You just sighed "I'm still finding old photos, okay? There were no cameras when we were high school"

Finally, it was the weekend. You and others met on the concert. There were a lot of people.

Although you're sure HE wasn't going to see you, you dressed up super nicely and even took some lewd photos before going out. You were feeling confident.

Hours passed, Lumine and Aether was screaming along with Childe, singing all the songs.

You were on your phone because somebody just texted, an old classmate seeing you on the concert.

"Ugh" You rolled your eyes reading the message "Did you and Kazuha get back together?" the message said. "Fuck this" you ignored the message.

You start focusing on having fun with your friends but you couldn't help it, you checked your phone, that old classmate texted you again, sending you Kazuha's private profile.

You took your phone out again as a distraction, to your surprise a bunch of photos were sent to Kazuha and it was the photos you took earlier. It must've sent while on your pocket, you were moving a lot. You start to panic and grab Lumine.

"LUMINE!" You yelled. It was so loud, Kazuha has a lot of fangirls. His solo is still not done.

Lumine looked at you. You put your arm around her shoulder and showed her the messages, you covered the photos using your hands.

"What are the photos?" She asked, you looked at her nervously, sweating "No! Wait no! Let me see"

She grabbed the phone and saw it "NO YOU—!"

"Give me back!" You grabbed it back, blushing "Shut up" you whisper to her.

The band announces that they're gonna have a short break so you and the others went to some place less crowded.

"Let's go back to the concert" Childe said

"GUYS! HE'S MY EX!" You accidentally yell. All went quiet then laughed then went quiet again upon seeing you all worked up.

"For real?" Lumine asked "No, you're lying. I know you're lying face"

You explain them everything. How you broke up because of all the busy-ness.

After all the explaining, you all came up with a plan to go backstage and destroy his phone. He can probably buy a new one.

"Few minutes before the concert continues. We can do this" You tell them, desperate to destroy that phone.

You all walk in backstage using Childe's connections. Everybody was so busy that they didn't even notice you.

You all start looking for Kazuha separately to be fast. Then finally you see him walking inside a room holding his phone.

"No no no no" You whisper to yourself, going towards him but the busy crowd made you go slower.

Finally you went inside the room only to see something surprising.

Kazuha was jerking off to your photo, his phone on his hand.

"Oh my God" You gasped. He immediately zipped his pants up and ran towards you. You were about to go out but he pushed the door closed.

"Listen—" He started talking.

You can't even face him. You know to yourself that you still haven't moved on from him. One look and it's all over.

"Y/n" He called your name "Why did you—?"

"It was an accident!" You finally turned to look at him, he looks so handsome "J-Just delete it!" you blushed trying to grab his phone but he immediately pulled his arm back.

“You look preposterously gloomy,” you said when Wednesday finally stopped looking for more clues about the Hyde. “It suits you.”

She didn’t answer, leading you to let out your own huff. You had wanted to do this with some sort of dignity, but it appeared she wasn’t going to let you. Why would she, you thought with a roll of your eyes. She wouldn’t be Wednesday Addams if she gave you an easy time.

“The Hyde has to appear at some point,” Wednesday finally said as you neared campus. “And I plan on being there when it does.”

“I doubt it would show during the Rave’N,” you mumbled. Wednesday either didn’t hear you, or didn’t care. “We might as well do something that would make us miserable.”

Now that made the young Addams pull up short. With minimal effort at best, you suppressed a smile when she turned to look at you. It was one that you received far too often, one that dared you to continue and see what would happen. A beautiful look, it was; you would do anything to see it more often.

“What would that be?” Anyone else would have missed the hint of a smile on her lips. But not you. No, not you.

“You might as well accompany me to the Rave’N,” you answered. “I guarantee it’ll be positively frightful.”

She didn’t give you a response of any kind before continuing her walk back to her dorm. Oh what a wonderful thing to be around an Addams. It was never boring.

As predicted, Wednesday's silence on the matter had been a resounding yes. She was already looking stunning in her black vintage dress when you stopped by her dorm to pick her up. No smile, no words, just the silent understanding that she wasn't excited, but that's what was going to make it so much fun.

"You look ghastly," you said with a smile as you slipped the corsage over Wednesday’s wrist.

To you, it just made her all the more beautiful; nothing was more beautiful than a woman scorned.

“We should get going,” you said once you had finished enjoying Wednesday’s silent rage. “We’ll see you down there, Enid.”

With outstretched arm, Wednesday took it and let you walk her down to the dance. She still had yet to say anything for that night, but you didn’t mind. Her father had told you time and time again how she was a woman of few words, and that was okay. It was very Wednesday of her, especially given the fact you knew she wasn’t exactly stoked to be going.

The dance was already in full swing by the time you both appeared; nothing was better than being fashionably late. You shared a single look with Wednesday - who looked like she would rather die than be there - before dragging her to the dancefloor. She was going to enjoy the night even if it killed her.

If she was lucky, it would.

“Your dancing is mesmerising,” you told her once she stepped back in front of you. Still no smile, but there was a twinkle in her eye that betrayed her outward unhappiness.

You opened your mouth to make another comment when you felt something drip onto your shoulder. Wednesday’s eyes darted to your shoulder before she furrowed her brows. Another drop, this time on Wednesday’s cheek. Red?

Before you knew it, the sprinklers went off and something with the appearance and consistency of blood was falling from the ceiling. For the first time that night, Wednesday smiled, a beautifully bloody grin. Whether it was from the blood rain, the screams of everyone around you, or the general chaos, you didn’t care. She looked stunning.

“One moment,” you told her as you got an idea.

You nearly slipped a few times on your way to the DJ table, but thankfully Wednesday was too distracted by the chaos to notice. The DJ himself was nowhere to be found, but that was alright; you knew how to hook your phone up to the speakers. It took only a moment to connect and another moment to put the song on before you could slide your way back over to where Wednesday was standing.

As soon as the waltz came on, her head turned to you, her smile now gone and replaced with a look of curiosity. None of that animosity she had shown earlier in the night. No, this was a genuine look from her, her emotions unmasked for the first time since you had known her.

“May I have this dance, cara mia?” You asked as you held your hand out for her to take.

Just like that, realisation dawned in her eyes as her smile came back. She took your hand and let you pull her into the waltz, the blood making your movements a little smoother. If you both slipped once or twice you didn’t call attention to it; it didn’t matter.

In the chaos, you found the beauty in being with an Addams. It was horrifying, and you wouldn’t have it any other way.

7am for me on a weekend just woke up im still in bed and yeah sure why not lol

story-wise, i don't feel like any plaid/pastel ships will necessarily end up together. their mutual crushes are very canon and a plot point with gwen's self image slowly becoming dependent on how frederick sees her, and frederick learning how to care about himself and fight for what he believes in. gwen is kind of one of his first friends i'd say, they do like each other a lot, but my intuition tells me it'd be left ambiguous or with them taking time off deciding to be friends for now, and i would honestly love that. 1. Friendship is AWESOME and doesn't mean less than a romantic relationship!! so 2. just think it'd be cool... Frederick's whole arc is motivated by Gwen, and the message of him doing all this just for the fact he cares about her and NOT just to get with her, and him being just as happy that they're friends as much as he'd be happy if they kissed at the end of the fight or something. Epic

the farthest i could see their relationship going is some future flash forward where they're just casually together, or one of them approaches each other and is like "could we try this again?" otherwise i see gwen and frederick taking their relationship slow ever since the gala incident. Could also be completely wrong. 6/10 chance in my book

after the Gala Shebang, i think any infatuation maria felt for blaine has wiped away and i just can't see them ending up together together in the story, and having it make sense. Maybe like. 30 years in the future?? cause i could see maria dating around. Never text your ex when you're drunk type situation.

lorance: ...maybe.? I'll have to watch a little more and see what my brain tells me. so far im feeling they end up friends bc adore their friendship tbh. I'll have to see till after the siege, they very much so care about each other though!

☆it was a mistake ☆

i’ve been sitting here, on my phone, for over 6 hours now. this isn’t good. i’ve forgotten to eat again.

i’ve never been too good at taking care of myself, most the time i’m too engrossed in what im doing to remember that i need to eat, drink or even use the bathroom. however, recently it’s been getting worse. before, i would be able to remember by atleast 7pm but lately, i’ve been having my dinners at 12am, sometimes even later.

i suppose i should be happy i remembered just before midnight this time, but i just don’t see it that way. to me, this is still a failure.

pulling myself out of the warm comfort of my bed below me, i wandered out towards the kitchen. we never tend to have much food in, with us being university students it can be hard to get enough money for such necessities. nonetheless, i managed to find a packet of chicken super noodles (if you don’t know what these are or don’t eat chicken, just read it as your favourite type of instant noodles😌). careful i pulled open the bag and dumped the contents out into my bowl, along with the flavoured powder and some hot water from the kettle, before putting this in the microwave.

after finishing my noodles and placing the bowl in the sink to wash up another day, i once again returned to the comfort of my bed and bright phone screen.

i didn’t get to bed until 3:49am.

i woke up too late, again.

i’m going to be in so much trouble.

i wish my class wasn’t so small, then maybe the professor wouldn’t notice me as i slip through the door and attempt to make my way to my seat.

we’re doing lab work.

she notices me.

“how lovely of you to finally join us, y/n” god did she have to say it so loud. i feel so many eyes on me but, i can’t falter. i try my hardest to ignore them as she continues to speak.

“please stay behind once class is finished y/n, we need to talk” she sounds so smug. i give a curt nod and quickly scurry to my lab partner.

i must look disheveled, i can feel how red my face is, the sweat dripping down my neck- getting caught on the neckline of my shirt. mascara from yesterday is sure to be lining the underneath of my eyes.

my lab partner, lumine, looks worried. however, she seems to ignore my disgusting outward appearance as she begins to explain the experiment to me, giving me time to write down her words and the results.

class wraps up quickly. everyone begins to shuffle out, talking to eachother of their weekend plans, but not me.

i make my way towards professor ningguang. she looks angry but, she doesn’t shout.

“i did warn you there would be consequences if you was absent again, didn’t i?”

i’m so nervous, i’ve never gotten into trouble before.

“yes, professor but, i wasn’t able to get much sleep i’ve haven’t been able to-“

she cuts me off. she’s angrier than she’s letting on.

“i don’t have time for your excuses, y/n. you have been late 5 times in the past 2 weeks, that is completely unacceptable. however, with only 3 weeks left of school before winter break, i can’t give you the standard punishment for a disobedience such as this. instead, you will help out the librarian. ms. lisa has been complaining recently of the mess the library has become. for the next 3 weeks, you will go to the library after school and clean it until there isn’t a spec of dust left, do i make myself clear?”

im not sure if it was the nerves or the fear of her telling me this in such a calm way, but i made no move to object. i simply nodded and left as she dismissed me.

it wasn’t until i got back to my dorm that it truly sank in.

are. you. fucking. kidding. me?!

clean the library? everyday? for 3 weeks?!

i suppose it could be worse, but come on! i have a life, i have homework! i can’t dedicate every evening to cleaning a stupid library!

god, this is going to be miserable.

[SINEAD] Ivan! Good to see you, how was your flight in?

[IVAN] Good to see you as well, Sinéad! Not bad, how have you been?

[SINEAD] I've been well! Business has been great.A good friend of mine is looking after the horses over night so I can celebrate with everyone tonight!

[IVAN] Oh, excellent! Must leave you with a peace of mind, huh?

[SINÉAD] For sure! Please, make yourself at home. The guys are upstairs working, but they should be done shortly.

[IVAN] Does Ben have any idea I'm here?

[SINÉAD] Nope! I only told the guys to make sure one of the guest rooms was available for you.

[SINÉAD] Oh, Caroline! This is Ben's "surprise" his brother, Ivan! didn't you both graduate from university in the same year? Surely you've met before. Ivan, this is Owen O'Shaughnessy's younger sister.

[IVAN] Oh, I remember Caroline! Good to see you again.

[CAROLINE] Ivan, it's good to see you as well. It's been awhile, how have you been?

[IVAN] It's been 3ish years, no? Keeping myself busy with work, which is a good and a not so good thing depending on how you look at it! How have you been?

[CAROLINE] Has it really been that long? I'm alright, work is steady. Still living with Ella Griffin and Sabrina Landgraab in our apartment in San Myshuno. I just spend a week with my dad in Brindleton Bay, which was much needed. Are you in town just for Ben's birthday?

[IVAN] Yeah, I moved to San Sequoia right after graduation for work. I'm visiting family for the weekend, but l'll actually be in San Myshuno at Rainy Day during the week. I'ye been doing some freelance work for them!

[CAROLINE] Yeah! Owen told me that you've been wonderful to work with and have been really helpful.

[IVAN] Owen has been fantastic to work with, same with Nate! They both have spoken highly of yo-
