Oh, where to begin with Herman...

He tries to play it off cool when he feels threatened by somebody else, so he won't say anything the first few times someone gets close to you. Because he's so insecure and worries that he's not enough for you on his own, he'll regularly give you presents with no regard to whether it's at someone else's expense. If Amanda or Julie is gifted a new wardrobe item, he'll try to take it from them ("Please? I have to do something for her, it's not your color anyway.") and give it to you. If it's a survivor, he'll make their life absolutely miserable, keeping them on the brink of their sanity at all times even outside of trials. If it's a killer, then, well... he'll have some fun subjecting them to his old methods of behavior counseling.

Given his line of expertise, Herman will want to experiment with new things to keep you interested, especially when new killers join the realm who he worries will intrigue you more than he does. He won't bother to ask you first, though. So, if you're not interested in it, he'll be a little disheartened, but he's okay so long as you still want to be intimate.

Frank Morrison (Legion):

- Frank doesn’t care much about anything, but your voice made him care. It reminded him of summers on the road and nights hanging out in abandoned buildings listening to old tunes and watching his friends dance. It reminds him of the distant voices he’d hear through the walls of old motels and libraries. It’s fantastic and addictive to him.

Herman Carter (Doctor):

- Herman is a stressed, albeit deranged, man. He needs a break every now and then. He’ll sit and listen from a distance, because he doesn’t really want to start anything. He knows if he gets too attached, he’ll lose his will to experiment on you during matches. Although, he’ll make sure not to destroy you so that he can what that soothing voice still.

Michael Myers (Shape):

- Michael just feels pain listening to you. A good pain. You remind him of his mother, who used to read to him and sing to him the same way. It hurts so bad, but he can’t pull himself away. He wants to get close, but he doesn’t want to scare you off, so he just lies down in the fallen leaves and bushes and listens. Please give him a personal reading. Please!

Adiris | The Plague

Vommy Mommy is surprised to put it gently. She’s literally a walking plague, her skin is rotting, and she routinely kills you and your friends- yet you love her? Sure, you two had (surprisingly) grown close outside of trials over time, but the sudden confession of your feelings catches her off guard greatly. She isn’t sure how she should feel.

She won’t have an immediate response to your sudden confession and would excuse herself so she could think. You couldn’t exactly see it because of the discoloration of her skin, but a light blush colored her face as she strode off in another direction.

Adiris never really had much opportunity in her life for things like love and romance considering there really wasn’t any time for it with her duties as a Priestess and her life before. Because of that, she really needs to take time to come to terms with your feelings and search deep within herself to see if love is something she can even feel anymore.

She’s a bit reluctant to enter any sort of relationship that’s beyond a friendship with you given the roles you both have, but eventually she’ll warm up to the idea of it and inform you that your feelings were returned.

Herman Carter | The Doctor

Herman caught onto your feelings for him well before you even thought about confessing to him. He’s ridiculously good at reading people and he could catch subtle cues in your behaviors and body language suggesting that you had more than platonic feelings for him, so when you confess your feelings for him he’s not surprised at all.

He thought it was cute, albeit a little amusing, how timid you were when opening up to him about your feelings. You really had no reason to be so shy about your feelings for him because lo and behold, he actually feels the same way.

It’s been a hot while since Herman really felt anything close to human emotions such as love and affection, but he welcomes the returning feelings. He had them in the back of his mind for awhile, not dwelling on them too much, but your confession brought them to the surface and he finds an odd enjoyment in them, and you now.
