Diary #1 - my manifestation woes & solutions
honestly sort of making my own thing as far as how i manifest because a lot of people online either take goddard completely off the rails or are just saying a whole lot of nothing, going on for paragraphs but not really saying much. i have changed the way i manifest and the movement is so strong and fast. my old self was not fully understanding and was not fully accepting.
before, i was persisting and affirming but i didn't have as good of a self concept as i thought i did. the reason i wasn't getting manifestations in the way i wanted was because i deep down believed that those things just weren't possible for someone like me, for multiple reasons.
i didn't believe i was the operant power in a real way. i just kept saying it to myself. i kept getting confused as to why people were saying things like that i needed to completely detach from my desire and stop thinking about it. why would i desire or even try to manifest something i don't give a fuck about? that makes no sense.
now i see a different type of detachment, such as the sun. the sun rises every day, as it has my entire life, and everyone else's entire lives, and we don't think twice about it. we just know the sun will come up tomorrow. it's just the way things are, because of the way our very universe is structured. it is the same with detachment and being the operant power. show me where in any religious text it says god or the gods affirmed 10k times that there would be light. it just isn't about robotic repetition until you see results. you have to be in the state deep down instead of worrying about 5,000 methods and "breaking the rules", because there literally are no rules when god is in you.
i let my worries and stresses get the best of me because i truly believed that, no matter how hard i tried or what i did, it just wouldn't happen. or would be instantly ripped away the second i got a taste of my manifestation in the 3D. because that's what had happened my entire life. no matter what method i followed or how long i stayed in the fulfilled state, it just led to psychosis because the manifestation would never show up, or would show up perverted and twisted into an abomination, or would get millimeters away from me and then explode into nothing. like the bunnies in mona awad's novel, bunny. every plan, place, job, goal etc i wanted to achieve just fell apart no matter what i did. i followed literal hundreds of different people's different advice over a decade and it did nothing but make my life worse.
and that was because i was too busy trusting other people about how to manifest and what manifestation even is. i didn't even like the word manifestation because it just reminded me of manifest destiny: a "god given right" to terrorize and ruin millions of innocent lives and turn the earth into a stinking pit. which is coming soon, by the way. there's not much time left. no amount of manifesting is gonna save us from going extinct. sorry. there's not enough of us who actually care to save that.
now the reason i have been getting so much movement and so much more power is because i let go of all my hangups and doubts. i had to go through severe psychosis and almost ruined my entire life because i had to transform, my old self had tried hundreds of belief systems/religions/faiths/practices and nothing was working. that's when i realized the connection between all religions and faiths, that god is within us. sounds simple, goddard says it all the time. but i only understood it on a surface logic level. not on a deep level. because nothing ever worked out for me. i couldn't put full faith into something that i had 0 guarantee would ever work out for me.
i'm just supposed to believe a bunch of random people on the internet, who 99% of the time have no proof and no testimonials, who make a living off this type of content? of course they're going to sell me anything that makes my deep pain, hurt, loss, grief etc feel better.
honestly in my opinion most manifestation advice sounds like either 1. a way to grift people out of money
2. a way to trick people using psychological manipulation into no longer pursuing any of their desires, by tricking them into HAVING to work on themselves so that way when their desires never come, they didn't even care because they worked on their shit poor self esteem enough to give up on all previous desires, and keep doing this in a cycle until they just give up on manifestation entirely because they're so content in themselves they don't care to have any goals for it, a way to trick people into giving up with extra steps.
i want to write more about how i perceive the idea of creation, which i prefer more to manifestation, and how i perceive persisting, affirming, wavering, old story, new story, all of those trendy buzzwords that every creator says something WILDLY different about.
the amount of manifestation content online is so overwhelming and confusing, especially when so many content creators sell law of attraction as law of assumption, or vice versa, or mix them together, or misquote people, or make up whatever they feel like about it and expect other people to be able to get it, when they're really just sort of using word salad with buzzwords in it for views and attention.
i kind of want to create a guide or tips or something, but the truth is just because something works for me doesn't mean that's what will work for you. you are the god, you have to find out what works for you. if you like scripting, revising, sleep tapes, subliminals, whatever it is, doesn't mean other people will or vice versa.
i guess it will mostly be just me journaling about my ideas and sharing it, and if it helps others then that's great, and if it doesn't resonate with you then you don't have to care about it. it really is that simple.

You assume it on knowing that it has already happened. There is no “how” because it is not an effort, it is a natural state. You simply know that you already have it. In the same way that you know your name without having to constantly reaffirm it, you know that you already have everything you want.
If you feel yourself questioning or doubting, go back to the feeling of already being the person who has it. Ask yourself: If I already had it all right now, how would I feel? How would I think? What would I do? And just embody that version of you.
Just affirm it, feel it and don't contradict it. And if you have to do something contrary or think something contrary, >know< in the exactly same way that it doesn't change anything. Accept that It's simple and easy.

How to Shift: Simplified
This is is what I did the time when I was closer to shifting (I'm currently in a break, since like a week after that attempt), and it's also how many people shift.

It's actually pretty simple. I'm going to explain it in steps to make it even easier to understand, although it's not supposed to be a step by step method.
LAY DOWN AND RELAX: Breath deeply, meditate, count your heartbeats... do whatever it works for you. take a few minutes, till your mind is as calm as possible.
IMAGINE: Start imagining the exact place where you'll wake up. It's not necessary to visualise, I personally don't do it. I just imagine everything in first person as I were there. If you feel like it, try adding more and more details, like the breathing of your roomies, the texture of your clothes, etc. However, this is optional.
THINK AS YOUR DR SELF: What are you doing tomorrow? What's that thing you can't forget to do? Do you have to finish your homework? Think in first person, as you were you other self. Daily basic things. Think what s normal person would think before going to sleep.
ENJOY BEING THERE IN IMAGINATION: Once you've imagined it, you're there. So, go on, enjoy it.
That's basically all. It's not a method. You don't have to do it in order. You don't have to remember the steps. Do it naturally, enjoy the process. Do what you feel like to do.
I'm going to tell you the KEY to this.
FORGET YOU'RE TRYING TO SHIFT. Focus on the 4d (imagination) to the point you don't remember you're not there, but attempting to shift there.
And remember, it's not a step by step method (it's like the fourth time i say it i know), but more of a "do what you feel" method. So do it in the order you like the most. If you rather first start thinking as your DR self, do it. If you rather mix imaginacion and thoughts, you're free to do it. The important thing, is that you feel there, and forget you are (not) there, but you are attempting to shift to that place.

ACT AS YOUR DR SELF NOW.
i don’t care what you’re doing, start thinking as them right now. don’t act like it’s a completely different person, it’s literally YOU, you’ve done that script so you know how they would act, so become them now. be as “delusional” as you can be, embody them, talk like them and think like them. what would their daily routine be like? how do they speak? do they like or dislike this? do they prefer this or that?
you’re not in this reality anymore, you’re in your dr, you are with your comfort people and doing what you love, acknowledge that you’re where you want to be and feel fulfilled. don’t look for signs, don’t seek for evidence that you’re really there, just accept it as your truth, because imagination is the only reality, the physical world will catch up soon but you have to trust yourself, trust that you already are there. because you are.

In imagination, nothing is hard or easy, everything just is. And so, learn to just be without littering it with fear, doubt, worry, urgency, impatience and what not. Ponder upon it, when you imagine, isn't everything already so? And is it not already so, now? Isn't that what you are yearning for? So why do you reject it? Because its 'not real'? Because 'it's just imagination'? Because 'It's not clothed in the 3d form yet'? Neville says you must yield to it, no questions asked and he says If you judge after appearances, you will continue to be enslaved by them. All these doubts arise when you try to feel the wish fulfilled while still thinking in terms of the 3D, still not letting it go, still not letting it be. No, you must let go of it, fully. Its like you're hugging the 4D while your pinky is linked with the 3D behind your back. You must pick one. And it must be the inner world, if you truly wish to be fulfilled for it is the only place that truly fulfills you without conditions and qualifications. Remember, what you wish for is not too far fetched, not impossible, not improbable. In fact, what you seek for is seeking you. Imagination is all giving regardless of how big or small you think your desire is, regardless of how hard and easy you think it is because In imagination, nothing is hard or easy, everything just is.

this is getting unbelievably annoying. i honestly don’t understand why people gotta complicate shit so much. maybe it’s just THAT simple that people can’t just accept that it is. not only is it simple, but also meant to be experienced differently.
any method or technique works. anything works. everything works. i think so many people have forgotten that not everyone has the same exact brain as they do. we are all extremely different. different childhoods. different beliefs. different traumas. different circumstances. different will power. different upbringings. different brain capacities. different limiting beliefs. different capabilities. different levels of sensitivity. we’re all not the same. even if we are all connected to one consciousness, we’re different on a human level.
someone who has been severely abused as a child will not be the same as someone who wasn’t. another person can also go through the same childhood and be completely different. you can’t expect someone who is depressed to be more motivated and open than someone who isn’t. i’m not saying that we should accept anything we view as negative about ourselves, but some people genuinely believe that deciding something is just that easy for everyone.
methods and techniques aren’t just used for manifestation. they’re used to help YOU manifest in a way that is suitable to you and how your brain functions. affirming isn’t bad. visualizing isn’t bad. whatever method isn’t bad. it’s all about bringing your awareness to your desire. if you keep affirming, you bring awareness to your desire. you are normalizing this desire in your mind by repetition. this is literally how so many people get brainwashed into believing anything; by repetition. some people have extreme limiting beliefs for multiple reasons and need to keep repeating shit until it becomes a more common “thought” for them than the undesirable one and is more engraved in their awareness. some people find it hard to just decide. and that’s okay. do whatever tf you feel comfortable with and suits YOUR mind. you can have it and still affirm that you do. your subconscious isn’t gonna be like woah this mf is affirming about something they already have ? well that means they don’t have it .. bfr. your subconscious mind isn’t your narcissistic toxic ex so please stop treating it as such. i affirm for things i already have. sometimes i look at my jacket in my closet and keep repeating in my mind that i have this lovely jacket and i’m happy i do. hell i can even annoy the shit out of everyone around me and sing about it in the most annoying voice ever. my boyfriend is the sweetest person i’ve ever met yet i constantly tell myself that he’s so sweet over and over in my head. it’s seriously not that deep y’all. some people have more inner dialogues than visuals or imagery in their heads and vice versa. some people can even do both at the same time. (that’s how my brain works) it really depends on you and what is natural to you.
you can visualize without emotions. why ? because some people generally don’t feel that much emotions to begin with. when you visualize, you gotta be yourself. how’d you feel if you received roses ? me personally, i’d smile a lot and feel loved. someone else might not feel that. they’d probably just appreciate it and that’s it. how would YOU feel and act when you’re visualizing and having your desire. that’s it. and honestly, it’s mostly just about knowing and living in the end more than anything. i visualized a lot of things without feeling anything. i just kept telling myself that what i’m visualizing is my actual reality and got them. you can visualize however you want.
let me make it simple for you. there is no separation and everything is instant. your 3d and 4d are the same but your 4d is within your control and is your actual reality (contrary to what you’ve been raised to believe) and it is reflected in your 3d. everything is you and you’re everything. whatever reality you choose to identify with in your 4d is your actual reality and has no choice but to be reflected in your 3d because it’s just a mirror. you’re welcome.
self concept is important, yes. do you need it ? no. will it help you a lot ? yes. and to achieve your ideal self concept— well, it depends on you. are you someone who can just decide who you want to be or would methods help you achieve this self concept ? whatever feels comfortable to you, do it. whatever will help you reach your goal do it. some people can’t just decide and that’s okay. exactly like how some people can calm themselves down in a second while others might need to take a few breaths first until they gradually are able to calm down without needing to do so.
honestly so many people are starting to not make any sense. you can and can’t do anything at the same time ? or tell you that you’re limitless yet limit you and fill your mind with so many limited beliefs. do whatever feels comfortable and whatever continues to bring your awareness to your desires. when i say just decide, persist, and “be” in my posts, all i mean is decide, persist, and be who you want to be in your own way or the way most suitable to YOU !

the sisyphus delusion. . . drop the boulder and shift realities.
sisyphus had one job. one brutal, mindless, soul-crunching job. roll the rock up the hill, watch it roll back down, repeat. camus, bless his french-algerian heart, tells us sisyphus is happy because he chooses to be. because he winks at the abyss and says, fine, let’s dance. because the struggle itself is a kind of victory.
alas, sisyphus is not free. he is a hamster in a particularly wheel, finding comfort in his own entrapment. and that is where he and the modern shifter shake hands. the great cosmic irony is that shifters, these darlings of self-willed escape, have turned themselves into their own myth. they are sisyphus reborn, but instead of a rock, they roll their mindset uphill, over and over again. every affirmation, every subliminal, every night spent whispering to the void. an endless exertion, a labour of self-convincing.
it’s not shifting. it’s straining. the difference between them and sisyphus is that at least he had the decency to stop pretending the rock wasn’t real.
shifting should be the rejection of struggle, not its rebranding. but somewhere along the way, it became another mountain, another test, another something-to-be-earned. people talk about shifting like it’s a boss battle, like they have to do enough reality checks, clear enough mental debris, align their subconscious like the planets in some great celestial waiting room. they believe in the rock. they believe in the climb. they are hypnotised by the effort.
but effort is resistance, and resistance is friction, and friction keeps things exactly where they are. loa already taught us this, what you fight, you feed. what you chase, you place ahead of you, always out of reach. shifting is not a process, it’s a decision. it is not a matter of if, it is a matter of when. and 'when' is only ever waiting on you.
so step aside. let the rock roll where it may. stop thinking of shifting as a mountain to scale and start thinking of it as a room you already own. there is no application form. no cosmic bureaucracy keeping you from your desires. no checklist, no gods, no gatekeepers. only you, making your own mythology out of something as simple as stepping through a door.
so, dear sisyphus-in-disguise, put down your affirmations, your desperate notes to the universe, your battle against the self. don’t just push the rock. drop it. and walk into the world that was already waiting for you.

ex: you want to shift and plan to do so, but you’re thinking and planning what method you’re gonna try next “if” your attempt is unsuccessful.
that’s exactly where the problem lies - you’re not living in the present. you’re directing your energy towards something hypothetical that you then end up manifesting.
and then you’re stuck in a loop :(

Close your eyes and imagine a lemon 🍋
Now, imagine yourself cutting a lemon. Bring it close and take a bite. What do you feel? Is it sour? Did your face instinctively contort? Does it seem real?
This proves that you don’t need to believe something for your mind and body to experience it.
Now, do the same with your desire. Close your eyes and create a scene where your manifestation is already yours. How does it feel? What thoughts run through your mind? How do you act now that it’s real?
It’s done. It’s yours. Treat it like a memory. Return to this feeling whenever doubts arise.

HOW SHIFTING WORKS- scientifically based thesis

NOTE: i´m not a scientist nor a physicist. This essay is based on self interpretation of information and things i´ve learned about consciousness, quantum physics, nature of reality, etc.
We´re four dimensional beings, meaning we´re composed of both physical and non physical (intangible) things. We have three layers: body, psyche (alias consciousness) and soul. Our bodies are just the envelope, the vehicle our consciousness occupies in order to live a human experience. Accordingly, our true self is not our body, but the consciousness that occupies it. Having that in mind, we´re able to move to the next point.
Everything — and this is scientifically proven — is made of energy. Vibrating energy makes matter, and consequently both matter and energy have frequencies. Every single thing has a different frequency: objects, sounds, emotions, etc. Therefore, reality as a whole, with all of its elements combined, vibrates at its own frequency.
Thanks to quantum physics, we know particles of energy can be in different states and multiple places at the same time in superposition when there isn't a conscious observer. While being observed, energy/particles behave differently, being perceived at one state and place. This experiment shows the same particle can and does exist in many states/places at once, but we´re only able to perceive one state/place at a time.
ENERGY → MATTER → REALITY
We can only perceive one reality (state of energy/matter as a whole) at a time for the reason the human experience we're living limits us to do so. Although, like energy is coexisting in many places/states at once, and we know for certain that energy composes matter, which makes the (physical) reality, we can affirm there are many other realities besides this one, but we´re not able neither to perceive nor interact with them.

Summing things up, there are many other realities coexisting in the very same space as this one, but each reality exists in different frequencies, so realities never interact with each other. That said, we are able to introduce the main character: shifting.
Shifting doesn't happen in your consciousness, shifting happens with — and thanks to— your consciousness. Your body is trapped in this reality because it's part of this reality, for the reason bodies are physical things that can only exist in one state. Your consciousness, on the other hand, contrary to your body, can shift because it's not something physical, it's not made of matter. Consciousness doesn't belong to any reality, it just experiences them. Consciousness cannot die, so when your body faces death, your consciousness continues existing in other realities. This can explain both reincarnation and heaven, since your consciousness shifts to a reality that fits what you expect/believe you´ll experience after death.
With shifting, we´re doing the same but intentionally, choosing the reality we want to experience,with the difference our Cr body is still alive, so we can come back.
By shifting, we´re changing the frequency of our consciousness — which is the same as our Cr— to match the frequency of the reality we want to become aware of. You have to shift your inner world in order to shift the outer physical world (the 4d and the 3d).

You have probably read it a million times, you control the 3D, you've also probably doubted it a million times. Why do you keep giving in to the 3D? Why do you continuously search for validation? Why do you keep asking yourself where it is?
The answer is simple, you still believe the 3D to be the true reality. You refuse to even entertain the idea that it can be wrong. "Ok but I don't have it" Says who? The 3D? The 3D is only saying it because you are.
If you never listen to another word I say listen to me now:
The reason you're struggling is because you see the physical world as immovable and final. The 3d is MALLEABLE and CANNOT exist if you do not validate it.
The SECOND you decide something is yours IT IS. STOP looking for validation from the 3D when the ONLY real validation comes from you.
Be honest with yourself is the 3D really "resisting" you or are you resisting the idea that your desire is FACT. So many people get stuck on this because they don't realize that yes, deciding you have it IS ENOUGH.
And because I get the same comment every time I tell people they already have it:
before you comment "where is it then", it isn't here because you do not hold the assumption that it is.
"Oh but I do" No. If you did truly believe you have it you would never argue with me to say that you don't.
Your subconscious will believe anything you tell it and produce proof of what you're telling it into your reality. So stop telling it you're struggling to manifest, if you say you're successful you are.

you just to have to embody who you want to be.
that’s literally it.
stop over complicating it and looking for methods with hundreds of difficult steps.
you can manifest/shift at any time by simply KNOWING and, why not, also having FUN while doing it.
stop making yourself miserable and start having fun, your life is yours only.

SIDE NOTES: ‣ An "anchor" is a means to remind yourself to maintain mental focus and lucidity. Gently attach your awareness to the something and allowing it to act as an "anchor".
‣ You will know when you have entered the hypnagogic state if you feel your awareness slipping from you/dozing off to unconscious sleep and you feel extremely drowsy, foggy, groggy - like you could just barely open your eyelids if you forced it and hard to think or form proper thoughts.
‣ It doesn’t matter whether you actually believe in your assumptions so continue to persist and don’t focus on the doubts.

How to actually shift
Tldr- persist in the affirmations that you wake up in your dr every morning or thoughts that mean the same thing, no matter what the physical world is showing you and do not waver 🪐

Shifting, believe it or not, is actually the most simple thing in the universe- you have been shifting for your entire life. What do I mean by that? Shifting isn’t some supernatural power that you have to be chosen by another force and then do 200 different methods or it won’t work. Shifting is the exact same as manifestation- when you manifest, you shift to a reality where you have that thing. When you shift, you manifest a certain reality that you have chosen. You shift whenever you assume something to be true in your reality. For example, you may assume that people dislike you- even if there is no evidence. As a result, you shift to a reality (or manifest a reality) where people dislike you. This is called Law of Assumption and you are doing this all the time whether you’re conscious of it or not. Think about your life, what has been a pattern for you? Have you been consistently unsuccessful in shifting? This is because you have a belief, a dominant assumption that shifting is difficult for you or that failure is normal to you.

The subconscious
There are two parts of your mind- the conscious mind, the one that you are aware of, and the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind defines your 3D, using your conscious mind (daily thoughts) to know what to project into the physical world. Your subconscious has no senses, it can’t see, hear or feel anything, which is why it relies on your conscious mind to tell it what is true and what is false. Therefore, your subconscious mind cannot deny anything you are telling it- which is why you can manifest anything. If you have negative beliefs that you have persisted in for years, you can change this with repetition of favourable affirmations, for example ‘manifesting has always been easy for me’ or ‘I always shift instantly and it is completely normal for to get what I want’. Your mind doesn’t like change, it likes patterns which is where resistance comes from. Your mind has only ever known struggle in shifting, since that’s what you have been telling it consistently- therefore you will get doubts and opposing thoughts. However, you decide what it true because the physical world IS your dominant thoughts. As soon as you decide you have shifted, you have shifted, doubts cannot do anything unless you give them power and worry about them. Whenever you get opposing thoughts, persist through them. Affirm things like “What are you talking about? I literally woke up in my desired reality” and “No, shifting is easy, it the easiest thing in the world”- exaggerate your affirmations. Eventually, your brain will adapt to the pattern of shifting being simple and easy for you- which is what will then reflect into the 3D. This doesn’t need to take loads of time, just affirm ‘doubts don’t exist’ and repeat that thought to saturate your mind.

The 3D is your physical world, whereas the 4D is your thoughts and imagination. A key concept of Loa (law of assumption) is that your 4D, aka imagination, is your true reality. How? The 3D originates from your thoughts, it is simply a projection of your 4D. Therefore, the 4D must be your true reality. This is whatever you decide is true HAS to be true. A thought, when persisted in, HAS to reflect into the 3D, as that it the law. This is also why the 3D is completely irrelevant, circumstances do not matter whatsoever, because anything is possible. Anything you imagine is a possibility- what ever you DECIDE is true IS fact. Be stubborn in your affirmations- even if something is unfavourable happens, for example you don’t wake up in your desired reality, simple tell yourself that you woke up in your desired reality because shifting is easy. It has to reflect into your 3D eventually. And when I say eventually, I don’t mean that it has to take months or something- of course not! You control EVERYTHING which means that you either consciously or unconsciously decide how long it takes based on your beliefs. If you dominantly believe that shifting has to take years then it will take years because that is what you’re telling your subconscious. Assume that shifting is instant for you and persist in that affirmation. Things don’t have to take time!

Doubts
Doubts don’t have to do anything or mean anything- you give everything meaning. Decide that ‘I dont get doubts’ and ‘negative thoughts don’t manifest’ and that’s what will happen. Do not panic and spiral when you get an opposing thought- they are completely normal. You can literally just laughs at the thought, take a second to look at it and just be like “lmao what? That’s the stupidest thing I’ve ever thought I’m in my dr rn” and the thought will carry so much less weight, it’ll simply pass by just like a random thought. Treat it like how you would treat your mind randomly saying ‘the grass is purple and I was born last year’- you wouldn’t even acknowledge it because it’s just not true. Remember, anything you decide is true IS true, so doubts cannot do anything as long as you don’t give them the power to do anything.
