been. flying as fast as u can because if you don't make it in time you might never see the man who quite literally saved your life again? they are both so fucked up, peace and love)

I think similarly to Nick, Maya leans more towards the physical comfort side of the spectrum— but she's also much more willing to talk. Franziska will usually put the lamp on and hold Maya while they work through the dream logically. Breaking down what parts are grounded in reality and what parts are complete nonsense, reminders that Maya is loved, that the people she cares about are safe, etc until she's ready to fall back asleep.

Franziska is very much a fight-response person though, so she generally needs to ground herself before she's open to any physical touch. I think she used to squeeze her arm hard enough to bruise, and then Maya offered "you can squeeze my hand!" but Franziska refuses because if she squeezed hard enough to seriously hurt Maya and didn't realize bc she was so out of it she could never forgive herself (or if Maya tried to touch her and she accidentally lashed out). Maya stumbles across a solution when she's dragging Nick to a collectibles shop and finds one of those stupid little stress toys where the eyes pop out when you squeeze it of the Evil Magistrate??? shes so excited. she brings it home and proudly displays it to Franziska like LOOK. squeeze this to ground yourself! and Franziska can't help but start snickering the first time she tries it because it is So Dumb. this rubber toy of a children's show character with googly eyes that pop out every time she squeezes it. is staring back at her while she tries not to break down. and Maya kinda ??? as she wakes up, and Franziska answers with "I can't believe how foolish I'm being. squeezing a toy."

perhaps surprisingly, Franziska is much better abt this than Miles is bc she can't maintain her perfect record if she can't focus due to being ill, so she's fully willing to take a day or two off and rest to make sure it doesn't get worse. Maya will happily join her— Maya sits under freezing waterfalls regularly so I think she's got the immune system of the gods. she RARELY gets sick and whenever she does it passes quickly, so after a couple times Franziska gives up on arguing that she could get Maya sick bc no, no she won't.

MAYA can. Franziska is not a night owl at all. she tries her best on nights when she doesn't have to go into work but she is much more of a morning person. hello, any writers out there, please spare me a crumb of your time bc i have this idea and i would give all my limbs to see it turned into something understandable

so its an emerald duo meet/origin fic, right?? both phil and techno are children, living their lives in their own words like normal. one day phil sees someone go through a nether portal for the first time and being this chaotic adventure lovin 9 year old he just kinda goes through it,havin no clue whats on the other side.

when he gets into the nether hes like super curious and goes flying around wantin to see everything there is to see. sadly, unknown to this fool of a child, that everything involves a lot of very deadly creatures. so hes flying around havin the time of his life when he gets fuckin sniped down by a ghast. he gets hit wherever you find the angstiest and starts panicking thinking that hes gonna die here, with his parents havin no clue what happened to him. in the middle of that he sees a semi outline of a house in the distance and starts speeding towards it with whatever energy he has left, and just kinda...collapses on its door.

so on the other side we have baby techno, sitting alone in his house waiting for his parents to get back from a hoglin hunt when theres this huge bang at his door. techno opens the door expecting his parents or even a piglin from the nearby bastion only to have this weird, bleedin, half dead creature with too little fur drop face first onto his floor. he decides to help it for one reason or another and some time later hes got this kid wrapped in leather bandages and full of healing pots on his makeshift bed, trying to figure out what the hell hes supposed to do next.

for whatever reason, tehnos parents are just okay with him having a random kid in their house, and sooner or later phil wakes up. technos plan was to ask this kid what the hell was he doing bleeding out on his floor and where he came from, when he found the next big issue: he had no clue what this kid was sayin. he was mumbling gibberish, techno was sure that half of it wasnt even words, he couldn't recognize a single snort or huff in anything that came out of the kids mouth. they eventually end up somehow communicating through the most backwards and complicated ways possible, and phil returns home.

now, phils parents are absolutely livid. what was he thinking, just running into the nether like that? so they forbid him from going back until he knows what hes doing. the problem? phil cant shake the need to say thank you to the weird pig like creature that saved his life. so, after making a plan he sneaks off into the nether in the middle of the night, looking for the house he ran into. he finds techno (either at his house or wandering the nether) and stumbles his way through a thank you. he ends up staying longer with him, just kinda vibing despite having no clue how to communicate. when he leaves he promises himself it was just a one time thing, to show his gratitude to the pig like creature.

it isnt.

phil sneaks into the nether every now and then, always finding new excuses as so why hes going. after a while he becomes determined to become friends with the pig like boy, even if it takes him learning the boys language or teaching the boy english.

I think Levi is the type of partner who starts up a new hobby with a partner as a way of bonding with them. Like, the two of you just get super into candle-making together lmao. I think he’d want to spend most of his free time with his partner, even if it’s just in comfortable silence. He really appreciates feeling safe with his person and relishes in the mundane.

I’ll say it before and I’ll say it again. Levi doesn’t really have a physical type. He really pays attention to people’s character first. He would really admire how his partner is constantly trying to be their best self, and admires their strength, and he thinks it’s beautiful that they can see the good in life, because it helps him see the good in life too. He would absolutely love the most random parts of your body, though. Maybe it’s your cheekbones, maybe it’s the shape of your hands. Something that he thinks is so unique to you.

C omfort - How would they help their s/o when they feel down/have a panic attack etc.?

Levi is not a man of many words a lot of the time, but he is a man of action. If his partner is feeling down in any way, he’s there physically to help you through it. Over time, he makes little mental notes of what seems to help and what doesn’t, so that he can continue doing the things that help you and stop doing the things that don’t. If you prefer just being held for a while, no talking, he catches on quickly and offers himself up. If you need to talk, he listens and makes sure you know you’re the only thing in the world he’s paying attention to at that moment. He’ll know how you’ve calmed yourself down in the past, before he was in the picture, and takes up that ritual himself. Did you make yourself some mac and cheese to cheer yourself up in the past? He knows the recipe now, too. Very action-based man.

Levi, especially canon Levi, has trouble envisioning any sort of long-term future for himself. He’s just living his life one day at a time and pushing through. However, with a partner in his life, he indulges himself with little visions of the future. Things like marriage, children, are blurry wishes to him tbh, not out of the question but things that he won’t allow himself to indulge in. They’re kind of a given if you’re serious, and that’s enough to satisfy him. But near-future things are things he often thinks about. He wants to live with his partner, wants to think about how they’ll spend their next anniversary, he often thinks about what you both will be doing together for the holidays. Those futures comfort him immensely.

E qual - Are they the dominant one in the relationship, or rather passive?

I think it is actually rather equal with Levi. He has so much baggage of his own, that a partner willing to share the load would make him feel really safe. But, I think he’d subconsciously be more of the dominant figure. He dedicates himself to his loved ones, and would do anything for them, and his partner would feel that tenfold.

Levi definitely is an, “I’m too old for this shit” type of guy when it comes to fights with his partner lmfao. He’s not about the dramatics of fighting. I don’t think he’d really ever yell at his partner or vice versa. The fights would have a snarky energy - I can see him snapping at his partner sometimes, or making an infamous sarcastic remark when he’s irritated - but Levi would honestly rather just discuss the problem bluntly and get it out of the way. But my god, the man wouldn’t back down until it was all cleared up.

SO GRATEFUL. I think Levi would be so thankful to have his partner in his life. He knows he’s a tough nut to crack, so having someone finally get through to him is scary but wonderful. He sees everything you do for him and I think he’d honestly be so emotional about even the littlest things, because he’s so used to taking care of everyone else. It’s almost uncomfortable for him to know that someone is unconditionally loving him, but he’s grateful he has that love. Never takes it for granted.

Per the above, Levi is a tough nut to crack, and I think it would take a really, really long time to fully open him up. Like, a really long time. Honestly, he may not ever completely open up about his past because it can be so dark, but that doesn’t mean that he would actively keep secrets from you. If anything, his partner would know him the best out of everyone. While he may keep some stuff about his past in the dark, everything else is no secret. He’ll tell you about his day, about what’s going on with his friends, all that good stuff.

I think Levi with a partner would be a little softer, and a little more optimistic. I also think a big thing that Levi would change would be his ability to compromise (because I think it’s hard for him to compromise). He’d definitely be a lot happier and kinder to himself with a partner around. And, in private, he’d allow himself to be more vulnerable and actually show his emotions. Levi is a pretty level-headed person as well, and I think he would pass that trait on to his partner.

Levi is not a jealous person, but he’s very protective of his partner!! This is the hill I die on!!! He is always looking out for you, so if someone does hit on you, he watches to see how you react. If it’s funny to you, it’s funny to him, but if it’s creepy to you, then he’s already cracking his knuckles.

I don’t want to roast this lovely man but I don’t think he’d be a great kisser at first LMAO. He’s so not used to being loved. Levi is touch-starved, confirmed on Tanny’s blog. I think the first kiss is okay at best, definitely awkward, and Levi definitely doesn’t really know what to do. He’s a quick learner, though. He’s a good kisser in no time, after learning how you like to be kissed, and after finally getting him to believe it’s okay to be affectionate.

I picture it as word vomit (Levi’s version of word vomit tho, which is like, a couple of sentences). He’d confess his feelings for you once he just can’t physically keep the words in anymore. He’d definitely fight against it for a while but then the word vomit happens. I think, specifically, his first “I love you” would be quite intimate and very quiet, just a whisper in your ear when he finally realizes it. Realizing he loves you would be much easier for him than realizing he has feelings for you, so he wouldn’t even hesitate with saying it first, the sweet boi.

I don’t think Levi had ever considered marriage before meeting you. But after meeting you, that would likely change if you wanted to get married. He’d want to spend his life with his partner, and whether that means marriage or not, it doesn’t quite matter to him. Just the promise of being together is good enough for him. If the two of you do decide to get married, it’s no frills. Tbh, there’s no elaborate proposal from Levi, but he makes sure that he formally asks you and that it’s special to the two of you. Maybe he’d ask you at the place you first met/kissed/etc. The marriage itself would be just as lovely and peaceful as the relationship with him beforehand. Not much changes, except both you and Levi acknowledge there’s an added commitment as spouses. I think both of you would really cherish your new titles as spouses.

Levi doesn’t strike me as the type to give their S/O nicknames like babe, baby, etc. but I’m sure he’d have a specific nickname that only he uses for you. Other than that, just calling his partner by their name is enough.

Levi’s quite the stoic man, so while he presents that way to the rest of the world, his loved ones can actually see the difference between an “in love” Levi vs. a “not in love” Levi. It’s not that it’s a huge difference, he’s just softer somehow, and there’s more peace within his eyes, and he even smiles more. Levi’s not a huge fan of PDA, so he’s not prone to showing a lot of affection in front of others. In private, it’s a different story. Once he gets comfortable with affection, he’s more receptive and more giving. In front of others, he’s more comfortable holding hands or putting his hand on your back. He may not be a fan of PDA, but his eyes are on you frequently, and anyone who catches him looking at you can see how much he loves his partner.

Like I said above, not a fan of PDA. Doesn’t mean Levi’s secretive about his relationship at all. He’s proud to have his partner and proud to talk about his partner when the topic comes up. He’d be quite shy/uncomfortable kissing in front of others. Maybe not a fan of kisses on the lips, but he’d be more okay with forehead kisses, cheek kisses, etc.

Levi is so protective over his partner don’t @ me, and it just also means he’s naturally more attentive. He’d notice if your mood changes, he’d notice if something was “off” with you, he’d definitely remember you mentioning wanting something in passing and then gift it for your birthday/Christmas/a random Tuesday like MONTHS later. Memory of an elephant and more tuned into emotions than people give him credit for.

Again, not overtly romantic. Levi is a straightforward person, very practical, and very simple. But he’d give his partner the moon if he could. He believes in making things special, though, so I think he would actually put some thought/creativity in romantic actions rather than going for something cliché.

Oh absolutely. Levi is so supportive of his S/O and is happy to help with achieving any goal. He truly believes you can do whatever you put your mind to. You could lean on Levi for help with anything. He’s not one to make fun of your dreams. He’d just give his best advice and help you get a move on.

Levi definitely prefers routine. He’s a simple man with simple pleasures, and his whole life has been quite unpredictable, so he really loves the simple things in your relationship. Of course, he’d enjoy trying new things with his partner, but he legitimately can’t get enough of what other might see as “mundane” parts of a relationship, because he thought he’d never get to experience that.

Levi’s S/O is so goddamn lucky tbh. He would never, ever take his partner for granted. The best part is that Levi doesn’t lose himself in a relationship, however. He values his partner and prioritizes them, but you’d never catch yourself in a codependent relationship with this man.
