Personality: Quiet and reserved, typical antisocial personality. I cry easily and all that. It’s a different story when I’m online ofc, then it’s gremlin hours 😈 you know it lol

*Isaac gets up. He huffs softly to himself. Isaac is grumbling quietly to himself as he looks through his weapons. You feel a mild bit of nervousness as you hear him curse out something. The next thing you know, Isaac is carrying something and he tosses it to you. You catch it. It’s a glaive. You shift it in your hand. It has a rose on the hilt and it seems to be a bit pink.*

Isaac: Their name is Rosen. They're a bit more talkative compared to you but don't worry about crying around them, they'll look out for you. They're here to help you get through your day. They'll protect you in public and are good for distance fighting so you don't end up hurt. Don't worry about them when it comes to protecting your feelings, they're not gonna let anyone make you cry. Just be patient with them. Once you learn how to use them, it'll be like bread and butter. They're made for you.

*He seems to be right. Rosen's hilt fits comfortably in your hand and they don’t feel too light, nor too heavy to fight with.*

I always find it particularly funny when people say that Ranni is just manipulating the player and that she’s using them as a means to a much more nefarious secret end, because if you actually pay attention to the game and character then one thing becomes abundantly clear.

Ranni literally cannot lie to save her life.

No seriously, she’s a cunning mastermind but she is a fucking terrible liar. When a random tarnished comes looking for her and accuses her of the assassination of Godwyn, she just goes “yeah? And what of it?” as if she’s not admitting to being the one behind the biggest act of heresy in known history. That's not something you should just say to people, least of all a tarnished!

You get her alone with you and within seconds she’s rambling about her plan, her past, her family, her friends that she adores with all of her heart, how you’re actually a lot like them, nevermind forget that last part please-

Sorry to burst the bubble of all the nihilist theorists out there that really want age of stars to secretly be a bad ending but if Ranni was planning anything nefarious with her godhood then I’m willing to bet that she wouldn’t be able to keep quiet about it until the end of her questline.

*slides into the forge* GREETINGS! My name's Echo. I'm a very outgoing person when I have the energy but when I'm sick or feeling crummy I can be very reclusive. I'm either mad about being sick or apologizing to everyone I love for being an inconvenience. (They're mostly just wanting me to feel better). I do my best to always think of other people when it comes to my actions and I'm very blunt with my humor when I want to be. My favorite colors are purple and seafoam green along with various green teals. My soul color I think was Kindness when I was little and Perseverance as I've grown up. If I had to make a request I'd say I'm not looking for anything ranged like a bow. Get me in the thick of it. :)

*He rummages through his forge. He grumbles to himself as he does so. He tosses you a large war hammer. It has purple and some sea foam green on the hilt. You shift it in your hand.*

Isaac: This will help you protect yourself. It's a bit heavy, but its very effective. It's a close-range weapon so use it with care. It will help get into the "thick" of battle, so to speak, as it's a very effective weapon.
