FULL BODY HOME WORKOUT | There are four moves, repeat each move 4 times for 40 seconds on and 20 off with 60 seconds between each exercise. If you’re really game - you’ll repeat the whole thing twice. Choose heavy dumbbells that you can lift with good form. As a heavily generalised observation that I witness in gyms; Men choose weights they can’t lift properly and women choose weights they can lift too easily. The result is either injury (in the case of men) and/or no adaptation or results (in women). This is #fullbodycircuit routine I did today. Took about 1 hour or so. Tried mixing up some exercises I haven't done in a while. Music by @lastlogicmusic. Go check them out. Buy their album from bandcamp. Routine consists of Set A & Set B. Start with 15 mins of skip rope, warm up. 3 mins on & 30 secs off. Set A: Landmine Squats, 7 reps on each side. Landmine Shuffle, 10 reps on each side. Repeat Set A, 3 times with a weight you're comfortable with. I used 15 kg today. Set B: Barbell Squat Push Press, 10 reps Forward Lunges, 10 reps Jump Squat + MMA Fall, 10 reps This routine takes some practice.
