Well, first of all they're Apes, not monkeys lol. Anthropomorphic, tbh. I really do suggest watching the movies for more of the back story on them ( Outside of the thirst of them, the stories are very well done and the CGI / Motion capture for them are revolutionary!!! )

Essentially for a recap though, there is a drug that a human develops to cure Alzheimers and the Chimps they were testing on and exposed to the injection gain advances in intelligence and other aspects.

The offspring of the Chimp that is exposed to it first is the main of the first trilogy ( Caesar ) and he leads the Apes to freedom while the next wave of the drug begins to kill humans in an event called the Simian Flu. Some Humans are immune, with this they are able to survive in smaller colonies/camps.

We just started the ball ( haha pun lol ) rolling on the second trilogy ( Starting with kingdom ) and the main here is Noa and will follow his story for two more movies.

And there is intentions for there to be another trilogy after this current one wraps up that they want to use to bridge the gap between the Original old movies and the new ones ( There is a lot of time between them, haha. ) They really want one big continuous timeline!

Secondly, it's a large franchise that started way back in the 1960's. I write only for the rebooted series from 2011-present day. ( Rise, Dawn, War and Kingdom. )

Let's take a look at the Harkness Test for wanting to fuck them:

Let's get to the nitty gritty here.

Attraction is in the eye of the beholder, but I mean? There's implications of sexual Human/Ape relationships that date all the way back to the original movies. ( Literally there was a test for a hum-ape hybrid lol. )

There's a kiss in the original between a human male and female ape.

The rebooted ( And failed ) attempt by Tim Burton showcases a Female Evolved Ape being infatuated with Mark Wahlberg's character and they share a very tender moment and kiss.

There's a lot more I'm missing but you probably get the point here.

well, i was going to wait to formally announce something when i got the time but i’m a bit irritated that the first thing i see when i log in is this ask

^ to answer your question anon, idk why you’re following if that’s what you feel 💀 respectfully, unfollow and never interact with me again. and this goes for everyone else who has left nasty asks in my inbox demanding me to update. my priority is law school and family, not to update fanfics that i don’t get paid for. this is something i do on the side for fun, it is not a job nor does it help me secure my future. spend less time demanding free work from people and spend more time working on your own future. it quite literally should never get to the point where you’re demanding strangers on the internet to provide you with fanfiction and insulting them when they have other things going on—seek help. that is weird.

stranger things: I have mixed feelings about reviewing it given what certain staff has said and done. I oscilate between wanting to review the final season or wanting to boycott it (especially as someone who has been part of the BDS movement for 1/2 her life). But, on one hand, It's not the fault of the underpaid (and talented) writers and staff who don't have these views. And I do believe some of the writing staff may have good intentions and want to give us a positive and powerful message to the audience about healing from childhood tr*uma. However, other members of the writing staff may just want to go down the stereotypical and popular-easy route. We'll just have to wait and see what happens in the last season. If I hear the ending isn't simply another re-hashing of prior seasons and it's more like s1-2 (without the cliches of s3-4). I'd be more inclined to review it by *cough* and watching it elsewhere. Once I was logged back on to tumblr: I did have a whole draft saved about my politics since I was a kid and why I still feel so strongly about such conflicts, today . But, I shouldn't make the topic about me- and I'm not sure anyone wants to hear my life story XD. So, the big point (to my followers) is regardless of whether I chose to watch it or boycot it-

Analyzing ST certainly helped me improve in terms of media literacy (and it'll be beneficial for the future content I make). So even if it sometimes got messy here, I do appreciate all the positives the ST blog and followers brought to me.The kind words meant a lot. Good evening, lovely people on my dash. This is going to be a harder post to make and it has been on my mind for a long time to write it down, but I will be making changes to my blog in the upcoming days.

I have been in this fandom for a long time now and seen it go through many phases, but the current one is very hard to navigate. People have become insanely cliquey and even though I totally understand that you just click with some people and have fun interacting, the fandom no longer feels approachable and inclusive. As much as I know that prioritizing your mains and friends is natural and fully understand it, there is a difference between that and ONLY interacting with them and just downright ignoring everyone outside your inner circle. It is also really mean to use friendly and approachable roleplayers as stepping stones into the fandom and as soon as cooler people come around, you toss the people aside who welcomed you.

That being said, I don't mean anyone specifically, it's more an overall vibe I have noticed in the fandom lately. Nonetheless, the changes I will be making from here on out: if we are mutuals, but you ignore every effort I make to interact ( e.g. starter calls, memes, all threads are dropped ), I will consider that as disinterest in remaining mutuals and unfollow. I want to curate a dash consistent of people who want to write with me and no longer chase people who clearly only desire to write with their same three friends ( which is fine as well, you do you, but that is not my way of interacting. I don't follow people to collect them, but to interact ).

If you have noticed that our interactions have fizzled out lately, but you would LIKE to remain mutuals, feel free to reach out and we'll discuss this. hi, friends! long time no see 🖤 so, I'm posting this to (finally) give you guys some updates on the blog... it has been about 4? months since I last posted, and I didn't really think I would be coming back and continue on with the blog - due to personal matters, to put it simply. however, after some consideration, and because I do still work as a tarot reader irl, I decided that we could do with just changing things a little bit, so that I can keep on posting my content for those who are (still) interested in what I have to offer.

for my own personal reasons, again, I am now moving away from kpop-centered readings/posts/content - which is, obviously, the biggest change we're making, since that was the whole concept of the blog. I will still be taking some requests on kpop-related topics, like such: x, x, x. but that's about it. with this, and before I go any further, I just wanna say: it's totally fine if you decide to unfollow me based on this decision! I already expected it and respect that, 100%. that's just common sense. so please feel free to do as you wish - and whether or not you stay with us from now on, thank you for all the kindness and support you've left here so far 🤍 and as for what will be focusing on in the future… it should be pretty much anything that is pop culture related (celebrities, rumours, events, films, music, etc.) + some personal stuff for you guys (PACs, games, astro and tarot info, exchange readings, etc.).

I'm making these changes because this is really the only way I am capable of continuining on this platform. I have built good relationships here, I am glad to be providing all of you with some knowledge and entertainment, and sharing my interests and work with others does bring me a lot of joy.

I owe you a lot. and I am truly grateful not only because of all the love I've received (which, as it seems, isn't a very common thing over here, unfortunately…), but also because it did help me a lot with gaining more confidence and discipline when it comes to my job as a tarot reader.
