お久しぶり！( lâu rồi mới gặp nhau ở tumblr)

Năm tháng dài dẵng kia mình đã chẳng mong đợi gì nhiều. Đáng ra , mình phải giữ vững “trạng thái” này ,để không phải thấy bản thân tự huyễn hoặc.

Tính cả thời gian trước khi quen nhau thì vỏn vẹn 1 năm rưỡi … vậy mà hôm nay , đến cuối ngày mình cũng chẳng được lời chúc nào đến từ người ấy. Cả ngày đi làm với tâm trạng nặng trĩu , năm lần bảy lượt nước mắt tràn mi nhưng chẳng thể khóc giữa chốn đông người.

Bởi lẽ, dần dần đến những quan tâm nhỏ nhặt cũng không còn tha thiết ,mặn nồng. Bởi lẽ , lúc mới yêu mới vui biết bao nhiều còn sau đó, sự vui đó cũng ven theo dòng chảy thời gian mà mờ nhạt.

Hôm qua tụi mình có cãi nhau nhỏ, mình dỗi lên phòng không ăn. … nửa đêm xuống đi vệ sinh,nhận ra họ không còn quan tâm chiếc dạ dày của mình nữa nên vẫn bình lặng chuẩn bị sẵn sàng bữa sáng trong tủ lạnh. Mình chỉ cười thôi. Chắc vì phần đây cũng là thói quen của họ mỗi ngày.

Sáng nay dậy với chút hi vọng gì đó, nhưng không… chẳng có gì cả ,haha. Mình bấm bụng đợi. ..đợi tới giờ rồi gần khuya hết ngày rồi, mình vẫn còn chiếc bụng đói & cơn đau dạ dày thâm niên ập tới kèm thêm những sợi đứt đoạn ,âm thanh rạn nứt của lồng tim với họ! Mình hiểu rồi! ….. mình sẽ đi ăn, phải yêu lấy mình, phải trân trọng bản thân . Người kia rồi sẽ không còn nhiều phần yêu thương của mình nữa!

Mình phải chủ động trước khi mình trở thành chốn bi ai, thảm kịch của cuộc tình ༆ ㋛

Hbpd culture is.. having a AFP (attention favorite person) and when you have a fight with them you hope they'll give you more attention afterwards. And even if you split on them you refuse to leave them alone because you need their attention.

Spolier Alert

I do not think that Nancy and Ace somehow killed ghost girl or anyone else for that matter, here's why:

1. The time between the phone call and the confession was a pretty short window for them to meet up and somehow commit manslaughter then head over to the yacht club to forget the sin

2. If they had accidentally killed someone, they wouldn't erase the sin. Are you kidding me? These two would've gone straight to HBPD.

3. Based on their individual characters and systems of belief, the only reason Nancy's using the black door is to save someone's life or end Ace's pain

4. If this girl's death is tied in at all, it would be because of them attempting a curse break which then somehow affected her in a separate location. But again, if they knew about that, they wouldn't erase that memory, they'd turn themselves in. If they erased a memory after this scenario it would more likely be a last ditch attempt to save Ace's life because they triggered the curse accidentally

5. This girl is enthralled with Ace but seems to strongly dislike Nancy. Seems to me like she would not like either of them if they were both responsible for her death

6. Maybe Nancy did witness this girl's death on the way to confess a sin and then forgot as a result of the erased sin, but I don't think either of them caused it

*final thought: ghost girl seriously gives me the heeby jeebies. Maybe that's bc I don't want Ace to like her but she feels duplicit and shady to me

EDITED to Add: it makes total since that this is the conclusion Nancy would come to though since she has no recollection of her cursed love with Ace

As Bess would say, Yay! Thanks to the ladies (and crew) of Nancy Drew, we have excellent BTS content this week, the penultimate week of filming (sniff).

Friday night we got the most beautiful photos of the best people from Kennedy with the caption “my women.”

The bond is real on the show and irl. Ladies of the Drew Crew forever ❤️.

Eagle eyes noticed someone sitting in a cast chair that looks suspiciously like Ace’s (note the lack of a name below “Drew Crew” because perhaps it’s just ‘Ace’?). Loving the fits, especially Nancy’s sweater vest (want) and Bess’s coat (and maybe Ace’s jacket?).

Speaking of fits, Kennedy put out a request for recommendations of what wardrobe pieces she should buy. Many excellent suggestions, but the clear winner was the blue plaid coat. It’s even McMum approved.

But wait, there’s more. Maddison and Leah gave us action at the Drew house set as they film the series finale, in the form of Leah scaring Maddison, a seemingly common pastime between takes. One thing everyone noticed was the presence of a new cast member in this video.

Readers of this blog have already known about Henry Zaga joining S4 for some time. The questions on everyone’s minds are what part does he play, and is he someone’s love interest for some part of the season.

There are theories of his character being the new cop, a relative of Bess, George’s new bf, or Nancy’s attempt to move on from Ace (that surely will fail). I’ve been wondering if he’s a professor - of Law (teaching George) or of folklore and the supernatural (what if he’s an expert aiding the Crew)? We know from earlier BTS there’s a university set.

Whatever Henry’s role, I’m excited to see him in the show. Can’t wait - speaking of which, still no premier date!?! While we wait, a recent article outlines new details on the Nexstar deal - they were actually paid $54M to buy the unprofitable network!

DP Nick Thomas, who’s been serving us beautiful set photos all throughout filming, shared perhaps his most intriguing ones yet. Two different vintage cars and a vintage gas pump - are we getting a flashback? A dreamscape? Back to the Future i.e. time travel? I am riveted by any and all of these possibilities. Could the recent high school prom location photo be related?

We saw more onset shenanigans from crew and cast this week - too many for me to post more than a sample. We saw a marina/boat location, HBPD (defunded!), and various stories taken outdoors. You can tell everyone’s letting loose as filming comes to an end (and are possibly loopy from the long hours).

I think that’s enough for now. I’m going to be mentally preparing for the final week of filming next week. Looking for more Season 4 content? Read my Season 4 speculation fic The Space Between! “It’s not a secret auction anymore, now it’s a Hudson fundraiser. That’s the story they’re giving and that’s the story we’re going to stick to because we’ve never been here and we don’t know anything different!”

Learning new things

since i left this site i have been through a variety of different experiences from dealing with abusive ex’s , my traumatic past and other progressive experiences.

i feel as if reflecting on these issues would be a healthy way to move forwards. being diagnosed with a variety of mental issues caused by the past has put me in a weird state and it is basically my last resort.

Feel free to share this, it's public. The cop was being threatened. He tried to use a non-lethal weapon to subdue this guy and he still came after him and was a threat. Once they were fighting on the ground, the guy grabbed something from his belt. Play stupid games win stupid prizes. If you throw down with a cop and then grab stuff from their belt, especially after getting tazed, I promise that cop will do whatever is necessary to neutralize you being a threat. A prediction for how Nancy Drew s3 might end and s4 might start:

Nancy works out that Park is evil but that he is not working for Temperance (maybe the Road Back)

She is going to tell the others so Park crashes his car into hers leaving her in a coma for two years

There is a time skip while Nancy is comatose that makes place within the seasons

Ace and Bess dedicate a lot of their time to waking up Nancy, becoming increasingly proficient in supernatural cures as they look for a way to wake her up. Bess becomes a highly talented witch

George goes to law school while Nick remains at home looking after her sisters and running the youth centre. They are not together but both are hoping that when George graduates they will be able to start working out if things between them will work out

Ace and Bess are upset because they feel like George and Nick have abandoned Nancy and moved on. George and Nick feel like they have a right to get on with their lives but are willing to admit they might not have been there as much as they should of, especially after the accident first happened

Park has taken control of HBPD, using his criminally gained influence to secure the position. Tamura works for him as a detective

Park is manipulating the remainder of the Drew Crew into working with him and using the situation with Nancy against them (keeping them away from cases he doesn't want them involved with by saying that Nancy wouldn't want them getting hurt)

Eventually Ace and Bess stumble across a dangerous ritual that might wake up Nancy. They decide to try it and accidentally unleash a dangerous supernatural entity on the hospital. Thankfully it does wake Nancy up and she is able to help them stop the entity.

Park shows up at the hospital and Nancy is about to tell the others about his crimes when Park reveals that he has spent the years she was in a coma, plotting the perfect ways to take down her friends and if she tells anyone about him, he will destroy them

Ok hear me out. Horseshoe Bay is a small town in the Northeast with its own quirky (and weird) traditions and town festivals. It’s the perfect back drop for a Hallmark/Lifetime holiday movie: 

Nancy’s life in the Big Apple as an investigative journalist isn’t going the way she planned. Job’s going nowhere, she’s busy, unhappy, and lacking in holiday spirit so her dads suggest coming home for the holidays to get away from the big city. Upon arriving home, she runs into her old flame, Ace, now working for the HBPD. Things are awkward, but there’s a hint of something there. Because this is Horseshoe Bay, some supernatural entity arises and causes holiday related havoc. At first it seems normal enough that the HBPD is involved, but Ace quickly realizes its supernatural. Now Nancy and Ace have to work together to save the town holiday festival. Somewhere in there, Nancy gets invited to a Hanukkah dinner with Ace and his parents. Cue heavy conversation and an almost kiss by the flickering candles of the menorah. Then of course your typical movie affair - town festival is saved, Nancy learns to love the holidays again, decides to move back home, and sparks fly under some twinkly lights and snow fall. 

We can call it Haunted for the Holidays
