Soundwave makes ten hour videos on youtube of weird sounds (like space noise and the sound of microwaves (the energy not the appliance)). Ppl think its weird asmr.

Blaster is also on youtube and he makes playlists and helps produce for indie and growing artists. He’s also got a vlog channel about the happenings on the Ark (he could film it professionally but he likes an amateur-ish look to it)

(Soundwave tries to sabotage Blaster’s youtube which results in Blaster and Jazz teaming up to get back at him. The rivalry has developed a noisy and invested audience whom Soundwave will occasionally nuke the accounts of when he thinks theyre being too annoying)

Prowl runs the official autobot twitter and that’s the only social media he uses (Jazz has tried to get him on others but Prowl consistently refuses so Jazz just makes him a constant on his own platforms) (actually he might get on reddit occasionally to be pedantic)

Wheeljack and Ratchet have a loosely myth busters vibed youtube where they showcase Wheeljack’s latest invention. They have a lot of scientists in their comment section losing their goddamn minds as the laws of physics are regularly flouted but they also have a good chunk of viewers there for the explosions. Ratchet also does videos of caring for cars that are filmed the same way as middle aged men who do the same sort of video

Optimus, surprisingly, has exactly zero social media presence except for when he appears on somebody else’s thing or if he’s on the news for some reason (like doing a volunteer thing at middle schools or after dealing with a crisis, manmade or decepticon). This is because he knows he’ll get in roast fights on twitter and get himself in trouble with Prowl (and also if Megatron learns he has a social media he’ll never get any peace again)

oh and Megatron definitely has a twitter where he yells at human politicians and talks smack against trolls. He’s blocked by like half the platform while the other half watch in morbid fascination as he gets his ass handed to him by basically anyone with a spine to backtalk him (Soundwave is sent to nuke or hack the accounts of ppl who piss Megatron off too much. he also sends them mean prank stuff in retaliation, which the trolls actually view as a badge of honor)

That’s what’s confusing also. Like, Sam and Colby literally do the same thing, are the same age (for the most part) live together, how can Colby still not be respected and Sam is? What does Colby have to do earn respect? As stated above, SnC do the same thing. How can you respect one and not the other? SMH this why I don’t like people.

i have an idea as to why some ppl might feel this way (whether they realize it or not).

if you think about how snc portray themselves, or even explain how they see one another, sam is always labeled as the smart one. he's the one that answers the emails and does the business meetings and gets it all done in an orderly and intelligent fashion. he's the ceo/dad of the group in any scenario.

but colby, even tho he's also half of sam and colby enterprises llc, somehow doesn't get that nomenclature. he's known as the goofy one, the dumb one. the younger sibling just following along. sure, he's broody and intense and dark, but ppl still see him as an idiot, basically. he's the one that gets called out for shit that both snc do and take part of. ppl show their distain for colby far more often than sam. ppl forget about sam, yes. but they hate colby.

if anyone needs genuine, current proof, look no further than the SEG drama. before the interview with kristin, fans were pissed at BOTH guys for not saying something to seth. sure, colby also "agreed" with him, but even kristin doesn't hold that against him really. she was more pissed about the bear. but do you know what the comments on that video were saying? this is an exact comment: "At least she confirmed that Sam was innocent in all this. Which is what we were thinking and hoping. Sam is the reason I've liked Sam and Colby. This is heartbreaking but it's good to know that one of them is innocent."

and this is not the first time i've seen ppl say they only tolerate snc bc of sam.

i don't get why some ppl hate colby. i truly don't. he has made fuck ups in the past, yes. i'm fully aware of his history. but he apologizes and gets better, which is what you're supposed to want from someone that fucks up, assumingly. sam doesn't even apologize! he ignores when he gets called out for shit and just waits for it to go away. and in a way, that has benefitted him a lot. he gets away with a lot of shit bc he never explains himself. he doesn't give in to the ppl that want to knock him down a few. but colby, he's a ppl pleaser. he wants ppl to like him. he wants to be known as a good guy. so when ppl question that, he wants to get back into their good graces, and sometimes he indulges in these ppl's trolling without realizing it.

i honestly wonder if sometimes this all stems from the killing best friend prank. you know, the one that they were BOTH in on? but since sam was the one that cried his eyes out, i genuinely think some ppl have seen colby as the bad guy since. they can't let go of the 19 year old desperate to be known. which hey, i get that. but who was also in that video? the other desperate 19 year old named sam.

and again, i'm not saying that sam doesn't get hate. of course he does. but him being forgotten about or not being everyone's favorite is not the same as hate.

he gets to have privacy, he gets to have a love life in the shadows. he gets to sleep around and party and have fun and make dumb choices. but colby.... gets scrutinized. nitpicked apart day in and day out. and what's worse is he has told us the comments effect him. and ppl still go at it, even those that claim to love him.

i don't understand the full reason for it, but it's just reality.

who wakes up first: surprisingly its Sans, as Stretch has a really hard time at waking up at all when he has fallen asleep like srs you have to like pinch his toes and shit to get him to wake up, but often Sans don’t even bother to get up and just snuggle back into slumber or he gets his phone out, play some games or check on the undernet, troll his brother and so on. Though often Sans can’t even get up as Stretch has curled himself around him in such a way he can’t get out unless he put some real effort into his escape, which he can’t be bothered in doing bc its warm and cozy why leave? tho the times when Sans wakes up in a really weird position bc of Stretch’s extremely weird sleeping positions bc Stretch can’t sleep normally at all, and the way Sans is laying is actually hurting he do get up ye, or just do his best to change position so he can fall asleep again.

Stretch does not get up until noon unless someone wakes him up which he don’t like that much actually, but he don’t mind most of the time especially when Sans is there with him and they just sleep.  

who has the weird taste in music: Stretch do, Sans just mostly listen to the same songs he has always listened to for the last 10-20 years etc, but both are very into meme songs or just any song that is a meme no matter how old which they often listen to, much to the frustration of both their brothers.  

who is more protective: Sans a tiny bit tho, but its nothing like extreme or something and none of that fanon stuff ppl like to do with him been overly protective and agressive about it bc no, he only gets a bit threaty when he considers it is needed and at times its mostly just for show and kinda troll like with the whole dinner date scene he do with Frisk in game, its more for shock value etc. But sometimes he do mean it but him been threatening etc never really stays I dunno if I’m explaining this properly, but overall neither are very like protective like heck yeah they will defend each other and stand up for one another but nothing overly protective no.  

who sings in the shower: Stretch, but when showering together he can get Sans to join in to sing as badly as they can and the wrong lyrics and just having a good time, tho at times like when bathing together they can just chill and Stretch maybe humming a tune, relaxing af, until Sans uses a whoopy cushion making Stretch get into a laughing fit as he got the humour of a 3 year old at times pft. 

who cries during movies: neither are that prone to cry when watching movies unless its because of laughter, only Stretch can get really teary eyed when it comes to anything with animals etc but that’s pretty it. 

who spends the most while out shopping: Stretch bc he is a very big impulse buyer and hoarder and loves to buy random shit he finds neat af, and Sans don’t buy much at all mostly bc he just can’t be bothered except for like dumb prank stuff etc, but Sans enables Stretch allot and Stretch enables Sans in turn like they edge each other on so both often ends up spending way too much, bc they just are having too much fun buying dumb shit and been dorks, like they are the ppl who are doing dumb shit in stores, luckily most of the stuff they buy are pretty cheap as no one else wants them. 

who kisses more roughly: Its kind of a tie, it doesn’t happen very often but sometimes both kisses can get a bit more rough, especially if they have been drinking. 

who is more dominate: both are switches af and do switch things up like all the time, like they just go with the flow and they don’t do the whole dom and sub thing at all, but technically Sans usually ends up the one leading most of the time by default as he got a bit more experience than Stretch who originally had none, but which Stretch got no complaints about.

John: brought those little popper things to throw at unsuspecting ppls feet. He is v frustrated to find that the trolls don’t jump at all bc they’re so used to hearing strange and sudden loud noises that this is baby shit to them. Jade: lovesssss fireworks she found some old ones on her island once and tried setting them off but it was meh, these are so much better and everyone is here to share the experience with her! Helps Jane barbecue up some veggie burgers and some hot dogs for everyone and Definitely Does Not slip any of the scraps to the Becs. Nope. None. At all.

Dave: is decked head to toe in obnoxious USA gear. Has an American flag muscle shirt with an eagle dramatically superimposed in front of it. Has a head band with flags attached by boingy springs at the top. He is wearing red white and blue jorts and his regular sunglasses have been replaced by super shitty jpeg ones that spell USA. Karkat looks at him, utterly disgusted, and says Dave what the Fuck are you wearing. Dave. What the fuck. Kanaya: first of all, is a little frustrated that apparently these “fireworks” are capable of multiple colors when they light up, but she’s not?? That doesn’t seem fair but whatever it’s Fine. Rose thinks she’s being sneaky about her anxiety around fireworks but Kanaya totally picks up on it and Very Subtly tries to comfort her. Ahem. Rose, I Understand That You Totally Do Not Feel Uncomfortable About This Situation, Wink Wink, But Allow Yourself To Feel Comforted By My Presence. Not That You Need It, Obviously. Your Human Emotions Are A Mystery To Me. (To those wondering if Kanaya winked physically or just said the word wink out loud, the answer is Yes).

Karkat: this is so stupid why do all the fireworks have colors. Where are the gray, nondescript fireworks. Jake: burns himself on every single sparkler. every single one. Dagnabbit! These foolish things really are a trick to get going, aren’t they? Dirk just nods and agrees with him as he and Dave share nervous looks and hide their hordes of sparklers. Jake has successfully managed to burn every single finger and also a couple toes. Karkat laughs at him for being bad at this despite being unable to light any himself. They both receive pre lit sparklers and have a sparkler duel. It’s Bad. They smell like burnt hair for weeks after.

Dirk: Sparklers Georg, aka Dirk, who lights approximately 99,999 sparklers per celebration and is an outlier that should not have been counted, tells Jake uhhhh yes. They’re very tricky to light. You’re absolutely right and I am a Fool. He hides the 37 currently lit sparklers behind his back. Roxy begs him to put away his anime girl apron. Dirk. Dirk. Her titties. They’re so anatomically incorrect. You’re not even straight. Yes, he tells her. I know. That’s what makes it Ironic™. She throws her shoe at his head. John yells fuck! in the distance because there goes his secret poppers prank.

Roxy: definitely knew that john put the poppers in her shoes. Brought so many glow sticks and has to explain to Kanaya, no you can’t drink them. No I really don’t think that it will help you glow different colors. Please- oh god no. On the bright side, Kanaya’s tongue glows for the rest of the night. Watches the fireworks while sitting in a tree because Callie likes to feel tall.

Sollux: chills with Aradia in the back bc we all know that she loves to watch things blow up. Sollux kinda grumbles that it’s just a bunch of chemicals and science shit and it’s really not that impressive and I could probably do the same thing with my psiionics I’m just saying.
