“What?” You deadpanned, your face staring blankly into Enzo’s eyes.

“I said-”

“I heard what you said you bloody arsehole.” You grumbled at his cheeky response.

Enzo took you in when you were 5, you were an orphan on the street with no family and he knew how that felt so he chose to raise you in England until you were 21 then gave you the choice to turn and travel with him or to stay and have a human life. You chose to turn, because you didn’t want to leave the man who raised you to an eternity alone. He wasn’t just like a big brother…he was your big brother. Blood bound or not.

“All I’m saying is it’s obvious that you clearly like him.” Enzo supplied switching his gaze to his girlfriend who was currently sipping her coffee watching you and your brother bicker back and forth. Bonnie had become one of your closet friends and she knew pretty much everything about you, even a few things that Enzo didn’t. Such as your hidden lifestyle. Bonnie was open enough that you trusted her with your deepest secrets and desires.

“Stop talking.” Enzo groaned as if you were causing him physical pain, chuckling along with Bonnie at the sour face he was pulling.

“He’s a psychopath so I personally don’t see the bloody appeal.” Enzo muttered after regaining his composure.

“He’s not like that anymore and you know it. Even Bonnie has forgiven him big brother.” You replied, rolling your Y/E/C eyes at his childish attitude.

“Yes but he doesn’t deserve someone as pure an-” Before he could finish his sentence Bonnie snorted making you blush because you knew exactly what she was thinking. You shot her a death glare picking up your coffee and taking a sip to avoid having to speak.

“What’s so funny?” Enzo asked obviously very confused by Bonnie’s reaction.

“You don’t wanna know babe.” Bonnie supplied making Enzo nod his eyes wide, like he was scared to know the truth. You knew if your big brother found out about your secret life he would never look at you the same.

After everyone finished their coffee, the couple dropped you off home and went out for their usual Friday Date night. Enzo was old fashioned and loved spoiling Bonnie. You thought it was so sweet how much he loved her. As you walked up to the house and saw Tyler’s car in the driveway you let out a pained sigh. You were currently living in the Salvatore boarding house along with Stefan, Caroline, Damon and Kai. You and Tyler weren’t on the best of terms after he bit you when you first came to town. Thankfully Niklaus handed over his blood easily since he liked Caroline and you were also good friends with Elijah who you met a few years after you turned. You stopped as soon as you saw Tyler, Stefan and Kai in the living room. Looking over at all of them, each holding a glass of bourbon. You rolled your eyes and hung up your coat and scarf up.

“Hey Y/N how was your coffee date with Bonnie?” Stefan asked sweetly making me smile. Stefan was always so sweet and kind to you, his gentleness is probably what made Caroline fall for him so easily.

“It’s was good but Enzo tagged along so girl conversation was kept to a minimum.” You pouted over at him before walking over to the kitchen and making myself a cup of tea. You really were British you thought to yourself. You strolled back into the front room, taking a seat in between Tyler and Kai, bringing your feet up and tucking them under you, sipping your tea as you soon settled down.

“Jesus why do you look like you’ve grown wolf claws?” Tyler snorted sarcastically, you looked down at my fresh acrylic nails that you had done the day before. They were stiletto shaped so you nodded noticing his comparison.

“You watch way too much teen wolf Tyler.” You teased mercilessly making him blush faintly.

“I d-do not!” He stuttered making you and Stefan laugh.

“Not that I blame you I mean…Derek Hale is a bloody sex god.” You groaned, faking a shiver for emphasis. Stefan snorted and took a sip of his drink before glancing at Tyler who was sulking in the corner of the couch.

“Anyway what are you boys doing tonight?” You enquired curiously as you sipped your tea.

“Well we’re going out to the bar to have a few round of pool and some drinks.” Tyler informed, nodding in response you kneeled up on the couch and reached over Kai to get your book you were reading in the living room the night before. You smiled sweetly at Kai before a voice interrupted.

“Jesus do you have to wave that thing at me. I may dislike you but I’m still a guy.” Tyler groaned rubbing a hand over his face. You looked over your shoulder to see him trying not to look at your ass, you were still hovering over Kai’s lap when you rolled your eyes at him. You sat back down ignoring Tyler’s previous statement.

“Caroline won’t be back tonight she’s staying with the kids because Alaric has a conference in New York. I’ll be joining her tomorrow since Alaric is gonna be gone a few days.” Stefan smiled softly adding that he’d leave you the key to the cellar. You nodded before making your way upstairs with you cup and book in hand. You reached the top of the stairs and almost tripping over a pair of combat boots.

“GOD DAMN IT MALACHAI!” You screamed before hearing all of them burst out laughing.

“Oops.” Kai chuckled softly before you made your way to your bedroom slamming the door angrily. You and Kai share this side of the house, his room is directly across from yours and he’s always leaving his shit everywhere. Stefan and Caroline have the attic area and Damon has the other side of the house.

After the boys left you checked they were completely gone and decided to have some you time. You searched through your wardrobe and grabbed the locked chest that was in the back of the giant wooden closet. Grabbing a pink crop top that had Princess written on it, your high waist Calvin Klein undies and some white and pastel pink stripy thigh high socks. You grinned deciding to also grab your stuffed white teddy and spare laptop that you used in secret. Making your way to the bed after changing into the outfit, you laid down on your stomach turning on the laptop and opening tumblr.

You picked up a lollypop and went to grab a chocolate bar but heard the sudden sound of a pair of keys hitting the floor. Jumping to a stiff position you spun round quickly hiding the candy behind your back. It was a literal version of a kids hands being caught in the god damn cookie jar. Kai stood there with wide eyes looking you up and down, you blushed looking at your feet trying to avoid his gaze.

“Hi…” You covered my mouth as soon as you realised you still had your little space head on. Your voice slightly more high pitched and full of innocence, blushing even brighter as you looked up seeing Kai’s eyes widen further if that was even possible.

“Hey Kai did you grab that th-” You heard Tyler making his way to the kitchen, your eyes widened in fear as his foot step got closer.

“Don’t come in here.” Kai interrupted him quickly, his eyes never leaving mine.

Tyler sighed and slammed the front door on his way out. You were about to sneak up stairs and lock your door so you could text Bonnie and tell her possibly one of the most embarrassing stories of your life but when you tried Kai raised one brow at you like he was daring you to move from that spot. Enzo had his fist back ready to throw a punch at Kai who was pinned to the coffee table.

He soon came back with a glass of orange juice and a blood bag. He sat down passing you the glass before stroking your hair as you drank the juice, you shot him a smile as you finished the juice. He nodded smiling as if to say an unspoken ‘Good Girl’ after that you cuddled and sat with everyone talking around you.

TVD opinion:

Clearly, with Kai they wasted so much potential.

Because even if you put aside Bonkai.... let's say Bonkai never happens. Yeah, breaks my heart, but let's say it doesn't happen, not really.

You remember Kai bringing up at least three times his parents calling him an abomination ? That's something that sticked to him. So much that he feels the need to bring it up constantly.

And then there's his little speech about "they say the most important thing is to like yourself. And I like me."

I mean, that's a way to state 'they all hated me, making me hate myself. But then I decided, screw them all ! I like me.' And then all the 'I'm gonna make them regret hating me in the first place. Now they're gonna hate me for something. I'm going to give them a REASON to hate me.'

And just for all of the emotional trauma, it needed more exploration.

I'm not trying to give Kai excuses about murdering his siblings. However, we've often seen main characters doing awful things and then getting an explanation about why they did those, and then pouf ! everybody was like "oh okay I forgive you'.

I'm not saying Kai should be forgiven. If we can get at least one character who takes accountability for his own actions. I gladly welcome it. But at least, explore all that happens in the Gemini Coven. He wanted to kill his siblings BECAUSE of the adults....

And the cut scene OMG !

They cut out a scene that was so GREAT....

It showed Kai being emotionally vulnerable, enraged. He wants to kill them all for what happened. Misunderstood, mistreated and then his sociopathic side snapped !

"I'd like to live, frankly. Because I didn't get to do a lot of that before everybody decided that I wasn't worth it." 😭

Long before he became a 'monster', he was already considered one. That shapes a person....

I'm not forgiving his actions. He could have decided to be better than them, not kill anyone and just abandon the coven and go on his own.

But I see where he's coming from, and I would have liked to get some of the characters interacting with him to consider that....

no one asked but here's what I would do if I could rewrite the Parkers arc on TVD:

starting out Kai would leave after taking Jo's magic. I don't even care where he goes or if his final line in season six is "have a good life, sissy" but my boy would disappear and go run free for a while and leave mystic falls behind. So no second stent in a prison world or being a blood-bag for a bunch of heretics (like y'all wonder why he came back to the wedding swinging).

Listen, do I still want him to become a heretic ??

Yes, 100%.

But we'd need to figure out how to avoid killing Jo and Liv in the process, so we'd be relying on some silly TVD loophole. As coven leader his ass should be able to sever the ties binding them.

(or maybe jo gets given vampire blood at the hospital pre wedding and when he stabs her she wakes up too but as a vampire i don't KNOW and i don't care but we keep the three of them alive end of discussion. the Red Wedding is so deliciously evil of him part of me wants to keep it but maybe we focus on making it about killing their awful dad/the abusive family and leave the siblings out of it).

so yes, Jo would somehow make it through the wedding unscathed, leaving Caroline out of the horrible gemini baby incubator plot line.

Liv and Tyler get back together post wedding gate, and in season 7 they're hopefully enjoying college and making plans for the future. She's still broken up about Luke, obviously, but she's finding ways to heal. He's helping her, she's helping him, they're healthy and adorable and 100% on track for marriage.

In season 7 we'd see Jo and Ric adjusting to pregnancy/parenthood, with the mystic falls gang rallying around them to help.

We'd get an occasional check in on Kai: i want him off being ridiculous on islands and in europe and just vibing being a menace wherever he'd like; maybe the MFG call him for magical advice since he's wicked smart where the witch histories are involved or maybe hes still hung up on bonnie and calling every few months to see if she misses him yet (she'll never admit she does).

In Season 8, the saltzman girls start to get their powers. The gang hasn't heard from Kai in a while, maybe we haven't even seen him in town since he left in season 6. But he shows up unannounced one afternoon on Jo and Ric's porch (they've upped to a family house) asking if he's missed dinner. It's a holiday: my boys got an awful sweater on, a baked good in one hand and a sack of presents for the girls in the other. I'd also like a santa hat with a little bell if it's christmas.

The loophole about Jo saying she'd kill him if he ever came back is that now she's a mom, and the girls are confirmed witches (which makes them official members of the coven) so if he dies they die, and he doesn't think Jo will kill her own kids.

Obviously he's right, so a super weird and uncomfortable "family" dinner ensues. The girls have no idea who he is at first, but they're thrilled to meet a new Uncle. They have questions about their mom growing up, and questions about Kai now and where he lives, and Josie, especially, has questions about what's wrong with them.

Lizzy is nervous around new people, but Josie isn't even the tiniest bit afraid of him. She peppers him with question after question, hardly letting him catch his breath:

If he's a siphon like her, how come he has magic of his own now? Can she ever have that, too? Does letting her magic drain out ever stop hurting? Will she ever be as good a witch as Lizzy? Why were they born like this?

And Kai can't help but fall for her. No one answered his questions when he was a kid, so he takes his time telling her the truth now. He still doesn't know why the spirits did this to them and not their sisters - but there's nothing stopping Josie from being as powerful as she wants to be.

(Except him, of course, but she doesn't need to know that.)

At dinner, Jo and Ric sit at either end of the table, and Kai sits in the middle across from the girls. Lizzy's warmed up to him now and keeps asking him for special tricks. They haven't seen a real witch except for Aunt Bonnie, and having one so close for the evening - let alone someone they're actually related to, is a novelty they can't pass up.

Suddenly Kai flicks his wrist, and the girls freeze in their seats. "They're cuter than I thought they'd be," he admits.

"What did you do to them?" Ric growls, starting to stand. But Kai keeps him in his seat with another wave of his hand, smiling at both of them.

"We need to have a little chat," he tells them, "grown ups only."

"So send them to their rooms," Jo snaps, "we don't use magic on our children-,"

"Oh nice," Kai nods, "good on you for breaking the family traditions. But this will only take a moment, sissy, and they won't remember a thing. Pinky promise."

"Fine," Jo says, "what is it?"

"Simple question," Kai sighs. "I know which one of them is my favorite, but how about you two?"

Jo and Ric can only stare at him.

"You probably like Lizzy best, right?" Kai asks, rolling his eyes at Jo. "But what about you, Ric? Does Josie being a little freak bother you? Or does it not really matter, since you've never been a witch anyway?"

"Kai-," Jo tries to stop him, but he brushes her off.

"Don't pretend you don't have a secret favorite," he says. "You and I both know every parent does. Now tell me which one it is, and I'll unfreeze them."

"Why would I ever do that?" Jo asks. "I don't HAVE a favorite, I love them both."

"Well," Kai hums. "I suppose I could kill them both, if it's what you want. But between us it only really needs to be one of them. I thought you'd at least want to pick which one you got to keep."

He flicks his wrist, and the girls go back to peppering him with questions. Jo and Ric exchange panicked, horrified glances.

"Why are you two looking at me like that?" Kai asks, making sparks dance on his fingers for the girls. "I'm being nice, or did you miss the part where I said you could keep one of them?"

Later, after Ric and Jo have had a heated debate on what they should or shouldn't do, Jo takes the girls into the living room where Kai's waiting.

"Oof, bit harsh, sissy," he says, standing, "making one of them watch?"

Jo doesn't say anything, she just stops before him, the girls standing between them.

"Who's it going to be?" He asks, cracking his knuckles.

"I don't know," Jo says, "because I can't decide, and I'm not going to."

Kai tips his head back, groaning. "Come on, that wasn't the deal-,"

"I didn't agree to any deal," she reminds him, keeping a tight grip on each of her daughters. "I love them both, Kai, equally. If you want me to pick Lizzy because she's the easier option, I'm not going to do it. Josie is just as much a witch as any of us, and I'm not going to give up on her just because we might have hard days. I'm their mother, I can't make this choice."

Kai glares at her, knowing where she's headed.

"So if this is really what you want to do, then you look at your nieces right now," she orders, "and pick."

Kai rolls his eyes. This is her big plan?

Fine, easy.

He drops down to his knees before the girls, looking at each of them. Josie shuffles a bit closer, tugging the edge of his sleeve.

"Uncle Kai," she whispers, "did we do something wrong?"

Kai's expression falters. "No," he says, "you - you haven't done anything."

"Then why are you and mommy fighting?" Lizzy asks, tilting her head.

"Because your mom is being difficult," Kai pinches the bridge of his nose, "can you two just be quiet for a minute?"

"Sorry, Uncle Kai," Josie shrinks in on herself, drawing her little hand away from his arm.

He stares at them, and they stare right back at him. It should be easy - but it isn't. Josie has his eyes, his hair, his curse. And Lizzy can't shut up to save her life, she's twitching now with the need to ask him something else.

"You're both so - small," he says, one hand on each of their cheeks. "You're kids," his eyes flick up to where Jo still stands above them, "they're just kids."

"I know," Jo agrees, "so were we."

and just like that, we've got an immortal coven leader and no need to ever do a merge again

“Who names a kid Malachai? It’s like they wanted me to be evil.”

Shower thought: Was Kai’s name always supposed to be Malachai? That is to say, did Joshua and Mrs Parker decide to name their firstborn Malachi before or after they realized he was a siphon?

The first Parker twins were named Malachi and Josette. Now Luke and Liv are technically Lucas and Olivia, but I don’t think it’s a coincidence that everyone calls them by the alliterative nicknames: Luke and Liv.

However there’s a brother Joey which could be short for Joshua, Joseph, Jonathan… won't it have made more sense for the first twins to be Joey and Josette?

I wonder if Kai’s name was supposed to be Joey, to go with Josette. But when Papa and Mama Parker discovered Twin One was a siphon - which as we know can be detected in utero - they gave him a different name because a siphon didn’t “deserve” Joey.

What is your thoughts on the Gemini and bennett arc ?

Hi! Thank you for the ask!

I wish the connection between the Bennetts and Geminis were more explored. We know Sheila helped the Gemini coven create the 1994 prison world, she mentored Jo as well, and we know both Bennett and Gemini covens both opposed the Travelers, but these things are never elaborated on. As i’ve stated in other rants, the Bennetts are quite literally connected to every main storyline. Yet, instead of developing these connections, they are discarded and never mentioned again once the writers are done using the Bennetts as plot devices to further other character’s stories.

The Parkers are given more lore and backstory than the Bennetts, yet are still under developed and aren’t relatively entertaining outside of Kai and his motivations. It would have been great if the writers furthered the Bennett-Parker lore through Bonnie and Kai. Instead we are given a vampire surrogate storyline that still baffles me.

I sighed, slamming my book shut while I was reading. I needed to free my mind a little bit. I knew I had a lot more to study but I needed to check it someone texted me. I go to my nightstand to see if my phone was fully charged, not expecting a text from Kai.

We both hated each other before, but we got closer in the prison world while still hating each other, and without realizing, he grew on me.

I finally found the restaurant that we couldn't find. Dress up, we're going to go eat because im starving.

Him and I were just best friends, nothing more. I knew him and the mystic galls gang, for quite a long time now. Everyone hated seeing me with him, but sometimes I couldn't careless. I had to admit that ive been in love with him for a few months now. Hes attractive, hot, and sometimes caring. He lived three blocks away from me, meaning I had to go get dressed up.

I go ahead and dress up as I sit in the living room, waiting for Kai.

I heard the knock on the door before opening it for him, smiling as he just gave me an awful stare.

"I meant my text, I'm starving which means this restaurant better be good and taste like how i remember it" He talks about the restaurant that we used to go just a few months ago.

"Alright, what does that have to do with me? I'm not the CEO of this restaurant." I yell defensively as he rolls his eyes.

"Come on, let's go." He says and ignores on what I just said. I grab my purse and head out as we walk to there.

Kai and I were sitting in the all known restaurant that had a bar right next door. I only came here for the famous crispy fries and their delicious smooth vanilla ice cream, making me drool each time I think about it. Which I would've not went if we didn't go to this place.

It was a pretty talked thing in town, a very affordable and a tasty restaurant that looked fancy. Kai was talking about how the ribeye was so good and that he would like to try it again but he would go if I would go and thats why he texted me. I skipped my studies to go with him, him and I getting seated.

"Can't we just order everything and burst right out the moment we finish eating? I'm starving that I would even eat something raw. But now that I smell fries I want fries. Actually I see that they serve meat. I don't like meat. " I inhale deeply at the scent of the fries.

"Hearing you rambling makes me wanna die." He tells me as I roll my eyes. You are one to talk. I thought.

Then I look up to see Kai staring at me with amusement and the all known tiny smirk. "My rambling makes you want to die? I should do it more often."

I blush when I thought about the fact that he put a spell on me to read my mine. I look at the menu once again to avoid looking at kai, disgust taking over.

Burger with a side of Crispy fries,

Calamari Steak,

Saffron Rice,

Cuban Style Roast Pork,

Mushroom and Onion with Rosemary.

...

The menu continues on as the waitress comes up to us, "My name is Rose, I will be your waitress. What can I get you started with?" She throws in the most fakest smile.

I look at the menu and I snort. "Mushroom and Onion with Roseeeemary. Get it? Cause your name is in Rosemary." I laugh at my own joke as I see Kai stiffen his laugh as I look up at the waitress who looked annoyed as she waited. I stop smiling when I look at her stare.

My nose scrunch when I shake my head, "Just joking I do not want that, ew, gross. And I definitely don't want the entire menu. Just theeeeeeeee..." I look at the menu once again.

"Burger with a side of Crispy fries. And Vanilla Custard. Also let's not forget the famous ice cream. Make sure it's vanilla cause the rest of the flavors are overrated or just suck. I'm suing you if you mix it up." I tell the waitress as I look over to Kai who was biting his lip seductively as he looks at me. His eyes were practically taking my clothes off, I felt like I was being burned by his gaze.

It was basically the first time he ever did this.

I blush and look away, more interested at the wooden floor instead. I could feel his gaze still on me.

"And what about your boyfriend?" She questions as she was writing on her notes, glancing at him.

I laugh awkwardly before shaking my head, about to respond before he's the one to speak.

"I'm not her boyfriend. And I would love a ribeye and the same exact desserts like hers." He looks at me, his eyes hungry as his eyes trails down to my lip. He says to her as his eyes never left my face.

I shift uncomfortably in the seat as I feel a wave of heat surge in between my thighs. I bite my lip as the waitress nods, telling us it will be ready within twenty minutes.

"I see what you did there with the Rosemary joke." I roll my eyes once again at him.

I began using the salt that sat on the table, placing it on my index finger. I began to make it fly for entertainment since we had to wait for food. I smile to myself before a voice cuts my thoughts off.

"Genuine question, has someone ever made you feel good?" If I was drinking something, I would've choked. But instead, I just stare with wide eyes at the floor as my eyebrows lifted. He has never asked me such thing. The salt falls on the table while I shakingly sigh heavily.

He bites his lip, as I see him shift from side to side as if something was irritating him.

"What is with this question? You never asked me about something like this."

He laughs as he shuts his eyes for a brief moment and then looks back at me. "Oh no, just curious. I want to know if my girl has been getting the pleasure she deserves." He says seductively.

I forgot what breathing was, a surge of a weird feeling hitting my underneath stomach. My girl? Since when was I his girl?

I open my mouth slightly at the name, trying to find the words but I just couldn't.

"Hmm? Are you going to answer me or not? If you won't just say you're nervous because of me." He hums, tilting his head to the side. His fingers slowly traveled to my hand that was resting on the table, drawing circles around.

"It's not any of your buisness." He raises his hands up in surrender with a grin.

"Alright, alright. I just could've been a way of help to changing that." He winks at me while I look away, looking at the people who was ordering across of me.

"Welcome to our restaurant! Today we will be playing a game, it is optional and you do not have to do it. We do different games every other Friday so today's game is..." A waitress says as Kai rolls his eyes.

"Tic tac toe? Sorry but I'm not very interested in a child's game. I'd rather kill the entire people sitting here right now." I laugh at his comment and lean on the table as I wait for what she's about to say.

"7 minutes in heaven. Get up and write your names down and pass it in this tiny little box over there if you do want to get in the game. If you are an odd one out and don't have a partner, then better luck next time!" We hear people going quiet as I blush, looking down.

I can feel Kai's gaze on me with a smirk on his face. "I don't mind if I do." He gets up and goes towards where the waitress was.

I get up aswell, I mean it was only a one time thing. Besides, there were so many people. I can't just randomly be paired up with Kai.

Right..

Right?

I go write my name down and go back to where I was sitting, Kai looking at me at each move I make.

We wait for our names to be revealed with our pairs, my legs crossed as I wait patiently.

"Y/N and..." She says cheerfully as the bottom of my stomach gives me butterflies.

"Kai, Kai parker." The moment his name left her mouth I felt like I was being choked, my eyes widening as I look over to Kai who was staring at my lips.

He gets up and holds his hands out with a his hooded eyes staring at me. I blush and place my hands on his larger hands, I silently gasp when I feel the cold rings against me. The comparison of how huge his hands made me go wet, sending shivers in my spine.

She points towards the door and we get inside, the darkness in the room and me being alone with kai while we play this game immediately made me feel even wetter.

The door shuts and I felt frozen up, as if I didn't know what to do. Especially that Kai was my friend, but i had to admit, I was in love with him. Him and I do everything together, he almost died for me, him and I would choose each other in a heartbeat even though we were once enemies.

"Are you going to overthink now? You just wasted a good 3 minutes." He says but I shake my head.

"This–This is wrong. This can't be. We aren't even supposed to be friends, what does this say about us?" My index finger points between him and I.

I don't know why but at this very moment, it felt like I was betraying my friends although it was choice and my life.

I can see him his eyes was filled with sadness on what I had just said, like he felt hurt.

And he did have everything and every right to think like that. I was basically suggesting as if he was a side person for me, or someone who was wrong for me. He did change, because I can sometimes see the way his eyes lights up when he sees me, or when he runs up to me when I show up at his apartment and the way he makes up his stupid jokes that always never fails to make me laugh.

"I–I didn't mean it like that. I'm sorry." For some reason, every instinct was telling me to go up and kiss him.

Do it.

I walk up to him, now the both of us are the closest we could ever be. He looks back and forth towards my right eye and my left eye, as if he was trying to figure out something.

Then I make him lower himself for me, my lips connecting his. I could feel an explosion right underneath my stomach when his hand goes up to my waist, and the other at the back of my head.

I was the first to disconnect it, and it was clear that he didn't want to cause his lips went forward the moment I left it.

I can hear him groan slightly as he stares at my body, his enlarged hands going to my hips, "It's only you and me in here. Just you and I to do whatever we want. And I want you." He purrs in my ears as I see him briefly shut his eyes and kissing my under earlobe.

My eyes widens at the action, I was surprised. "K-Kai" I gasp when he looks up at me, his baby blue eyes weren't so blue anymore. Instead, his pupils was taking over.

Although it was dark, I can slightly see him.

He gives me wet kisses on my neck and leaves his lips lingering for a quite a while which makes it even better.

"7 minutes of heaven, you heard her."

"Malachai." I accidentally say his full name while he hits my sensitive spot on my neck, gripping his hair.

He then freezes at what he said, leaning away to look at me. He bites his lip, "Say that again" His words are inaudible but I still heard him, my eyes widening at his neediness.

My hand travels to the nape of his neck as I make him get close to me, my lips almost touching his ear.

"Malachai" This time I said it in more of demanding tone, tilting my head by a bit and biting my lip.

Then we notice our 7 minutes was up.

That fast?

I can see that he was disappointed, the both of us letting go of each other. I didn't feel so warm without his coat hugging me, frowning that time went too fast.

"That worker should've gotten a kick in the ass. Who accidentally switches mint chocolate chip ice cream with vanilla? She should've known that mint is gross and no one would even get it." I tug in my shorts as I try to reach for my phone, but then I accidentally trip on on a piece of rock.

I groan as I look up to see Kai laughing at me as if he was watching a comedian show where someone makes a dirty joke, which is always unfunny.

"What are we, twelve? This isn't the puppet show, stop laughing idiot." I felt warm liquid running down my leg but Kai couldn't see since I was sat on both of my legs. He definitely smelled it though cause I see his jaw clenched.

And then he began laughing once again. I start laughing at his contagious laugh, as he turns around as if I'm about to get up and follow him. His maniac laughing fit his beautiful face that had a stubble, my lip biting at the sight. I then focus on myself.

He then begins to walk off, thinking it was a minor injury. I felt it burn in my leg and knew that it was major. "Where the hell are you going? If you want me to drive you to the kids show, you are always welcome Kai. Except I'm bleeding so you have to wait up."

"Do you want me to carry you in a bridal position? Come on it probably wasn't even that bad." He rolls his eyes. He stopped in his tracks, turning around to look at me. His eyes widens when he sees the gash on my knee, quickly running up to me. Blood was pouring out of it, and it was burning. It was bigger cut than he thought.

Veins began to show under his eyes as he stares at my blood. He clenches his jaw as he looks away. I hear him gulp as he looks at the left side of the road, not bothered to even look.

"Kai, look at me." I demand as he shakes his head, shutting his eyes. He stood up, trying to maintain calm from getting the urge to rip my head off.

I stand a little bit and lean on him, before he tries to get away from me. "I'll hurt you." My hand makes a way to his cheeks that were spiking me from his stubble, as I make eye contact with him.

His blue eyes were shimmering, the depths in them made me look so deep into his beautiful eyes, "You won't, I know you won't." He bites his lip at my courage, before he snaps out of it before he kneels infront of me as he thought of way, about to bite his wrist but I shake my head.

"I know you never want to be healed with vampire blood but it stings and I can't keep that for you–"

"It's alright Kai, maybe we can call someone to pick us up. Im a newbie witch and i can't heal myself. You siphoning from me will hurt, i mean kinda–" He shakes his head before he thought of a way.

He quickly snaps a piece from his shirt, "This is going to hurt bad, you know when you see someone get hurt and you just hold the place they're hurt at like you're going to also going to get hurt. In which you also feel the pain of the other person like in another way but I don't know how you just feel it by looking at them like you're scared that it would also happen to you so me placing a piece of cloth might sting cause I remember how they feel when Joshua used to trip me a lot and I would get injured so my leg kinda hurts even if it isn't possible–"

I chuckle, cutting him off. "Shut up idiot, you rambling makes me want to die. Just get over this." I groan as I shut my eyes, staring up at the sky as I sigh.

I could feel his breath hitting my neck and his eyes never leaving me even though I had my eyes closed.

He shakily sighs, shaking his head as he began tying it around my gashed knee, as I let out a pained groan. "What's your favorite ummm, song?" He tries to distract me as I smile at the idiot who's right infront of me.

I hit his shoulder half jokingly and half not in an insulting manner. "Ow!" His right hand makes a grab for the place that I had hit him.

"If you're trying to distract me, you suck at it. So don't go on." I smile cheekily at him as I look down at my knee as if to tell him to continue.

He began wrapping it tightly, a few seconds silently going by. "I'm sorry" He mumbles very fast as my eyes widen.

I gasp dramatically, "Oh. My. God? Malachai Parker apologizing? I should've recorded that for for Elena. Damn it! I sometimes hate the universe for being unfair." I said as I dramatically frown, actually surprised that he apologized.

I could tell that he got annoyed about my sentence because he let's out an annoyed huff, "You should take me seriously." He yelled me but I give him a look before he rolls his eyes.

I wait for him to understand why I was looking at him like this, then realization settles in his features. "Fine, I didn't take you seriously about.. About? Let me remember." He began to get into thought as I laugh, inhaling a huge amount of air.

"You didn't take me seriously when I told you I was hurt. It'll heal, but it will definitely leave a scar." I hear him inhale like it was his fault that I tripped.

"Come on it wasn't even that bad." I mock him in his tone as I began to burst into giggles when he gives me a serious look, but he bites his lip to hide his smile.

"Unfunny." He says, his lips slightly twitching into a smile.

"Then what is that smile on your face? Did it magically just appear? Weird." I smirk at him.

He ignores my comment, standing up as his arms snake around my waist and my under knees. I gasp when he actually picks me up in a bridal position.

As an instinct I grip his neck shakingly, not because I was scared that I would fall or he would trip and make a joke out of himself.

He was close to me, his eyes dark and shallow. His gaze burns right through me as my eyes widen slightly at the look he's giving me.

"Fuck it, I'm going to carry you home." His voice now deep and husky, my mouth slightly opened at the switched tone.

It was deep almost like he was trying to be seductive. It was hot, making me bite my lip as I shut my eyes.

We reach at my house, setting me down slowly. I reach for my keys before unlocking the door. I step inside, opening the door wide open to welcome Kai in.

"Come on in–"

He gets a little too close to me, my breath hitching at the closeness.

"You didn't answer my question. Has anyone ever made you feel good?" He said it in a whisper, biting his lip as he looks at mine.

"Not really, it was just okay, not wow or anything." I say unsure as I take my shoes off, walking inside the kitchen to avoid the question.

"Do you want water, juice or nothing so you could save them for me?" I question with a sigh as I open the fridge.

Suddenly the confusion settles when Kai doesn't respond. I feel a hot breathe on my neck, a pair of hands moving my hair to the side. I shiver at the contact as I let out a silent moan when I feel his lips on my neck. His teeth nibbles on my skin, my body going hot.

I shut the fridge when he grabs my waist and turns me around, pushing me aggressively against the fridge. I whimper and my hand grip his hair.

"Mmm, why don't you make those noises for me much more often? Fun fact i actually enjoy it a lot." He questions as he places wet kisses my collarbone.

I quickly place a hand over my hand to stop a moan, grabbing his neck as I hugged him into me so he could continue on kissing me.

I smile before feeling the warmth of his lips against me, him and I smiling in the kiss.
