🦸Triade della donna atleta🤦🏻‍♀️ Ne hai mai sentito parlare? ▫️ È una condizione conosciuta nel mondo sportivo femminile e comporta gravi conseguenze sulla salute della donna: meglio conoscerla per evitarla! ▫️ Da che cosa è CARATTERIZZATA? ♀️Alimentazione disordinata (Disturbi del comportamento alimentare) ♀️Alterazioni mestruali (Amenorrea Secondaria) ♀️Demineralizzazione ossea (osteoporosi anche in giovane età 🤦🏻‍♀️) ▫️ Ciò porta a: 🌷 Riduzione della performance sportiva (quindi l'esatto opposto di ciò che si vuole ottenere) 🌷Ridotta disponibilità energetica (quindi effetti negativi a livello muscolo-scheletrico 🌷 Fratture ossee da stress (a causa della ridotta mineralizzazione ossea) 🌷 Danni muscolo-scheletrici e vascolari a causa dell'ipoestrigenismo (ovvero la forte riduzione degli estrogeni che è una delle cause di osteoporosi). ▫️ Gli estrogeni esercitano numerosi effetti positivi su diversi organi tra cui l'apparato cardiovascolare (cuore, arterie...).
