How did I REALIGN this week?: 

Took a 60 minute breathwork journey with Jake Whan’s community. Super refreshing and ordered a kangen machine. Also went to the beach to ground. I’ve been weeding the garden and watching the plants get ready to sprout some veg/fruit.

What did I EAT/exercise?

Pickleball, field hockey, workouts, functional movement, gardening 

I had steak stir fry, lots of hot dogs/deli meat hahah + lots of salads
