Something sneaky was going on around him, and Gojo didn’t like it. He never liked it when he wasn’t being the sneaky one.
At first, he thought he was just being absent minded. Going over to his snack cubby in the house to get a treat and finding less & less of his favorite cookies and chocolates in there. Maybe he was eating them faster than he remembered? So, he brushed it off.
Then he thought he was being paranoid. The sugar on the counter, that was usually next to the coffee pot in the morning, had suddenly vanished. The puddings he packed in his lunches that morning would suddenly be gone too. The vending machines by campus were all randomly ‘out of order’. So he knew something was up.
“What’s this?” Gojo asked his s/o, as they sat in a café having coffee (because he couldn’t get any at the school because all the sugar was gone there too). His tone grumpy as he was coming down from his perpetual sugar high.
“It’s a parfait.” They replied. Gently sitting the dessert in front of him along with their own black coffee. “They make really good ones here, so I thought you would like it.”
Gojo smiled a little. Finally perking up. Maybe his string of bad luck with sweets was just that, and his curse was finally lifted. “Pffffffffffttt!! What is that?!”
“It’s a parfait….” [Y/N] told him. Shocked by his spit take.
“This isn’t a parfait! Parfaits have ice cream in them!”
“Don’t be so dramatic Satoru. It’s frozen yogurt. Not like….cottage cheese or something….”
He looked at [Y/N]’s pout and suddenly realized what was going on. “It was you!” He accused. “You’re the one who’s been stealing my snacks and moving all the sugar around!” Of course. He should have figured it out sooner. [Y/N] was the only one besides non-curse users who can get past his senses; because he’s let his guard down so much around them.
“You eat too much sugar.” They told him. Still pouting, but clearly deciding that their deception was the hill they were going to die on. “I was try to cut some of it out of your system.”
“You were trying to cut all of it out.” Gojo corrected. “I’ve been getting headaches.”
“Which is further proof that you’re addicted to sugar!” Damn. He shouldn’t have given them more ammunition. “I just worry about your health. Too much sugar is terrible for you. You can get diabetes, high blood pressure, increased risk of heart disease.” Gojo decides to not comment on the fact that these come with old age, which is probably not something he will ever see. “I just want you to be healthy for a long time.”
“Just not happy.”
Gojo sulked for a moment, but then picked up the spoon again and ate another bite of the parfait. “I guess it’s fine.” [Y/N] smiled at that. “I can cut back a little. But if you start taking my pudding cups out of my lunch again, all bets are off.”
“Deal.”

ways ive improved my life after learning non dualism; “success stories” ♡
disclaimer: success stories dont exist. i used that term because most of my followers on twitter are coming from loa to non dualism so using it helps them understand better. i KNOW we are always succeeding and failing believe me, i get it. i am just sharing how i improved the quality of life regarding the human condition <3
my baby sister was having health problems and the doctor said she was diabetic. however i decided thats not the way a child should live :) now she is happy and healthy and i bake her favorite cookies <3
when i followed the law of assumption i manifested my relationship with my boyfriend but with non dualism ive expanded it :) he is moving in with me next month, starting a job at my job, and he was accepted by my family <3 i feel so much more in our relationship!
money! i never ever have to worry about money i always buy whatever it is whenever i want it :) i dont acknowledge the idea of money since its not real (ive always had this thought)
my job :) i got ANOTHER promotion! i am the fastest person in the company to be promoted and the youngest 🤍 i am always given the best opportunities

more friends
further revised my car accident- got to keep my license
my grandpa remembering me (he has dementia)
whole point is, ever since i discovered myself with non dualism i have never been happier and felt more powerful. live your best life and always remember to be nice to yourself. you are literally all there is :)

your blog is pretty cool because like. im a type 1 diabetic and i know the exact emotion you are having when talking to people about this stuff.
it's like, people have a view of how the world works and a lot of the time they'll just refuse to accept new information if it doesn't fit that worldview.
i had an episode of DKA and got diagnosed with diabetes as an adult right? and so for the last few years I've just been like. trying to fit that into my life with all the daily injections and shit.
and it's like. a lot of people make assumptions about what that looks like and what the causes are and how diabetes affects my life. and those assumptions are almost always just wrong. even the nurses at the hospital were telling me shit about never being able to eat cookies again or whatever, stuff that is just like. patently wrong if you know anything about t1 diabetes.
even my own family members thought it was caused mostly by lifestyle stuff (admittedly i am not exactly the queen of healthy living, but they're my family cmon!). and i kinda had to sit them down and be like "actually this is just some fucked up shit that happened. this wasn't because i drank too much soda or whatever. my immune system just got pissed off and killed my pancreas and it was prooooobably triggered by a virus".
idk where im going with this just like. yeah i totally feel you. the weight loss discourse stuff feels like a mirror image of me when i talk to people about diabetes.
The misinformation out there about diabetes is FUCKING WILD, my deepest condolences that you have to deal with that shit!

-He's so flattered, as a person who gets used to serving humanity and being the one who gives, it's so nice to receive something.. Especially something with such a sweet smell and delicious look.
-"Hehe.. You make me speechless, s/o.." - he takes the basket from your arms, softest smile you've ever seen playing on his lips now and you can see light sparkle in his eyes.
-Despite Jakurai is always really caring and tender in your relationship with him, he also likes to be a little bit mysterious and teasing sometimes. But today.. You melt his heart and make his soul tingle, he can't help but keep smiling the whole day.
-His calm gaze now so joyful and loving as he leaning closer to you. One of his hands moves a strand of long purple hair from his face and he kisses you softly.
-"I didn't expect such a present from my beautiful angel today, so I don't have anything to give you back.." - he whispered, faces so close as you touched each other's noses. His loving gaze almost hypnotizes you with this heavenly blue shine. His eyes are just like two deep oceans, and you can see so much love and affection in their depths - "But maybe a couple of kisses will be a good reward for you right now? I promise, darling, next time I will also surprise you with something so delightful.."
-Your basket will stand in his kitchen for a long time, as Jakurai don't really love to eat many sweets, it's not really healthy. Also, he just wants to save your gift as long as he can.
-It's just so soothing, when he walks inside early in the morning to prepare himself breakfast before a long hard shift in the hospital, and the first thing he sees is your cakes, tarts, cookies.. He immediately smiles, as thoughts about your hard work for him warms his chest.
-Even when Jakurai eats all your homemade sweets he will keep the basket as a little reminder of how cute and precious his partner is.
-"Do you have any plans for today, s/o..?" - he asks you after a few days, when you visit him during lunch break in the hospital. - "I hope to spend this evening with you, in my house.. What do you think?"
-When you will pay him a visit later that day you wouldn't expect much, thinking it's just a casual small date. But when you go inside, the delicious smell of your favorite food hits your nose almost immediately.
-"Oh, come here, s/o.. Don't be shy." - Jakurai chuckle, noticing how your adorable eyes widened a little. - "I decided to return a favor in the same way, so.. please, enjoy. I hope my little feast will please you as much as your present pleases me before.."
-He may not be a great cook and don't have enough skills, but he has enough heart, love and care that he puts in these dishes, just for you…

-Ahhh!! So happy happy happy!!
-He is good at cooking and baking so he knows how hard it is to make so many sweets. So he really appreciates that from you.
-"Haaa~ S/o, you such a cutie and sweetheart, hehe..! I'm gonna have diabetes after so many biscuits and donuts, huh!!" - Hifumi giggles, it looks like he is even more cheerful than usual after your reward. He hugs you tightly, holding you so close to his chest as he pepper your face with kisses - "Now I'm gonna work even harder, if it means I will get such gifts from you, hehe..!"
-Expect him to be really clingy for the next few days as he can't stop complimenting you, his hands are always on you, hugging your waist or shoulder, playing with your hair, holding your hand or stroking your cheek before soft kiss..
-Hifumi just wants to show how much joy and happiness you bring to him, as his heart can't stop beating so fast when he eats your sweets before work. So delicious and sugary, full of your affection for him..
-"My precious darling.. For me, it's not just baking, it's like your love transforms into a physical form - the same warmness, softness and sweetness I can feel from this dough as I feel from your heart, s/o..!" - charming smile plays on his lips after such a pompous speech. Hifumi was already in his gray jacket when he got closer to you, holding your hands softly. - "There's nothing that would be more delicious than your cooking.. Mm, but maybe your lips?~"
-He would brag about your gift for him to anyone he knows. None of his kittens will surprise him as much as you, his precious little star. And he wants the whole world to know about that!!
-"Ooh!! You're finally here, hehe..!" - Hifumi opens the door, meeting you in his pink apron and immediately dragging you inside - "Come on, come on, hurry up..!"
-You didn't know why he called you, so you were so surprised to see a whole table covered with extravagant dishes. Everything looked so good and delicious, almost as if you were looking at pictures of the menu in an expensive restaurant. After all, Hifumi is in the top ten best cooks in Shinjuku, how can you expect something lower than that from him?
-"Here..! It's my little party as a thank you for being such a doll..!" - his hands squeezing yours as he looks at you with the brightest smile. Hifumi always looks like a little sunshine, but near you he lights up even more, radiating his positive and love for you - "Hehe, we can even feed each other, what do you think?"

-Somebody, call an ambulance asap, this man has a heart attack.
-So many things?? And just for him?? Are you sure he can eat it all alone??
-"I.. um.. thank you.." - he mumbles with bright red cheeks, hands trembling as he looks at a basket full of sweets. Despite his thoughts that keep screaming that he didn't deserve such a gift and such an adorable partner, his heart keeps telling him how cute you are and he definitely should be grateful, not pessimistic. - "You're like an angel, s/o.. You are always blessing my poor life with your presence, and now.. So many sweets.. I will never forget that, and will work even harder for you now…!"
-He's touched to the depth of his soul, as he gets used to being treated badly. Just your attention is enough for making him feel bright happiness, but the whole homemade baking..? He's almost bursting in tears as something keeps trembling inside his chest and tickling his stomach, is this what they call butterflies?
-"I.. I know that maybe I ask too much, y-you already make me so happy, b-but.." - his voice trembling a little as he got closer and touched your hands. Shy, but so sincerely deep loving gaze on his face as he tries to get the courage to continue - "But.. Can I kiss you now? I just.. I really want to show my love.."
-Oh just how much he wants to eat all the sweets in one moment..! Everything just looks so delicious, his mouth already watering from the alluring warm scent. Sorry, Hifumi, but for this man your food will be the best thing in life, even if you're not as good at baking as shiny blondie.
-But he needs to control himself and spread the fun over several days. And Doppo will take your cakes and cookies as lunch for work, so he would enjoy at least something good in this goddamn office. He always cheers up after lunch break now, because all the time he was sitting in the break room, eating your tarts slowly and sloppy, thinking about how much time you spent just to make him a gift..
-That's right! If you always make him smile, then he should also try hard to make you the happiest person in the whole world..! You deserve to know how much he actually values you, even if it's hard to say in words for him..!
-"H..hello? Oh, s/o, I'm not interrupting or anything, a-am I? Would you.. would you like to visit my house this weekend..?" - it was much easier to talk through a phone call, as Doppo nervously fiddled with his fingers, waiting for your answer. - "N-nothing serious, just please, if you can.."
-Of course if he said "nothing serious" you were not expecting something serious, but when you came over, Doppo was standing there, really nervous, you could feel the smell of baking powder and sugar from his hands.
-Oh, so he was trying to bake you a cake..! When you congratulate him for hard work you mention that one of the cakes in the basket is your favorite, so he was trying to make that thing..
-"I.. I'm sorry..! It's look much worse than yours one, I'm sorry..!" - he sobbed, looking at his crooked cake - "You can not eat it if you don't want to..! Aahh, I can't even show my gratitude for you normally…!"
-It's look not that good but the taste was still delicious, and a little praise from you made Doppo smile again, as he promised to get better at baking and spoil you with something more good-looking next time.

Heyyyy I’m kinda new to tumblr but I love your posts and was wondering if you could do one where reader has some sort of chronic illness and is having a particularly hard time so Wanda cheers her up. Maybe like a cute breakfast in bed or picnic?
I was recently diagnosed with a couple and a, having a hard time. This would mean so much to me. Of course no rush and I totally get it if you can’t.
Also I saw in one of your replies where the anon asks to be doll and you greet them that way. Could I be sweetheart? I’m not sure if that’s how it works.
Hmmm… Well, let's see what I can come up with. Sooo… I'm not a doctor, and besides, that wasn't really my focus. The thing is, a lot of people find it hard to face dietary restrictions, when they have a condition and the outside world doesn't always make it easy, so I wanted to focus on that and also explain that it doesn't have to be impossible. You can still enjoy all the things you love, you can still eat delicious foods, while staying healthy.
Please, also note that I wrote this fairly quickly, so it may not be my best work.
I'm not sure if that's what you were hoping for, but I hope you like it.

You always thought of yourself as a healthy person. You had the normal pains and aches, got the flu or a stomach virus sometimes, but generally, you felt good. You never felt the need for any special check-ups, so you went grudgingly, only to appease your girlfriend’s mind. She worried too much. And she had lost so much too, that the fear of losing you as well, was almost crippling at times. That’s why you agreed. You just wanted her to feel more at ease. Everything was going to be just fine. Or at least that’s what you told her. But it was not just fine… High blood sugar levels prompted the doctor to take more tests. And it was a good thing he did. When he called you to his office, closing the door behind him, Wanda had started to play nervously with her rings, but at least he had the good sense to let her inside first, otherwise you feared your girlfriend would have broken down the door from worry. It turned out you had Type 2 diabetes. It was manageable. A lot of people lived with it and led perfectly normal, happy lives. You could too. But you had to make some adjustments to your diet. You had to monitor the disease and yourself, otherwise you could suffer serious consequences. When the doctor explained it all, gave you a list of recommended foods and also advised you what to stay away from, handed you a prescription for medication and advised on regular check-ups with him, as well as keeping your blood pressure low, it all seemed very simple. Except, Wanda spent the next week buried in research, giving away the cookies she had baked for you just the night before to the neighbours, making a whole new groceries list to accommodate your condition, it started to dawn on you that it wasn’t going to be simple. What made it worse, was the fact that suddenly everywhere you went, there was temptation. You would walk to work, passing by fast food places and burger joints, your colleagues would bring doughnuts to the office, you had to bring your own decaf and refrain from adding your favorite milk, random people would be eating sugary sweets, they’d be drinking all kinds of carbonated sweet drinks, or invite you to that steak house after work. Even just the air smelled like fried goods. It was everywhere. All the food you were meant to stay away from, right there, in front of your eyes. It was driving you crazy.
One afternoon, you were taking a walk in the nearby park after work to clear your head and you saw an ice-cream stand, a group of children waiting in line to buy their favorite flavours and for some reason you snapped. You could hardly wait to get home, and greeted with the sweet, loving face of your girlfriend, you broke down. You were shaking, tears streaming down your face as you tried to explain to her through sobs what had upset you so much and it broke her heart, to know that you were taking it so harshly and that she hadn’t noticed how much it hurt you. In the end you begged her to forget all those diets and just let you lead a normal life. The medication would help. And if you had complications – so be it. You didn’t want to live like this! Wanda calmed you down with kind, soothing words and she helped you out of your work clothes, picking out soft clothes for you to wear at home, trying to tell you that everything was going to be just fine. She would make sure of it. She tried to move past dinner as quickly as possible, seeing the unshed tears in your eyes, when you were met with the green salad and grilled vegetable she had prepared and she cuddled you on the couch, picking out your favorite movie to watch, until you were all sleepy and relaxed. Once she put you to bed, Wanda once again buried herself in research, but this time a completely different kind. She had her mind set that she would help you feel more at ease with your new dietary restrictions and showing you that the disease didn’t mean you couldn’t have a good, delicious meal. The next morning she woke extra early, running to the store to get all the things she needed for the special meal she had in mind and she came home, starting to prepare everything, hoping to be able to finish before you even woke up. When you did, you were greeted by your girlfriend sitting at the edge of the bed, a steaming cup of coffee in her hand. “I made it especially for you.” Wanda whispered as she offered it to you. “I got you vegan almond milk. Now you can have cappuccinos every morning.” She explained, already knowing what you were thinking. “Really?” You could barely contain yourself, sitting up, so you could take the cup from her hands and take a sip. “Is that sugar?” “Sweetener.” She explained with a smile. “And I have a surprise for you for lunch. So drink up, baby.” Wanda watched you go through your regular routines, and she smiled happily as she saw you finish your first cup of coffee, after 2 weeks of drinking nothing but plain decaf. She spent the morning with you, mostly talking and showering you with affection, watching you relax and feel more at ease, until she told you she’s taking you to the park. Suddenly you were feeling all the negative emotions from the previous day rushing back, but Wanda was quick to soothe you.
“I have something good planned for you, baby. I promise. Please, trust me?” She spoke and you couldn’t help but melt at her words, nodding slowly at her invitation to take you out. She had prepared everything in advance. All the food she had made placed in special containers and she quickly put them in a bag, grabbed your picnic blanket and the two of you walked there, hand in hand, while Wanda tried to distract you from your thoughts. As soon as you entered, you saw all the ice-cream stands and the little booths selling sodas and you felt yourself stiffen, but she settled you down on the fresh grass, choosing a spot away from all that, spreading the blanket and starting to take out all the little containers with a big smile and you couldn’t help but feel excitement. “For lunch, I have made you…” She paused for dramatic effect, holding the container. “Burgers!” She exclaimed, opening the box to show you her creation. “It’s a grilled vegetable patty, with a bun made from whole grains, entirely vegan, low-fat cheese and leafy greens. I made the sauces myself. Everything there is good for you. I promise it will be amazing!” She explained with pride and you could help but beam at her, hugging her tightly and burying your nose in her neck so you could breathe her in. She had made all this for you! To make you feel more at ease. To make you happy and you couldn’t help the warm, loving feeling that spread over you at her efforts. “And that’s not all!” She said with a wide grin. “Home-made lemonade, made with water, freshly squeezed or blended fruits, mint leaves and a squeeze of lemon.” She explained, as she pulled out a bottle. “I also have all your favorite fruits for dessert.” She said with a smile, one of her hands touching your face and stroking your cheek affectionately. “Thank you, Wanda! This is incredible! And it looks so delicious!” “Anything for you, love.” She said with a thoughtful smile. “I’m sorry it took me so long to notice how unhappy you were. I was so focused on getting you to eat only what was best for you, that I didn’t consider how hard it must be to watch everyone else eat all the things you shouldn’t. But I have several new recipes to try, and I promise, it will all be ok. You can have everything you like… With a twist.” She winked at you, making you laugh. “You are… Just marvellous. I’m the luckiest woman in the world to have you!” “So are you, my precious girl. Never forget that.” She smiled once again. “Now eat up, I want to know what you think.” She encouraged. As you took your first bite, you could tell the difference easily, but you also realized that it was absolutely delicious! You couldn’t even believe how much time and work it had taken her to research and make all that, but the end result was spectacular and you didn’t stop telling her that throughout the entire meal. The hours in the park passed by you quickly, while she fed you fruits, as the two of you talked or just cuddled on the blanket and as you decided to head home, gathering all your things, you couldn’t help but look at the place with a whole different view. The stands with ice-cream, sweets and soda didn’t look so tempting anymore. They were just regular things. “I’ll make you home-made ice-cream. I have a recipe.” Wanda whispered in your ear, when she spotted where you were looking and in that moment, as you took Wanda’s hand in yours, you knew that there was nothing you couldn’t face, while you had her by your side.   ______________________________________________________ Why wouldn't it work that way, sweetheart? I don’t know if my mother’s goal is to destroy my fucking confidence or some shit, but she’s legit fat shaming everyday. She’s been doing it since I was a kid (for reference, I’m 18 now), I’ve asked her several times to stop but she never does. Her ass is literally pre diabetic (actually confirmed by the doctors) and tonight as I’m making myself lemon tea (coz I’m sick), her lazy ass calls me so that I can bring her a packet of cookies (that she’s not supposed to be eating because she’s pre diabetic). Then as I hand her them, she says “please reduce on starch otherwise you’ll become fatter than *insert fat cousin*” I’m so upset rn. She already fat shamed me yesterday in Walgreens and in the night yesterday as well. I KNOW I need to lose weight, but I’m too poor to buy healthy shit and go to the gym. I don’t even have a fucking car. And my depression and pcos isn’t helping. I’m just sick of this shit. I can’t tell her to stop because she never fucking does.

no but imagine after the whole portal shebang, mikey has a bad case of the shakes and they can't determine if it is A) post-nearly exploding yourself from making portal B) low blood sugars or C) big surge of adrenaline finally wearing off. which isn't totally helpful but there is a secret fourth option!! it's all three!! :D
and of course every brother gets a healthy dose of Brother Coddling after they return to the lair that night but leo being their medic is trying to fight sleep (and raph and donnie for that matter who is trying to wrangle him into resting) to make sure his little brother is okay. bro is half dead and he's trying to slide out of bed like "wait lemme just measure his glucose levels did anybody take his glucose levels this morning??? get him some toast GET HIM TOAST!!"
i imagine mikey is usually pretty on top of making sure he's good but to be fair an alien invasion is a pretty good excuse to forget to eat or keep your blood sugars healthy lol. he for sure CRASHED after all that

Running towards your goals!

A lot of people around dieting have weight goals or lifestyle changes they want, but being a diabetic that goal a lot of the time is just to be “healthy”. Which can mean a lot of things. It’s easy to get into this habit of seeing the number on the glucometer and thing “i’ve managed to get my blood so in check now!” Yet feel like your energy is nothing!! That’s what happened the first time around for me. Checking and paying attention more to the number than to my health. Numbers and indicators are great for telling us when something we can’t see is wrong, but how we physically feel is ultimately where we will feel long term health results. I felt so irritable and numb when my blood was high, now I feel over sensitive and tired due to how rapidly I changed my diet and got my blood down!
I’ve talked to a family member with diabetes recently who is in his 70’s (love you grandpa) and truth be told diabetes is difficult because your numbers could be down but your energy and mood can be awful. So I guess I wanted to share some helpful things to keep in mind:
Physical exercise and walking around is very important for helping in natural insulin cycles. You can take in more carbs and sugars when you’re actively burning them! This can help with balancing out your diet.
Keto does not equal a diabetes friendly diet. Keto is meant for short period of time with extreme results. Keto friendly food is SAFE for diabetic but you should not be constantly taking in just a Keto diet! It’s a lot of the reason your energy can feel next to nothing.
Eating healthy doesn’t mean shutting out sweets completley. I have a massive sweet tooth, moderation is key! Have just one cookie not two or three. Opt for frozen yogurt with just one topping instead of an icecream sundae. And keep a “treats are for fridays” sort of attitude and don’t be getting something super sugary more than once or twice a week! You can still enjoy things it’s just about balance
Being a diabetic is hard! But that’s why I have this blog so maybe you can feel that we’re here together!

Ya know, on a random whim, I started thinking about the type of food Henry eats during the games, trying to see if there was some sort of.. Healthy option, that wasn't medicine. I don't know why I made this. Food is discussed below.
(This is all based on knowledge I hold on the game. There may be some things I get wrong. I'm not Luxery, and it is also nearly midnight)

There's two cases of considered medicine, the Invisibility Pill from Stealing the Diamond, and Beef Up from Infiltrating the Airship.
There's only one case of a drink being drank, and that's the NrG Drink from Escaping the Prison. There's another case of a drink being used as a food, that's milk in the intro of Jewel Baron, being used with Looped Fruits.
Then there's food that gets used to gain powers, and food that's there as food. But, it still confused me of what is considered the 'healthiest'. Now, obviously, it wouldn't be fair to put the non-abilities with the abilities. There isn't a lot of non-abilities anyways.
Food that's actually food consists of the cheese and the cupcake. Since we know nothing about Henry's diet and/or allergies, we'll go ahead and say the cheese is the healthier option.
Now, we go to foods that HAVE abilities. This includes: Cookie, Duplicatorange, Sandwich, and Stretch Chewies (or Stretch-Um's as they're labeled ingame)
Everything eaten DOESN'T last forever, as proven by the Sandwich option.
The cookie would be the least healthy: Not just for the sugar in the cookie, but also for the immediate damage done to Henry by chasing him to grow.
Stretch-Um's, if used wisely, would be a good option for nutrition on the go, or a quick snack. The stretchy ability would eventually wear off, so this could possibly be seen as the most normal.
Duplicatorange is an.. Interesting case. Once Henry ate it, and got killed, the clone still went on, so does this mean the effects don't wear off? Either way, even though it's an orange (and Henry ate the skin REGARDLESS-) I would say the cons of having another you suddenly pop out of nowhere and could take your place without anyone knowing? Don't get them mixed up in your kitchen.
This leaves the sandwich. It's effects are minor, only lasting maybe a minute or so. It's effects are basically the Beef Up, just in sandwich form, and less extreme.
With Cookie at the bottom, Duplicatorange follows in a close third for its effects on Henry and the major risk that comes with it, this leaves Stretch-Um's and the Sandwich for second and first place, but which one would be better and more healthier?
Glancing back to what I said, the Sandwich has the effects of Beef Up, only in a minor form. Stretch-Um's give a stretching effect, an original idea. If we strip them of their effects, what do we get? A pack of gummies, and a sandwich.
The two options do have their own set of advantages and disadvantages, but I think, in this case, the Sandwich is taking the first place for this. Sandwiches can be customized to be healthy or unhealthy, but gummies always stay the same with sugar content and squishy vibes.
Now, none of this is meant to bash against sugar, absolutely none of it. At this point, with half of the options being almost always sugar-loaded, Henry might be a diabetic that needs a sugar fix every once in a while, in that case, the gummies would be better for him, but this is all going based on mainly myself, who is sugar sensitive with a borderline iron deficiency. Your healthy and fulfilling looks different to mine.

Health nuts will claim a pure diet and running 20 miles a day will make you safe from disease but my friend got sepsis out of seemingly nowhere. She eats healthy and exercises and is what the nuts would call a 'perfect weight'
It was not dental related either and they couldn't find the cause.
A family friend ran marathons and was fit as fuck and avoided sugar/too many carbs. But she ended up getting type one diabetes.
And we all end up dead eventually! Go ahead and have some fucking cookies, a kale smoothie isn't going to save you from being hit by a truck or prevent you from dying.
