Silly Riptide Headcanons That Rot My Brain It Has Grown Fungi

(Spoilers for 100 and above episodes so like uhh h)

Whenever Queen sings a song or plays her oboe, the crew either whistles along, nod along, dance along, sing along or taps their foot along. (Sometimes some of the crew will clap whenever Queen would finish playing)

Queen, Alphonze and Gryffon are besties and you can rip this from my cold dead hands. (when Alphonze got turned into the ship, Gryffon and Queen would talk to him and keep him up to date with current events)

Whenever Gill sees either Jay or Chip, or perhaps both, passed out in random places of the ship in awkward positions, he would pick them up and gently lay them down, casting Guidance to have a good night sleep (like in ep 41 when he did it for Chip).

Jay loves hugs (this is canon), so Gill randomly hugs her once he learned this.

Queen loves Chip's hugs because Chip is a great hugger.

Gill would sometimes say random facts about the Undersea, and everybody who is around him will immediately have their full attention towards him, because they're curious about it

Before Ollie left, Gill would teach him a few hand to hand combat tips.

In the same vein about Gill talking about the Undersea, when some of the crew couldn't sleep, especially the captains, they would ask him to talk about it, and about the Leviathans. It's soothing to hear Gillion talk calmly about the things he loves.

Pretzel helps Jay with her inventions because Pretzel is smart as hell.

Jay gives out random affirmations to the crew because she knows they deserve it

Gill is way gentler than he gives himself credit. Jay and Chip know just how gentle he can be because they see him play with Pretzel.

Jay and Chip sometimes talk about crushes, mostly women, much to Gill's asexual dismay.

Jay sometimes helps Earl cook. (Jay and Ollie are the only two people Earl trusts in the kitchen)

Drey will randomy tap his forehead against Jay's shoulder, since he can't really hug her or touch her with his hands. Jay appreciates it and does it in turn.

Whenever they come across Nothern Lights, Chip and Gill lay on the deck and talk about anything.

Gryffon sometimes (No one will ever believe you) hugs Queen and Jay. And especially Ollie (he has a big soft spot for the young boy)

Gill helps Jay with her Abyssal.

Gill is weirdly good with kids, simply because for one he is a triton and they're not common, and two, he loves answering questions about himself and the Undersea.

If any of the captains wakes up because of a nightmare, the other two would move their beds (or barrel) next to their so they know they're there. (Especially Gillion and Chip, the two that suffered from Kuba Kenta's curse. (Especially Gill. He suffered the worst of it, and would at times wake up with sword already in his hand and tears threating to spill from his eyes.)) If need be, they would all sleep in the bed, to feel less alone.

In episode one Rebecca asks Wilson "Does he care about you?" about House. To which he replies "I think so." She asks why the uncertainty and he says that everybody lies. Rebecca then says "It's not what people say. It's what they do." And only then does Wilson say "Yeah. He cares about me."

In episode one the patient asks "Does he care about you?" The rest of the show affirms Wilson's answer of yes.
