Tomorrow I'm switching up my workout routine. I'm going to do Insanity. I have attempted it many times since we bought it about 10-12 years ago. I have never completed it, but I plan on changing that this year, this time. I've been working out & getting more comfortable with being uncomfortable. I just printed out the schedule and I'm going to place it somewhere I can see it and cross the days off daily.

Today marks 31 days keto and I am so happy that I’ve stuck with it and made it this far! I am feeling better than I have in a long time and I’m super proud of myself for not giving up. Two years ago, I signed up to be a distributor for a health + wellness company. At the time, I had officially started my journey + thought being a part of a company would keep me accountable while providing me with extra income. Or so I thought. Within the first few weeks of starting, my upline quit without any notice + I was laughed at for the products I was attempting to sell (I get it now 😏). After a year of spending money on products + being surrounded by a "team" that was more concerned about their rank than the people they were helping, I was done. I felt crappy for quitting on myself but at the same time, I had goals + those goals weren't going to be met if I stayed in the same place. So, I made some changes + joined another company as a coach. I haven't looked back since because I have found inner peace, knowledge + growth in one place.

I don't remember if I posted about my conversation with a trainer on here or not. Anyway, I took her advice and upped my calories from 1200-1400 to more. I stopped counting, tracking, obsessing, weighing and I LOST WEIGHT! I've been going up and down from 2 numbers that are like a 4lbs difference for a while now. I went under the lower of the 2 after taking this trainers advice. This was actually very scary to me to think about not tracking and even upping my calorie intake. The more I eat, the more I feel like I'm going to gain. I have been in prayer & working with the Lord to fix and heal this track of thinking.

I'm going to try to post my workouts and what I did as much as possible but I'm super forgetful and sometimes I go alone so I dont have anyone to take photos or videos. Tonight I worked on my legs so I did;

4 sets of 12: cable kickbacks

4 sets of 12: squats with bar-25 pounds each side& with heavy strength peach bands

4 sets of 12: hip thrusts with cable-22 pounds of weight

4 sets of 12: squats with 10 pound barbell

4 sets of 12: hip adductor- 100 pounds of weight

4 sets of 12: hip reductor 80 pounds of weight

Mistura todos os ingredientes no liquidificador, Bimby ou batedeira obtendo a consistência cremosa. Untar uma forma com cone (pequena) com um fio de azeite, polvilhei com côco ralado. Despeja a massa, deixa no forno a 180°c (pré-aquecido) , por 30 min, ou até que espetando uma faca ou palito, estes saiam secos.
